Sonia is the simply the best! Genuine, highly knowledgeable, responsive and easy to communicate with..more over very reasonable pricing structure too, what more can I ask for? When we started thinking about our home remodeling, we definitely knew we need a designer who can bring our ideas to life..Sonia did that and much more..She never negotiated with us with minor scope changes(believe me, thats so common in construction side), though we have asked much more from her and she did it all and more..Very hard to see such professionals these days who enjoy their work and passionate about their customers too.We hired her for interior designs, but she ended up helping us with some of the architectural changes as well as helping us with shopping, carpenter for custom work and more..So happy we found her and will highly recommend her for your home designing needs.

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience furnishing our home with Sonia, owner of Topview Design Solutions. We give Sonia and Topview our highest recommendation for excellent taste, great service, and attention to detail. Sonia was accurate on budget and timelines as well.The rental we were moving into was vacant and so the landlord let us get early access to start planning our move and furniture. We contacted Sonia in mid November and she was immediately easy to get in touch with. Right away she squeezed us in and set up a free consultation appointment within days to walk through the home, take pictures and measurements. She even came prepared with some printouts of samples to jumpstart the process of learning our style preferences, which paid off later when we actually began the project. We also discussed budget and timelines, and we felt Sonia was very realistic in her estimates.That night after the appointment, my wife and I discussed and agreed to move forward. The next day we told Sonia that we’d love her to help us and she provided a contract within a day or two. We asked some questions which she clarified quickly and we proceeded to sign the contract, then send it over. She gave us wiring instructions and we deposited the full amount into her account, since she was going to purchase all the equipment directly for us.Because Sonia had preplanned travel in mid-December, she worked tirelessly to get our moodboards as quickly as possible, to ensure that all items could be ordered before she left for vacation. We reviewed the moodboards over Zoom and made a couple of small iterations to get to the final design!From there, over the next couple of weeks, we started getting the items every day or two. It was like Christmas, everyday, all the way until Christmas :). And just like that, we had everything furnished inside the living room, dining room, and family room and we were able to enjoy our first holiday in the home!All thanks to Sonia and TopView!

I met Sonia Jimenez through the American Society of Interior Designers, California North Chapter. She is knowledgable, professional and an excellent communicator.I feel a strong affinity to her crisp, clean aesthetic and modern/contemporary design sensibilities; her company TopView Design Solutions is a good choice if you like these styles or aspire to them.TopView also provides drafting and rendering services to interior design professionals and architects, so if youre a designer and you need some assistance fulfilling your project work, Sonia is the person to call.Finally, I was the instructor for a workshop on social media for interior design pros that Sonia attended, and I can testify that she was an attentive listener, an excellent student and a joy to have in my class. She uses these same skills to work with her clients, so you really cant go wrong with Sonia and TopView Design Solutions!
