Great place to get your computer fixed & running again! My laptop was shot or so I thought, Total Access fixed it & had it running like new in no time! Best customer service, very friendly staff, reasonably priced & I love being able to support a great local family owned business. Highly recommend!

Service was First Cabin, top notch, and on time. Shelby was great. I wish that I knew 1% of what she knows about computers. I will for sure give them a ring if I need any help with Microsoft again.

I was referred to Brian at Total Access by a friend for data transfer from a very old computer to a new laptop. My experience was very satisfactory from the initial meeting to a quick and efficient resolution of my task. Follow up questions were quickly answered. I will definitely remain a customer and encourage others to take their computer concerns to Brian and his staff.

I am so excited I found this place! I had been looking for someone, preferred local to help me with my computer & a phone that was given to me from a family member. I was so scared I had lost my data after I had spilled a drink on my laptop. The amazing tech was able to save my whole computer!! She pulled my data, replaced the keyboard, updated my OS & it is as good as new. As for the phone, she was able to pull the photos off of it I thought were lost. Definitely recommend this great little family owned shop!! Great service, very helpful, not overpriced, very responsive & I love that they walked me through what was wrong/what needed to be fixed.

We used Total access to recover my husbands laptop. He couldn’t use it anymore. The hard drive crashed. They were very professional and up front about the time and cost. We got the laptop back working perfect again. I would highly recommend them.

Life Savers!! My computer is everything right now as I attend college classes and you need a computer. I brought it in and the customer service was amazing! After couple hours they were able to fix, update and remove hidden harmful files. I definitely will return and I highly recommend them!!

Our external hard drive completely stopped working. We had EVERYTHING on this drive and were completely freaked out. Brian kept in contact with us every step of the way with updates. Total Access was able to recover 122,601 files for us! We are beyond thrilled with their service!!! Thank you Total Access Data Recovery for saving us!

Very proficient. Second time Ive had Shelby work on my computer & she fixed what two Bliss guys couldnt. I highly recommend their service. And they have neat dogs too!

My desktop went on the blink, found TADR in the Yellow Pages, gave them a call, told them the computer wont start up, they said they would troubleshoot it for me, brought it in, they found the problem, fixed it, runs like new, Im happy as a clam. Nice folks with a cute little bowser who monitors the premises from his perch on Shelbys desk. Say hi to him, hell remember you when you return and bark you a thing or two!
