Jelani is the man!! Hes an industry veteran with 20 years of experience and it definitely shows. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a high-integrity guy. He was able to answer all my detailed questions and was able to secure an excellent deal for me for my first Precor elliptical purchase. Not only that, he gave me some great life advice to boot. Just ordered my new True 650 (commercial) treadmill. This is a replacement for a life fitness t5 model which served as well, but ended up needing a second motor and we decided to scrap it and get a commercial grade treadmill. The problem for us was that We needed something that can fit in the space that wouldnt tolerate anything wider than 34 in. Working with Jelani was a breeze! The people at the store were knowledgeable and very helpful. I was quite familiar with what I wanted, and their price was very competitive and the service was fantastic. The only issue is the commercial models are specially ordered so we have to wait for it to arrive. All that said, I very much recommend this store and team to anyone. We did not have so great experience with the service after the purchase (unreturned phone calls for repairs under warranty and setting up maintenance visits) from the place we ordered our previous treadmill a few doors down street from Top Fitness (aka Precor). Based on the reviews from the people who purchased their equipment from Top Fitness and my personal experience thus far, this will be far better long-term relationship!

I went to Top Fitness to buy a treadmill. I explained to Eric who waited on me that I had mobility issues and thought a treadmill would help my gait. He listened carefully and took me right to the perfect treadmill, bypassing others that were more expensive. He patiently and carefully explained its features and watched as I tried it out. It was wonderful having such a knowledgeable and patient salesperson.We arranged delivery for the following Saturday, the first date the delivery people had available. Unfortunately, one of their men called in sick at the last minute, so, Eric scrambled to find someone else to do the delivery so that I wouldn’t have to wait another week.His partner, Jelani (beautiful name that means mighty in Swahili---and he was mighty!) and Mo did a great job of delivering and setting up the treadmill the next day, then, took care to make sure I knew how to use it.I couldn’t have asked for better service.I recommend Top Fitness highly without any reservation.

I have just purchased a NordicTrac 2450 from Top Fitness in San Rafael and I am so thrilled! I am honestly thrilled with the xperience that I had in shopping for and purchasing just the right piece of equipment for me and my family. Jelani Wiggins is the person that worked with me to identify just the right treadmill for the experience that I was looking, explaining everything that differentiated this equipment from others so that I could have the confidence of purchasing something to replace the elliptical that we had purchased from Top Fitness about 3 years ago. Jelani also worked very closely with me to provide a trade in value for the elliptical machine, which was so appreciated! He also made the arrangements to deliver the new treadmill and remove the elliptical as I had no other way of removing this from our house. Overall, Jelani and Top Fitness were terrific to work with and I will continue to go back to them with all my fitness needs!

Several years ago, I bought an elliptical trainer from Jelani and he was great. I still love the machine. I stopped in the other day because I was having trouble with my heart monitor, and he gave me a replacement part in it now works perfectly. He’s great and I highly recommend the store.

This was a very pleasant interaction with Jelani Wiggins, the salesman. He answered our questions and guided us through our purchase of a Water Rower machine. He was helpful without being pushy or obnoxious. He set up delivery and that was performed on time and rapidly. Recommend the entire experience.

Cant say enough good things about Jelani and the staff. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of with my order. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place sets an example for customer service and reliable knowledge. Infinitely thankful for all the help and service. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Great people here!

Jelani was friendly, knew a ton about the machines, and working out. He answered all our questions, and at no time did we feellike he was selling to us. He clearly gave us the pros and cons, let me know based on what our needs were when something was over what we needed and let us decide. He set up delivery with great insteuctions. Delivery happnened as planned with a call 30 min prior. We had such a good buying experience with Jenali. Thank you!
