Sooooo disappointed! Been wanting to come here for so long.Check in as quick but the server took like over 20 min to come . Let alone the wait for the drinks. When we finally got the alcohol drinks tasted they tasted like water. We ordered a bunch of food but that was mistake! The server said not to have high expectations as this is bar food. The fries were burnet over salted . The pizza was raw and the macaroni was cold. Yea waste of time and money !!Floors were super dirty and sticky.We actually poured water the floor and mopped it to make it less filthy 🤦🏻Not worth it don’t come unless you have really low expectations.. McDonald’s has better quality food on their worst day.

Great place to hang out with family, friends or coworkers! Been to this location several times, and have always had a good time. It gets very busy over the weekends, so advisable to book in advance, especially if you are coming with a larger group.

Was a lot of fun to be there at Topgolf on a Sunday night around 8:00pm to check out the driving range.We got there at 8 but the wait time was about an hour and a half. Next time I’ll try to reserve in advance. Is was fun and at $75 an hour to hit golf balls at the range it was a bit pricy worth it. Of course you don’t go here every weekend or else it gets pricy. We also got burgers and chicken strips and fries which were all very tasty.For a nice night fun, the experience was great.I would recommend Topgolf to others but don’t just show up weekends without checking ahead of time for reservations.

Im not a golfer and didnt really think much of my team coming here for a team building event but boy was I wrong! It was really fun while being more relaxing than bowling (which I love doing).I think the best part was that it was hard to not do OK. Just hit the balls out there and you will score some points!.Looking forward to going back.

Had the most amazing time here with my son! Making an online reservation was easy and had lots of great time slots. I was really impressed with how easy it was to get to this location and how clean the facility/bathrooms were as well. We had excellent front desk customer service as well as our hostess in our bay. Super helpful, informative, and very attentive to anything we needed. Had a blast with all the different gaming options as well. The angry birds was such a hit for my family. Also the food was really good. Ordered the steak nachos and they were so flavorful and packed with toppings. They don’t skimp on sour cream! Lol absolutely loved this place & can’t wait to visit again.

Went here for a brunch date with a friend. The staff was very inviting and attentive. Great service. The food selection is perfect. Everything was delicious. The presentations were very nice as well. The entire facility is clean. We almost were going to golf, but the wait time was 3 hours, so definitely recommend making reservations if you can. Id assume thats the way to go at this place. We will definitely be back and were bringing our friends too.

Came here to celebrate a few birthdays with family. I do not play golf, however, I had so much fun. We ordered a few snacks and even had a birthday surprise.Golf clubs are provided, you can also bring your own. My nephew helped me out with a few tips and I did hit a few better than I thought I would.A great time was had by all! Service was great, friendly and personable.

Great Great place for work, family, and friend gatherings. We booked our place 2 months in advance. We came midday on a Friday, and both the top and bottom were packed. The parking lot was also full, but it was all well worth it. The food was all delicious along with their pastries and drinks. Our servers were also very nice but a bit slow to come over and bring or take new orders. It seems like they were understaffed. Other than that, it was a great time and shall return.

I was finally able to visit since its been built and had a lot of fun with my family. The facility is really nice and the staff is very kind and welcoming. My only issue was with how slow the food service was. Our food took almost an hour to get to us with no updates. We were told there was only one kitchen for the entire facility, so maybe more cooks would help them serve their customers a little faster. Kate and Izzy were very good to us and made sure we felt welcomed and heard. Thank you for contributing to our experience.

We hosted a work event here at Topgolf and had a great experience! I was able to reserve 2 bays for my group of 12 people in advance to make sure we didnt have to wait. A good selection of clubs are available to use at each bay. Everybody said they had a lot of fun, didnt need any experience to play.Aside from the golf part, we had AMAZING service from ROBYN. We ordered a bunch of food that took a little time to get, but she was very apologetic for the wait and made sure it was rushed out. She added a complimentary appetizer that came out quickly to ease our hunger.Biggest part of the night, my husband lost his wedding ring while playing! It had fallen off while hitting the ball into the green, and we didnt notice it was gone till a couple rounds in. Robyn went to look for it after they had closed and FOUND IT! SHES A FREAKING LIFESAVER!!! Talk about service, shes amazing!!! The manager, Gabe, was made aware of the situation, and he was able to hold it for us until we were able to come back. We thought it was a lost cause, but Robyn did it!We will definitely be coming back, yes, because it was fun hitting a few balls, but also because of Robyns amazing service. Thank you!!!

This is a place for golf lovers and has plenty of bays to hold your special event. These are my impressions:The good: Plenty of parking lot spaces. Restrooms are well taken care of, and staff is friendly and courteous.The bad: Reception was lost when I approached them and asked directions to my event. This looks bad for them and makes them look unorganized. Poor customer service.The ugly: The food has a terrible quality and taste. They offer flower tortillas, which have a plastic consistency. I will choose Carls Jr. any day of the week over the food.One of my co-workers mentioned that the piece of chicken she had looked as if someone took a bite out of it and put it back.Visit at your own risk.

Topgolf is really a great place to have fun, no matter your skill level. Its like going to the bowling alley!I bring my own clubs and use it like a driving range/practice space, but doing that isnt required as they have to as they provide all the clubs you need.The food here is great too, but the true magic of this place comes from having a fun with family and friends!

Similar to bowling, this place has different sections for each party and then basically you just wack a ball, it’s that easy which i enjoyed. the food was bomb as well. but it is QUITE pricey from what i’ve heard lol.

We had a golf lesson scheduled to and the lesson was GREAT our instructor Darion. He was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, helpful and so much more. He took his time with us and we all had different levels of golf from playing 3times to just first time. I would definitely recommend this place and Darion if you’re doing a golf lesson. We attended a BD party for kids and it was really surprising this place, location, game modes to keep it fun, the foood, different levels, service is outstanding. Everything inside the locations is fun, for sure youll have a great time during your visit.Cant wait to come with the whole family for a familt entertainment. Great venue for socializing and for swinging some golf clubs. Came here for a birthday party recently and they are able to provide hot food and cold food buffet in addition to tickets for alcohol. It’s a full bar. If you choose to come here not for an event, it is good for a casual hangout (day or night). You rent a bay and can do so by the hour. It’s good for beginners and the systems are pretty intuitive.The service is a bit slow but nice. It did take 30 minutes to get my drink at one point. There’s a lot of parking available and there’s three levels of the place to golf. There is a bar indoors with seating if you’re not golfing.

Experience is five stars.Im not a golfer at all.Atmosphere is pretty cool.Food, I got the nacho average nachos and its literally like 5 chips with cheese on top with a smear of guac and salsa.Drinks were ok. I got the cookie butter old fashioned. That was delish. And I got the golf pitcher which says it has enough drinks for 2+ ppl but its really enough for just one.Service was okay.The bathrooms were gross. Some didnt have toilet paper or toilet seat covers. Mind you we went between 5-7pm. Things should be clean and stocked, its early.Gonna try the Ontario one next.

A wonderful small Birthday party was planned here for my grandson and his friends. We had never been, but seen it many times. It is super pretty. There is tons of parking and Topgolf has reasonable prices.There is more to do than just hit golf balls. I am sure that is great practice and the place to huge for that, but there is more. There is this great area where you can play with your friends other games, all with a golf ball, but they are fun and some are easy, some not so much. They are designed for those that gold and those that dont.You can plan a full party there if you want. We only had 5 or 6 kids so we did not have to pay for a party, we just rented the space. Do all of this ahead of time. This place books up fast and if you want to practice your swing, call ahead and make a reservation or you will find yourself waiting for hours.The food we all ordered was great, all of it. We had sliders, mac and cheese balls, little pizzas, donuts and all sorts of sodas and other Birthday party items.The service was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and friendly. All the kids at the party are Special Needs kids and the staff treated them with such care and kindness.Everyone had the most wonderful time. I highly suggest this. Have the best time.

The Topgolf concept is great and a lot of fun. But…Our server was excellent. The rest of the staff, not so much. My wife asked a simple question at the “guest services” desk and was treated poorly. That wasn’t a great way to start the evening.The parking is problematic (10+ minutes driving around looking for a spot). I’m surprised they didn’t think this through or offer a valet solution.The stench from the sewage treatment facility next door is difficult to endure over the two hours. It’s overwhelming and saps some of the fun.We ordered some appetizers and they were cold and not that good. Our server did his best to make up for that, but at the price point, we expected better.The overall facility is clean and my kids had a lot of fun. The selection of games is good for all skill levels.

I recently visited Top Golf with a group of friends and had an amazing experience! From the moment we called ahead and arranged to bring our own kosher food, we knew we were in good hands. Even though the venue was overbooked, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our group by securing a 3rd bay next to our other two that were reserved. The service we received was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We had a blast playing golf and enjoying our delicious food, and the atmosphere at Top Golf was fantastic. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun day out. Thank you Top Golf for a memorable experience!

Ive been to Topgolf in Ontario and my experience at this location was practically the same.Im far from a golfer, but totally understand why people enjoy the game. At first, I fumbled a few times and even completely missed the ball when trying to hit it, but once I got my rhythm down, I was driving them out towards the back. Totally fun.The layout and logistics are the same as the location in Ontario. The food was OK and the drinks were great.As with the other location, the entire experience is fun, but can get pricey.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service and communication. After waiting 1 hour plus and spending 120 dollars at the bar, we were finally allowed to sit at a bay we reserved. Walking up to the bay, we noticed the surrounding bays had families that appeared to have been sitting a while. After adding 70 minutes we were not allowed to add more time through the system and after talking to our server we were told that we cannot add more time because there was a reservation. Keep in mind that it was never communicated that there was a time limit and we had to leave by a certain time. In addition, the bays surrounding us were free to stay as long as they like. I dont want to make this a race issue, but it seemed to be a coincidence that the surrounding bays were white folks and we were the only diverse group. Moreover, the server made it seem as if we were at fault for the lack of communication and that we didnt possess the clairvoyance to foresee that we would need to be out by a certain time. We were comped game time, but does that make up for the fact we spent 200 dollars to wait an hour and a half to play 70 minutes whilst others were free to play to their hearts content. I cant even put into words how poorly we were treated. If every customer was treated this way this place would be a ghost town, but I suppose they pick and choose the folks they treat this way.Update 1/4/24: DMd my email the following day of the incident and have yet to hear back from TopGolf. Feeling like their social media team left their message in bad faith for optics and damage control.Second update 1/4/24: We were told they would comp our game time for the inconvenience, lack of communication, and forcing us out after waiting so long and spending 200 dollars on food and beverages. But our account is still missing game time, so either we were lied to or someone didn’t care enough to follow through with their promise.

Ive been to Top golf multiple times, but this was my first time at this location. I arrived without a reservation at 11 which sucked, because I was told the wait was going to be 1hr or 1hr and half. We proceeded to go to the shops and wait. After almost two hours I finally got notice our reservation was ready. I just felt that it was entirely ridiculous to not at least get an update when our wait time passed what was expressed. Upon arriving our party of 4 got to our spot and I noticed we were seated at an high table which I immediately went to the front desk and asked if we could sit at a spot with couches to be more comfortable. The attendant shrugged off my request and said they dont take preferences and could not switch, and I would have to be put on a list again, which is ridiculous after waiting 2 hrs. ( There were two couch spaces available the whole time we golfed that were not used). While playing golf, the system glitched multiple times causing us to have to end games and start new games and wait for balls because the motion sensor wasnt registering. My party probably played 40 minutes of golf in total because of all of these things. Our food was at least half way decent but our overall our experience could have been much better especially paying 150$ for a day out. After we finished playing not even 10 minutes later we were rushed out, not even having finished our food, they were trying to clean the table and wipe everything down. Worst thing after paying 150$, is to get rushed out of an establishment.

Great place for a gathering! Topgolf takes the intimidation out of the game and makes it fun and accessible to one and all. Food and drinks dont disappoint either. Reserving a bay online in advance is the best! We are able to check in online and at our reserved time, they texted us our bay assignment. When we arrived, we were able to go straight there and get the fun started. Such a smooth process in a bustling atmosphere 👍

Extremely terrible waitlist process. We got in at 1115 and they put us on a waitlist stating it’s 2.5 hours long. So we went out to get lunch at 1130. And then they say it’s 15 minutes left to join. When we contacted support they said nothing can be done and we need to join waitlist again. All the time we are unable to contact the staff at the actual desk who put us on the waitlist. Feels like they are keen on a good customer experience or want business.

Love it!Great experience with your loved one or your friends. You can come on a morning time around 10am and get a booth wherever you want or take a more busy time around late afternoon/evening.Youre being charged per the time you spent at the booth. You can have 6 players per booth and pick any style of game you want. The service was great and super helpful for the questions we had.$5 registration for new players is required and an extra fee if youd like to reserve a booth ahead of time.Merchandise items are pretty pricey but you pay for a quality so its up to you to decide.They charge $45 for 60 minutes of playtime.Prices are update for July 2022

Ive been to many TopGolfs, and this one is just unfortunate. For starters, the management is rude and unfriendly.Our reserved spot was at the very end of the 2nd floor, and with it being a windy day, it wasnt much fun. I wanted to simply inquire about the VAST amount of empty tables. The manager told me, If I were you, I would go up and play. He said all of them were reserved.I watched the empty tables for the next hour and a half. They did NOT fill. In fact, the staff was just floating around the empty bays with their cellphones and taking random shots.Check the other reviews on this place and youll see the same story. Attached proof in photos.

On Sat. 9/2/23 we visited Top Golf El Segundo for the first time. It was my sons 8th bday (bay 219 @2:30 pm) Kam was assigned to us as our host person. She was amazing! She was super attentive even while helping other tables. We had a kids meal that the slider was slightly undercooked. Kam immediately apologized and took it back to the kitchen. She comp’d the kids meal from our bill. Then the chef or kitchen mgr brought out a new meal plus an extra slider, and personally apologized. Kam knew it was my sons Bday. She then proceeded to offer injectable donut holes, and gave our kids free Top Golf kids bags with goodies inside. I honestly was impressed by Kam and the Top Golf -El Segundo staff. The location was clean and neat, everyone was friendly. They made my 8 year olds Bday one he won’t forget! I am definitely going to recommend to others!

Ive been miniature golfing. Ive been professional golfing. Ive even watched golf. Never have I ever been Top Golf golfing and boy oh boy, was it fun. We went to Top Golf in celebration of my brother-in-laws birthday and it was a blast. Everyone was having a great time; the food was delicious and the drinks were flowing. It is here I also found out how competitive my family is and how rusty I am at simply hitting a golf ball. Enough about me. The staff was friendly, it was a lively time and I cant wait to return. Husband and I came here to have a little fun and start off our 5- year anniversary celebration. I made reservations for the bay a couple days in advance. The morning is easier to get a reservation last minute so it worked out perfectly. The place is clean and spacious and service is great. We didn’t order any food but our server checked on us quite often to make sure everything was good. Also, the manager came over and informed us of a giveaway they were having and how we could opt in after one of our games.Hubby is a golfer so he loved the virtual golf courses and I loved the angry birds game because I finally was able to beat him.Al in all we had an amazing time and definitely coming back with our kids next time.

I thought the “bay” service was awesome and also had solid food.Only downside is that it is hard to get a reservation and you need one if you don’t want to spend 5 hours there.

My family and I had a great expérience for our first time here! Our server Aubrey was great! She was very attentive, helpful, great energy and positive attitude. My 6yr old had a total blast and my special needs son was so excited. The food was great. We were even able to play a game of Angry Birds golf. The wait can be long but I totally recommend downloading the app and adding yourself to the wait list earlier in the day before going so that by the time you arrive your bay is almost ready. This saved us 3hrs by doing so. Well definitely be back!

I recently visited Topgolf with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short in multiple ways. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find no one to greet me or assist with seating. The lack of waitstaff meant I had to navigate the venue on my own, and even when I finally found a table, it was dirty and unkempt.The biggest letdown was the lack of attentiveness from the bartenders. Despite being clearly visible, they seemed disinterested and inattentive to customers needs. It was frustrating to watch them walk around, seemingly oblivious to the patrons waiting for service.What was particularly concerning was the lack of support from management. Not only did they fail to address the shortcomings of the staff, but they also seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing a positive customer experience. A simple acknowledgment or greeting would have gone a long way in making guests feel welcome.Adding to the disappointment was the sight of employees casually walking around, drinking, instead of assisting customers. This lack of professionalism and focus on customer service was evident throughout my visit and left a sour taste in my mouth.Overall, my visit to Topgolf was marred by poor service, lack of cleanliness, and a noticeable absence of management presence. For a venue that prides itself on providing a fun and engaging experience, this was a significant letdown. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements changes to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future patrons.

First time at Topgolf and had a great time with my brothers. None of us are much in the way of golfers, but we still muddled our way through. To me it was a cross between a glorified driving range, a bowling alley, and ski ball. All in all we had a great time, more laughing at each other than anything else. The added games you can play are fun, but mostly somewhat of a gimmick. We also ordered lunch and the burgers were surprisingly good.Definitely something I’d like to do again.

Top Golf in the Los Angeles area is a really enjoyable experience, but it can be pretty pricy, so if you end up going, make sure to bring as many people as possible. I went on an ordinary day, so there were no deals or rates, and so we ended up spending quite a bit on food + gameplay, but I would say it is definitely worth the experience. The food was solid, and the golfing was very enjoyable. Overall, this is a really nice place to go if you are into competition and a fun night.

We came out to celebrate Father’s Day wknd, and had a great time with our lesson from Darion (who was awesome, patient, very knowledgeable and friendly). Such a fun spot! If you are not a golfer or have never even golfed in your life you can still have such a great time here! If you are not a big golfer try to get on one of the upper levels as long as you can hit the ball off the platform you will be surprised on how far the ball will go! This place is such a great value the price changes depending on the day of the week and time of day you visit make sure to check the website. Even the most expensive times are still very reasonable if you have a full group of 6 people not sure there are any other spots in LA where you can have such a great time for $10/person! The food is good and the staff is on it! They now have an app that you can use the check in before arriving this is a great feature on the weekends the wait times can get pretty long but don’t fret they also have a lot of great bar and patio areas to hang out at while you wait for your bay! There is more than enough parking at this place and they also have valet parking. Such a fun spot any day of the week!

This spot is way closer to me than the Ontario one and it’s also three floors.Reservations are booked weeks to maybe even months in advance. Now the wait list for walk ins is about 2-2 1/2 hour wait.I think a way to burn time while waiting for your bay is get a tee time at the Lakes via GolfNow app, then check in at the waiting list at Top Golf side, finish your 10 hole and hopefully your bay will be available by then.The experience is just as fun as the other Top Golf locations(Vegas being the best because of the jacuzzi). It has a massive parking lot with an option for valet.Overall fun experience and can’t wait to do the Lakes 10 hole par 3 next time. They unfortunately ran out of the main food items but I’m assuming it’s because it’s grand opening weekend.Now how can I get a red top golf shirt? Once they figure out a better waiting list or walk in setup(maybe higher level a yearly club fee), then it’ll be a five out of five.***Update***Came back a few months and they’ve worked out the kinks and made it to five out of five for me. I also tried their Chicken sandwich which was pretty good, their Pretzel bites with cheese which was awesome and their injectable doughnuts which was great also.Solid spot and will definitely come back! Called TopGolf to move my reservation to another available slot 1 hour later. I was told in a very hostile tone that it is “company policy” that I would have to forfeit my $40 deposit and re-schedule for 11PM.It’s only logical that you would be able to move a reservation if the next slot was available. I find it very greedy of the company to make it such that you forfeit the deposit. I hope this policy changes and I hope more people press for the company to change this policy. Their systems are more than capable of this.

The place is fun but if I’m paying $200 plus, I’d appreciate not being hounded by red shirts to stay behind the red line when teaching a first timer how to golf. Aside from the baby sisters hovering over my group the ENTIRE game, the servers told us to clear the table for the next group even though we were still finishing our beers and waiting for our credit cards to be returned. Better off buying a cheap club set for under $100 and going to a real golf course for $40. Only plus side was our neighbors had such great energy we almost forgot about the red shirt harassment.

I’m not a big review person, but wow was this a terrible experience.-we booked a bay online and they charged us 30 dollars more than if you pay in person there-we reserved a bottom bay and they gave us the very last top bay against the wall-it took them about 20 min to switch us, but said they couldn’t credit our time back.When we talked to a manager at the end of our time we explained how disappointed we were and they said sorry there’s nothing we can do.I have four kids under the age of 12 and this was by far the worst outing we have experienced.In total it cost us $280 dollars for poor service, terrible food and a bad experience.We will not be returning here.

I’ve been to topgolf many times in Arizona and California and had only great experiences. This time however was not awful but the customer service I received from two different people was very surprising.First of all, I called the front desk the day before our reservation to ask about moving the time back by 30 minutes. The woman was completely rude and made me feel dumb for thinking that was even a possibility. Secondly, once we got there we went to the downstairs bar to get drinks before we were seated. The person who took our order, I believe her name was Briasia, was actually so rude to us. She was unfriendly, rolled her eyes when we asked her a drink question, and walked away before our group was done ordering.The gentleman who served us at our bay, Mike, was very kind, attentive, and so helpful. His attitude was completely different than everyone else and he turned the experience around for us. We are happy with his service and even though the beginning of our time there was a little sour, we will still return because Top Golf is a very fun place to go with friends.

Before booking I called and asked if I could get any floor other than the first and the person said yes( saying I’m calling a couple days before the actual date). When I arrive I’m put in one of worst booths there. Most booths had couches where are booth had bar stools. 2 of the bar stools were broken. We had so much fun celebrating my father in laws birthday at this location. This was the first time ever picking up a golf club so I was intimidated at first but this place is beginner friendly so I got the hang of it. They gave us 15 minutes of time back and then said they’d cover 30 something odd dollars of gameplay. They only covered 15. Whatever idc about that money. I care about a random charge on a debit card that I never once pulled out or made a reservation with. We paid cash for the whole bill. 30 something dollars charge to my card with no explanation not understanding of why and getting the run around is frustrating the principal is what’s important. I just started coming here 3 times in 2 weeks. And this is a horrible start to my experience here. Also shocking they have your card on file ready to just get hacked or charge your card whenever they please. This is weird and absolutely disturbing for privacy policy and your sensitive information. It was super fun and from what I can tell a lot of people there were also beginner so there is no need to feed intimidated.Plenty of game options in the system so it’ll be a great time!My suggestion is to have more than 4 people so cost splitting can be more economical. This is just like bowling where each player gets a profile and each player has 20 balls to hit, note that you’re going against time so I would suggest to keep playing and not rest too much.

Id only been to the one in TN and didnt book it, so I didnt know is best for an advanced reservation. The web page has 2 options: book a bay or Walk in. Walking in is a 4 hour wait and you only get 88 minutes, which according to the manager start when you receive the text message with your bay #, and you will be paying for almost 2 hours anyway. It was $110 (plus $5/ person fee) for 88 minutes, which you dont get 88 min of playtime. Manager was really rude. And dont get the nachos, there were only 7 chips.

Yesterday 6/1/2024 was my first time at top gold and I went there for my sisters party. Everything was great EXCEPT 2 things. The reason Im only giving it a 3 star. 1. When I first came in there were 2 guards outside talking tall African American and a shorter Caucasian guy. As Im walking in the tall security looks at me and says we are checking bags at this time mind you he checked no ones bag before me that went in or no one after me or no one passing by me, he didnt even check my mans bag. JUST mine. So I went in and asked all of my friends did they get thier bag checked they all said NO. So he looked at me and profiled me by how I looked and checked mine. Which is sooooooo unprofessional and bias. I understand safety protocol but to only check one person bag based off how they look is disgusting in 2024. Danger has no look. Someone with a weapon could have walked right past us as he was checking my bag. So I say this, check all bags or check none. And 2nd reason is the mixed drinks were extremely watered down. But everything and I mean everything else was great!!!! The security guard will not ruin my decision to go back but that problem needs to be fixed. Because that is profiling at its finest which can lead to legal consequences. But other then that great place to go to 😊

Top golf is a fun place for family and friend events and fun. I have been to several different locations in different states and its always a good time but my experiences at the top golf in El Segundo (which is closest to where i live) is always so frustrating. 1st the food is really bad at this location. The service is not that great either. I have walked in several times i have been here as early as when they open waitlist is always over an hour or more. I have sat in the parking lot to wait and there was barely anyone showing up, so instead of letting us play for 30 minutes to an hour they made us wait when there was nobody there. 2 times Ive gotten on a 2 hour waitlist 1 time took 4 hours with no updates. The other never received a message only to find out the person did not add me to the waitlist the employee tried to tell me i had to wait another 2 hours even though it was their mistake. Interactions with the staff is always dry and seem like they do not want to be there. The app waitlist is always full even 1st thing in the morning when they open.the system always has issues when we play like glitches or freezing sometimes they will give me extended time to make up for it other times they have argued that the system is not perfect and that they will not extend my time.

Literally just had a group event an hour ago. And I must say it was a horrible experience, I had a group of 12 and our waitress never checked on us we always had to chase her never got asked for refills or if we needed anything else. And after our gameplay was over she handed me one bill which was the food bill which I paid $312, so it went over my head to pay the gameplay bill but it’s her job to remind me or hand me the other bill before heading out and we still stood there at the shooting range for about 10 minutes taking pictures after our gameplay was over. So me and my group headed out but some of my group went to the bathroom while I waited outside, so one person from my group called me saying I didn’t pay the game play bill but I was still confused because I was like but I paid, but I noticed a lot of security guards running to the third floor and when I went to the third floor I noticed it was for my group and they had them all cornered up by the bathrooms like that was not necessary at all especially with a child present and mind you they took my card at the beginning of the arrival to have a card on file even though I was paying cash. So I spoke with a guy and the waitress and told them I was only handed one bill not both or a full bill like I got handed when I cleared everything up. This will be my first and last time coming to this location because spending $312 on food and spending $500 on gameplay and receiving this type of customer service and having my guest all cornered up is not right like they assumed we didn’t have the money to pay when money is not an issue. So please re train your waitress on handing out bills and customer service!

Went here last WK for the first time. We were super amped to come. This location opened I think a month ago. Drove down from Calabasas, (wish there was one up by me) lol. Very long wait times and severely understaffed. I was told 4 to 5 hour wait when I checked in at 930pm, which doesnt make sense since they closed at 1230am (3 hours later) on this particular Saturday night. The topgolfs in Dallas and Denver had way better service and less wait. I saw many bays empty with dirty dishes and they sat empty for hours. We ended up getting a bay around 1115pm so we got about an hour of play in. Doubtful Ill come back, but if I do it will be with a reservation. Id recommend the same. Also hope they fix their reservation system because it was pretty buggy when I tried to use it.

So happy this location is finally open. Came by 4/18 for a G.N.O! Made reservations on line. We were running behind by a few minutes and they held our bay. Staff was extremely friendly upon entering. If youre trying to do something with a group of friends kick back and just have a good time now, I will say they can be pricey. Brandon the Manager was an absolute pleasure. He really went above and beyond to assist my family that was visiting from out of town for a graduation. We were willing to wait as long as we needed but her negative attitude when we first arrived was unprofessional. Thank God for Brandon and Kat. They made our visit amazing and dealing with her nasty attitude didn’t ruin our overall visit. We visited 6/4/23 at 2pm and we can’t recall her name but she was the only one wearing glasses at the time. We went there for a birthday party of my son’s 8 year old boy. Initially, without knowing it was not allowed, we brought in beers we had with us. TopGolf is a really fun place to go and have fun with family and friends. The atmosphere is fun and hitting at the range is fun as well. Its a little pricey but if you go with 6 people and split it it is worth it. I would suggest going with a minimum of 2 hours if you are a large group. If you have 4 people or less 1.5 hours would be recommended. We only did an hour and the time went by quickly, too quickly. I would also suggest making a reservation ahead of time because we waited 2+ hours on the walk-up list. You can reserve up to 7 days in advance and reservations open up on Mondays at 6 am. An employee told me the reservations for the week are usually gone by 7 am so get on there right at 6 am.

They credited us the time, but refused to move us to another bay ( which I mentioned several times, there were two empty next to us) it was my birthday, and they got a group together and sang happy birthday. The employees were extremely nice. The food was ok, it was extremely overpriced, but that is typical for entertainment. I happened to be there on a Tuesday ( 1/2 price day) and the bay was $82 for 90 minutes. The food for three people cleared $100. If this sounds right to you, then this might be a great destination. The Golf is fun for all skill levels, as they have games that do not require golf experience. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, even with the machine malfunctions. Its a great place to celebrate but the prices will keep me from being a regular.

I would have given this place a 5/5 review if it hadn’t been for the horrible service I got while dining in. I went up to the bar area to order food and got ignored by the server (Alexus) multiple times. There was no reason for her to be rude and disrespectful. It wasn’t busy at the time so it wasn’t like she couldn’t take my order. I told her I was ready and she just walked away. I suggest getting people to work here with better customer service skills.

I’ve been to quite a few top golf’s, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. We went one day without a reservation and was told it would be a 5 hr wait. Was told we could get on the waitlist for the next day, fine no problem. Logged into the app and got on the waitlist shortly after they opened. The app stated I would have a bay between 1:30-2:20. We arrived at 1:30 and were told it be 1 hour. We sat down and ate. Went down to the front after 1.5 hrs and were told by another staff member it would now be 2+ hrs and there was nothing they could do. We needed up leaving after waiting for almost 3 hrs for a bay in person. I have a small baby and keeping him occupied for several hours without getting to golf was super frustrating. Not to mention this was the last day I would be visiting my family from out of state and we wasted an entire day trying to golf.This place is disorganized and none of the associates are on the same page. I reccomend just avoiding this location.

I don’t understand why you cannot order drinks or food from the bar when the “staff” supporting the bays are clearly understaffed. I know it the goal is to get them tips but if they are not able to handle orders in a timely manner and/or get the orders wrong it is just a terrible experience.

Ive been here twice. The pepperoni Flatbread is good and the drinks are as well. I ordered the old fashioned and long Island. The crowd on Saturday nights are a good vibe so far and its a fun environment for ppl of all ages.

Management of this place is a 2/10 at best. No one is helpful or professional, the facility is often messy or dirty, bathrooms are overflowing with paper towels outside of the trash, and to top it all off - they cancel your reservation (that you need to make a week in advance) if you don’t confirm via text message in a 15 minute window. Highly recommend avoiding this location and going to hit balls at a local driving range instead. Much better than TopGolf. I won’t be back.

Starting with their booking service. Nobody answers the phone, you can’t make a reservation. We arrived prior to midday and we were told 3 hours wait on a Saturday. That’s fine as we left & made other plans and returned. What the main issue is the service. I doubt very much that if the staff were a little more efficient, there wouldn’t be 3 hour waits. The waitress knew we didn’t want another game and in an hour was brought only one round when we had 3 requests. Luckily most of us out of 8 were on iced water but then in order to pay, our server went missing and when it came to trying to leave to let other people play & continue our Saturday, nobody was able to complete our games. If there was an option to pay on the screen via Apple Pay or card would really simplify things but I guess it’s all about the gratuities.. which the staff are very obviously missing out on with the current training. Frustrating and more efficiently would be welcome next time.

I wouldve given it 5 stars if the check in had gone better. A group of 12 we knew there would be a wait. So we checked everywhere TopGolf told us to check. When we called they were unable to give us a wait time. Sure, thats fair. BUT could you have told us that there was a large gala style event that would cause a longer than usual wait time?This resulted in a quoted 4-5 hour wait time. Which we had to wait 3 hours to get in. Our party was unable to really golf for the amount of time we wanted due to the late hour the wait caused.We could have come a different day if we knew about the gala, or shown up earlier.Otherwise the food and drink were good, and it was fun for the small amount of time we were able to golf.

Super fun!!! My friend made reservations for us on a Friday night. I guess the reservation process isn’t the best but for someone who just showed up, it was so fun!!! Lol. I would highly recommend just playing angry birds 😡🦜 lol. It’s so cute and super fun. The other games are like whatevs. Each game takes about an hour. And you can also just chill in the common area and get food before or after your game so it’s a cool place. I enjoyed my time here 😁🤘.

This was a horrible first experience. My friends and I were on the waiting list for 3 hours and once we arrived the representative said it was a problem with the system and we had to wait another hour which turned into another 3 1/2 hours. We tried waiting at the bar to have drinks and food. No one ever came to service us and when we asked an employee about possibly getting serviced he said he doesn’t even know if someone’s working. We decided to leave and received a text 3 1/2 hours later saying to check in. The El Segundo location is very unorganized and poorly managed.

This place is so much fun!!! I dont even like golfing (GASP) and I had a terrific time! The angry birds game is the most fun and very easy for beginners. You hit the ball and try to aim for the pigs on the screen. It is very fun!Service is AMAZING! We had multiple people help us. They bring food to your bay and the food was actually pretty good! I wasnt expecting that. I mean its not Michelin star or anything but the hot fried chicken sandwich was tasty.Hit tip: Get the tater tots over fries. They are crispier and delicious!What else can I say? Ill definitely be coming back here with my friends, probably on a regular basis.

I have been to 12 different locations all across the country. The facility was nice, food was great as always.My negative review reflects the poor customer service both while there and with follow up.The Bloody Mary I ordered had no vodka in it, and I ordered a double.The server practically kicked us out stating that they had to flip the bay, but there were at least 10-15 open bays at the time on our floor alone.I reached out to Topgolf customer service to talk about the experience and still haven’t been contacted after 5 days, despite the auto reply giving a time frame of 48 hours.

Superb service! Every single employee was super accommodating of us. We have 2 small children and they quickly moved us to the couches so our 1 year old could be more comfortable and made sure our 4 year old son had the proper sized clubs. Food was great! And the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful!

Best Top Golf ever! Opening weekend so pretty busy but staff took care of us while we waited.Brooke at the third floor tables took care of my group so well. We had a great experience. One of the managers Daniel came to our table and spoke to us about the new venue and made us feel at home. can’t wait to go back!

Golfing area was fun, food took so long to come- we initially scheduled 1 hr at the bay but the food came when we only had 15 mins left so we had to extend our playing time. Overall, the staff is okay & it is a fun experience
