I have been doing business with Topco Insurance for so many years. Kimi Zhou from Arcadia Office is the best insurance agent Ive ever met. Hes knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Each year he tried his best to help my family find the best auto and home insurance. The companys customer-oriented vision is the reason that I stick with Topco Insurance for more than a decade. I have home insurance through this agency for years. This year my purse got stolen from my car, when I called, their office lady tried very hard to convince me not to file a claim. She told me I would have a record for three years; After deductible I would not get anyting....and many other misleading information later Safeco agent told me that was not true. I filed a claim with Safeco and got paid a very reasonable amount within a week. Safeco is a very good insurance company but it is not a good idea to go through Topco in Arcadia. Very unprofessional personnel.

The arcadia team has been very helpful. They review my coverage and compare other carriers for me upon my renewal. I am happily insured with them for my auto and homeowner policy for over 7 years.

Friendly, helpful - and proactive. I was an existing customer, yet they still called me to note they could save me several hundred dollars in my auto insurance. Id have been a customer regardless, but it was great that they would go out of their way to contact me to help in such a fashion. Very responsive and helpful in all aspects; have been a customer several years and would recommend them to anyone.
