I placed an order for a $1,190 16x20 inch pneumatic heat press. It has been a month and my order has not shipped. The customer service does not respond. When I called, once I requested a cancellation as it hadnt shipped and I was told that it wouldnt, the phone agents would then hang up on me. I had to call many many times to get someone that didnt hand up and the agent told me a supervisor would call me, they never did. I opened a chargeback on this order as quickly as possible foreseeing that this would be a big issue. I was told that the supervisor would need to review my order before it could be cancelled and that that would take about 35-45 days. Ridiculous. I assume the only way I will get my money back is the chargeback that has been open for 25 days now. This company really took my $1,190 and refused to send me anything OR give me my money back. Incredulous.

Worse tool, equipment distributor on the internet, don’t even bother emailing them on their “contact us” page from their own website, one of their own representatives said it is no longer in service. If you need to speak with someone make sure you set aside half your day ( if you’re lucky) because they’re very obviously understaffed or just don’t care, need to speak with a supervisor? Good luck because the customer service representatives won’t give it to you but they will give you an empty promise that one of them will get back to you. If you need to return something you will be charged a 20% restocking fee even if you tried requesting to cancel your order days before it was even shipped. This company does not care in any way shape or form about providing service to their customers, it’s VERY obvious all they care about is taking your money, don’t take a risk buying from these people they are absolute trash!!! I’d give them negative stars if I could.

Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend to anyone. They to not reply to messages after your product has failed. We purchased a sweeper and it stopped working a month after warranty expired. With little help from them we found the problem and ordered the replacement part through them. They billed my CC and months later we have not seen any part. I continue to get no response to emails and no replay from their legal affairs either.

May 9th, I ordered a mobility scooter for our disabled son. When we received it, we plugged it in to charge and it began to spark and subsequently burned the charging port. I immediately contacted the company via email to start the return process since the scooter was obviously defective. I then followed their requests and submitted photo and video of the issue. Then heard nothing and followed up with phone calls. While the customer care rep also agreed the item is defective and needs to be returned, his manager needs to approve it. I have called back multiple times and there is no progress. I was told he wasnt his managers babysitter and hes done his job and asked the manager to call me but he hasnt. I admit I lot my patience with the customer service rep on the phone and i do feel bad for that, but still now I still have an unsafe piece of equipment that i need to return and no one to help me and Im out almost $1000

Horrible company. Order a commercial fridge .. was delivered damaged. Call Toolots immediately they keep giving me the run around for 10 months. Saying a manager would call me back. No one ever called back. I kept calling asking for updates and they started hanging up on me. Never did get a resolution to this. I will never order from them again. Also the handle of the commercial fridge ripped off as well and they fixed issue

Worst Customer Service in the World! Scammers! RUN! BUYER BEWARE!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!I’m astonished that Toolots had the courage to ask me for their opinion about their Service!I received a broken pipe threading machine from them 1 week late! Moreover, It arrived broken in pieces, in a SMALL shipping create that was, So small, there was No way they could have shipped the assembled machine in the create!Once received, I contacted them via phone (After a 2 hour wait!) I was told that the other rep went to lunch and left me on hold for 1 hour! After 5 emails showing the damage, then they asked for 5 more photos of the machine packed back into the create. Then it took three days of excuses why they wouldn’t send us an RMA. Now 18 days later! After 4 more 2 hour phone calls and a threat of a lawsuit we finally received an RMA. 10 Days later. 10 days after shipment, won’t confirm that the shipment arrived! THEY WON’T RELEASE OUR $1498.98 BACK TO US!They know that we are a small non-profit for veterans. We can afford to give away our money during Covid-19! They don’t care, they will screw over anyone they can. Here it is over 45 days later, and still NO refund! They have set our business back 3 MONTHS! because of their greedy hands.We were forced to buy a $2500.00 machine from Steel Dragon Tools! And were still out the $1400.00 dollars from Toolots! They told me to pick up the goods from them, and then I waited for a week without telling me when to pick it up. I called customer service and asked to cancel the order. The customer service agreed, but after a few days, there was still no refund. I sent an email to ask them when the refund would be made, and they told me that I could pick up the product, but I no longer needed it. But they refused to refund me. Every time I called, I said I would wait for the manager to reply, but there was no reply.

Do not buy from. Pretty sure this company is just a money laundering outfit that sells just enough to stay off radar. Items come damaged or they say its in stock when it isnt and then it takes months to get refunded. Terrible customer service. Prices are not worth the hassle.

Dont use your credit card with this company. No Warranty or Return product.I bought a water valve, it already had a small cracked at the bottom and started leaking water, when the water line is opened.No customer care responded to calls. Only one time responded and said sorry and I have to throw the product to the dust bin. They never accept any return. 14 days return policy is a joke.Later on I had to cancel my credit card, since they are trying to get the money for the 2nd time as well without my authority.Finally I had to discard this item and buy from another reliable vendor. Waiting 15 days for return approval, six phone calls & still NOTHING.Order # 100247970I purchased some lights for my trailer & the additional information stated that they were 7.87 length, X 6.3 width X 2.17 height and when received they were almost half of that size. So I call customer service on 4/11 and was told that I need to take pictures with tape measure, picture of the web page showing the said measurements and email them in. That was done on the same day 4/11. I have called a total of six times and keep on getting the same answer that the technical department needs to authorize the approval for return. So I spoke to a supervisor today and was told the same thing. Their POLICY is WRONG and customer service cant do anything unless tech approves it. Well I guess if & when they approve it it might take weeks if not months to get my refund. I have no option but to call my credit card company & reverse the charge to my Visa card, that might get their attention.I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !

After 6 weeks, they have NOT issued me a credit and even told my credit card company that I never returned the item!!! The company is extremely DISHONEST!!! Would NOT do business again with them!! Mill Creek Mechanical purchased a chiller from Toolots for a project. The chiller was sized, however we had multiple issues with leaks and operation. With in the 1st week of operation. We ended up getting a RMA BACK IN OCTOBER. We have been calling weekly asking for our refund. This company has been putting us off and is horrible. Getting run around over the last 6 months.

Horrible customer service!!! They sent (2) damaged flammable cabinets; one had dents in the back, and the other one had a broken door and lock, making it impossible to open. I called several times and, after being put on hold for 30+ minutes, I hung up because I had a job to do, and the music they play is beyond irritating. When I finally got someone on the phone the next week, the girl was extremely rude and unhelpful. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do because it had been over 5 days, even after I explained that I couldnt get anyone on the phone during that time. She did nothing but talk over me. As someone who works in shipping and has to deal with customers that have same issues I can assure you my boss would have my Head if I ever spoke to a customer like that. Id really appreciate it if a Manager could reach out to get this corrected.

Customer service was extremely helpful in helping us get our tire machines ordered. Have never heard of Toolots before, so was kind of skeptical about using them. Tire machines arrived a day early and there were no issues with the packaging. We were missing some parts, but customer service got it straightened out in a very timely manner. We are very satisfied with Toolots.

This is a scamming company. I paid $4000 for the machine, they sent a defective one, admitted that it was defective and promised to replace the parts. Kept contacting them, they either would not respond or whey they finally did after several attempts they would just say that they will replace the part. Waited 5 months, they never sent parts. I requested my money back and for them to pick up the machine, they just responded that they parts are being sent. After formal complaint, they responded again that they would send defective parts. Still no parts, nobody is contacting me or responding. Beware of the scam, you will pay for the machine you need and you will get a broken one.

Ordered an Engine Lathe and it got shipped fast and easy delivery. I could not ask for more from a supplier. Now that I have the lathe, The bearings in the gearbox are eating themselves and the motor is overheating. I cannot run the machine!!!! So, I now have a $5,600.00 anchor that is useless. Im a 3 time cancer survivor on disability and I am always on the lookout for an inexpensive way to do things. My wife and I are also gardeners. I had a project that involved getting rid of lots of zip-ties and using hose clamps . I ordered 200 on 11/4/23 and didnt get a chance to start this project until 11/29/23 due to weather. It didnt take me long to figure out this wasnt going to be enough, so I ordered 100 more. Shortly after that, within an hour, I figured I should get another 100. I called in this order to try and make it just 1 order instead of 2 and ship them together, since the 1st order had not left the building yet. I was told by the sales person that couldnt be done and I had to cancel the 2 and then place the order again changing the quantity to 2. No problem. Transferred to who could cancel the order and then back to the sales person. Their own terms and conditions state After we received the returned product, it will normally take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be issued. The cancellation and reorder took place on 11/29/23 and so far, they have it scheduled for 1/24/24. It never even left the warehouse in the 1st place. Its only $51.38 total, but I could use the money returned ASAP. I filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB and am now writing this review here. There seem to be a LOT of negative reviews regarding this circus of a business and its buyer beware. I wish I would have done more home work and Ive learned a valuable lesson regarding internet sales

Edit 11/14/21: Nancy from Toolots reached out to me about a month ago and apologized for the trouble and stated they wanted to make the situation right. After some back and forth they decided to issue credit back to me for the damaged goods. This was a bit unexpected and surprising but much appreciated. Its good to know that Toolots finally realized that their customer service was lacking and decided to do something about it. With this resolution, I would probably consider purchasing from toolots again. Thanks guys.---------------------------------------------------We purchased three freezers from toololts. All three came damaged.We contacted toololts right away about ways to rectify the situation. It took 5 days and several attempts to receive a response from the company to even find out what our options were.I was told that they could either be RMAd or a discount/credit given. I was asked to submit pictures and a description of the damage, which I did. After checking out the operational status of the units I had decided that I would not RMA them and would likely opt for a credit.After submitting the pictures I waited two days with no response. Reached out a few times and after five days was told I was being issued an RMA. No option for a credit and horrible communication. Currently awaiting further communication. I would not purchase any products from this company again.(and I realize the damage is likely caused by the shipper)

Our coolers arrived damaged. After talking with Cynthia S. and sending them pictures they refuse to respond to calls or emails. It has been over 3 months! I have sent several emails and called several times only to keep getting hung up on or put on hold for 30 minutes or more! We have spent $6,515.64 with them and this is what we are dealing with. Go somewhere else if you want quality undamaged products and good customer service. I would give less than one star if it were an option.

I want to give 0 star. I bought an oven from Toolots in September 2019. The plug was broken with 110V, 15A. On the plate it says 220V. I contacted Toolots and try to find out which voltage is correct. They told me to find it by myself. I asked an electrician to change the plug with 110V, 15A, it doesnt work. So, the electrician told me its 220V. So, we changed another plug and cable to 220V, 15A. The light is on when we turn on the oven. However, it lasts only 30second, the fuse blew out. I ordered the same type of fuse online, the first fuse last 1 minute and then blew out again. The second fuse lasts several minutes, but suddenly there is smoke from the oven with a pungent smell. In the meantime, I contacted the customer service, nobody replied. Poor product with no service. Never buy stuff from this website again.

Toolots disappointed me they send me a bed that cost me $1,210 it was a hospital bed for my mother who is in hospice. Folding Electric Mobility Scooter.I purchased the Folding Electric Mobility Scooter Lightweight Portable Travel Scooter 3 Wheel about a month ago and I have been thoroughly impressed with it. It is not for the disabled elderly as the details stated. It does go 10 mph and has a very quick start. It does have a learning curve, but I absolutely love that I can now join my friends and family on outings. I was able to take my stepdaughters (ages 10 and 12) to the zoo and we had a great time. My only concern with the scooter is the hand break. It does not stop you quickly and it is hard going down hills, like they had at the zoo. We have finally booked our first cruise and I will be able to take my scooter (I have named her Tesla or Tessie for short. lol) with us. The scooter folds easily and takes up minimal space. It is perfect for me. Thank you.

In July I purchased an rv refrigerator from tool lots. It came freight damaged so i immediately called the company. And they asked for pictures and an explanation of what may have happened. I followed all their procedures. They agreed to refund me $125 off of the purchase price. If I agreed to try and fix the freight damage which I did. They assured me that I would have my refund by October 16th. It is now October 18th and I still have gotten no refund. I would never do business with this company again buyer beware .

Not worth it! I ordered a large Magnetic glass board to put all my fun magnets on. The first one came damaged, so they sent a new one at no cost. The new one doesnt work with my magnets. Looks like it only uses a particular type of magnet, not just any magnet. Is their reply. What aremy magnets? Travel magnets, magnets from staples, and any other magnet we had at home I tried. So..IF you want a big glass whiteboard, this works, if you want this for a magnet board. It doesnt work at all.

Canceled the order of an item that shipped but had not received. Was completely fine with paying the restocking fee. After speaking to their customer service I am not “scheduled for refund” for another month. Their refund policy states typical refunds within 1-2 weeks. This will be 2 months on a large purchase. I cannot get anyone in their accounting department to respond to my emails all while I pay credit card interest on the purchase that I returned.

I ordered a dehumidifier about 3 weeks ago. When it arrived I immediately found out one of the wheels was broken... I contacted them immediately and was willing to have them just order me a replacement wheel, then i plugged it in. I plugged it in in my very humid basement and it turned on and ran for about 30 seconds before turning itself off. Been trying to return it for 2 weeks, multiple emails, chats, and calls, they still tell me they waiting for return approval. If I had any idea that itd be so difficult to return an item that arrived damaged, Id have just gone to Home Depot or Amazon.

When you need replacement parts, Id be surprised to find out you ever received requested item, but good luck trying. They will either never send you the product replacement or when they do, theyll charge you again to send the wrong product and when you call for reimbursement or ask to be sent the correct product needed, they ignore you from that point on. The order was supposed to arrive on 5/26/2022. On 5/26 I get a call from the delivery driver saying that he cannot get the package off of the truck because it is too heavy (keep in mind we had liftgate service). The delivery driver contacted Toolots so that Toolots could provide a solution. It has now been 2 weeks and I still have nothing! After about 6 month of shopping I ordered a pilates reformer from Toolots. I was super excited about the product and pricing. The delivery method was via freight. The delivery time was extended, but I felt it was worth the wait. The delivery was scheduled for 5/23 from 9-5. I dont normally write reviews but we bought an air compressor and its not working. I cant get parts anywhere because its got some odd chinese sizes. Its been 5 days of emailing them and they only emailed back on the first day. No emails back in 4 days. Ive been on hold for 1 hour and 16 minutes so far. I spoke with someone in their tech group last week who seemed very helpful. But he hasnt called back or emailed back and even though he gave me his direct line, his voicemail box is full. I even tried chat and Im pretty sure the chat is a bot because they just referred me to call their 800 number - which Im still on hold with. I will not buy from this company ever again. They got me once, shame on them. Two times would be shame on me.

Terrible service since the moment I first made contact with them. At least 3-4 days just to place an order. Another 2 days before being contacted with order confirmation and now another 7 days at least and still have not received my order of which the item is in stock. Every time I call it is at least a 10 to 15 minute wait just to speak with someone. Once I finally get to speak with someone I am told that a separate representative will have to call me back. I have been in this industry for more than 20 years and this is by far one of the worst experiences ever. I do not care how inexpensive pricing may be in my opinion it is not worth the time or effort to deal with this company. I have not had any of the issues that some others have had. What I order ships in the next day or two and arrives undamaged. Prices have been good to fair and quality has been the same for items I have purchased. Common carrier shipping can be problematic and I have inspected equipment from other vendors before shipping only to have it arrive damaged. I have not had to speak to their customer service yet so I can not speak to that aspect.

I see and read a lot of bad reviews but I have to add mine since I experienced a different outcome. I ordered an aluminum storage tool box for my car trailer. Although I was never sent a Tracking#, I opened up a chat with the company a few days after my order was placed and I was immediately given a UPS tracking# which showed that the tool box was on its way. I received the box 2 days later in excellent condition. I was that happy with it that I placed a second order for another of the same box. Hopefully this one will arrive in great shape and quickly like the last one. The only complaint I would have is that I feel they could be more accurate with alerting the customer if and when the item ships out and also give out the tracking# so we dont have to guess or ask if the item was ever shipped. For that reason Im going with 4 stars instead of 5. That said the quality of the aluminum storage box is very good and fabricated nicely.

I read all the negative Google reviews, but was torn as they had a self-contained 110v hydraulic pump at a great price that was perfect for a project I was doing. I decided to order the unit ($300 vs $1,000 elsewhere) and hope for the best. Unlike many of the reviews I am 100% satisfied with the product as well as their shipping & customer service. The only reasons I did not give them 5 stars is the unit came with very limited instructions and I had to figure out how to bleed the air out of the lines, etc. This is not really ToolLots issue, but an issue with the suppliers instruction manual. I even asked an e-mail question on when my shipment would arrive and a real person (Melvina) actually replied to my email, and was very helpful.

To save you time in case you dont want to know the details, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you want details, read on. I attempted to order a vacuum sealer around 3+ weeks ago. It took forever to be able to submit an application to become a dealer. Lots of problems with their web site. There is a minimum of 45 minutes wait to talk to anyone. If you choose for someone to call you back, 50% of time they dont. Beware of the shipping cost estimates. My shipping cost was bumped from an estimate of $150 to $362. Also, after 8 days of not being able to get an answer on whether or not they had a vacuum sealer in stock (as indicated on their web site) it turned out they could not find the unit in their warehouse; as if they have an Amazon-sized warehouse. Ive been to their facility and the warehouse is barely 7,000 sq ft. I believe their business model is based on selling damaged goods that is sent from China to various distributors. Instead of sending the damaged goods back to China, they sell it through Toolots. That is why prices are low. They make their money on the $399 dealer fee and inflated shipping costs. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. PAY $200 MORE FOR THE ITEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGONY.

3+ week delivery. 59 Heavy duty tractor rototiller. Needed assembly 80+ pieces. Came with NEITHER an Operators Manuel (OM) or Assembly Instructions. Once toolots was contacted access was given to an electronic OM for a different rototiller. Would I have to wait another 72 hours AGAIN when I call in 72 hours from today to get another update? Can I speak with a supervisor? No, there is no one to speak to and they have been short staffed, so I’ll have to wait.That call ended 9:27 AM PDT Oct 11 and I received a confirmation of the call after. Later that evening at 6:14 PM PDT, an update to the ticket was sent out: “Hello Everyone, Pls help to replace a new one asap. Another Dear customer service, why didnt you send an email to me at the first time ?” I replied back on the morning of Oct 12, “Thank you, I appreciate you helping to get this replaced. Is there anything further needed from me to get the replacement sent out?”When I didn’t receive a reply back, I called Toolots on October 13th requesting they process the already approved return. The agent asked if I wanted a replacement or just a return. At this point, I decided not to risk a replacement and I indicated that I just wanted to process a return. The agent then proceeded to tell me that I would need to wait ANOTHER 72 hours to get the return processed to get an RMA sent out! They were short handed, so we’d have to wait.As of today, October 20th, no further communication and no RMA has been sent out. While Toolots sent out an actual product initially, the product arrived damaged. They failed to take care of their customer by sending a replacement unit or even repair parts, placing the onus on the customer to prove the damage and suggest that they should have to repair. After a return was finally approved on email, no return paperwork was ever sent out, even after a follow up call.

I have to reiterate how bad this company is. I ordered and paid for 200 swivel castors, 63 of them were the wrong size and did not swivel. I repeatedly called and emailed their customer service to schedule a return of the 63 incorrect casters in accordance with their written return procedure. I bought a metal bead roller here, and it was a positive experience start to finish. Their customer service staff promptly responded to a question I asked regarding the product, I paid online, and then picked up at their location. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I ordered a deep freezer that was delivered damaged. I immediately called and reported the damage. I was instructed to email photos. Emailed the photos and they agreed to exchange the unit. They required emailed photos of the unit being packed back up, it on a pallet, and taped before they would schedule it to be picked up. They would not send a new one out until they confirmed the damaged unit was on its way back. I was told that a call as soon as it was picked up would initiate the new unit being scheduled for delivery. It took multiple calls over 3 days to get a driver out. After he picked it up, I was told that a tracking number instead of the call it was picked up was now required before I could get a new unit. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund either until the driver that picked up the freezer the day before provided a tracking number. The person I dealt with was rude, talked over me, and lied about the exchange process. How is it the customers fault when they are the ones that arrange the delivery company. Now I am out of a freezer and my money.I was able to find the Manager’s email online and sent a communication about the issues I had. He apologized and explained what occurred and provided honest information. I am willing to give the company another chance, but prefer to deal directly with him. Their price is so good that it causes one to hesitate. So I was just hoping that I dont get scammed.I wasnt. The product is of identical quality (not just comparable quality) of what is offered by a traditional distributor, yet the price is just a fraction. In a word, it works.The company is pushing for a new distribution model for industrial tools, and is venture backed. UPDATE 1/8/21I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars based on my most recent interaction with Toolots. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joel Rodriguez, a new customer service rep with the company, and all I can say is Wow! 5 stars for Joel! Not only was he able to finally get me my refund after 6 months and he helped me place a order to get the crate that went missing back in September. If you’ve read any of the other negative reviews for this company you’ll see most people say something to the effect of the only thing worse than the product was the customer service. In my case the product was always excellent it was just my inability to ever get it with any consistency. And customer service became increasingly worse between September and December 2020. As reluctant as I was to give them my business again, Joel assured me that he would follow up with me daily until my order was fulfilled (yeah, right 🙄) Well, he kept his word! I got a call or an email from him everyday until my order was ready for pickup at the Moreno Valley warehouse (shout out to the warehouse manager in Moreno, I can’t remember his name, but he was also great!) It only took 5 business days for my order to process and will call was ready. I picked up my crate yesterday, all pieces were there and the right sizes and I am beyond amazed. If you had asked me even two weeks ago if I would ever give Toolots another dollar of my money I would’ve laughed and said not even if the World was flooded and they sold rafts. The excellent, thoughtful, and professional manner in which Joel handled my refund convinced me to give this company another chance. I’d like to say that this is the first time that I’ve had this issue with Toolots, but the fact is I’ve ordered 12 crates over the last year and every single time I’ve had some kind of a headache getting the product that I ordered. So I guess their new business model is to continue to sell products online, not deliver them, not offer will call pick up, and then not refund customers when they can’t get their orders fulfilled. This company is a disgrace to do business with. We purchased a floor scrubber Model # C350B for $1500.00 and they shipped it with out a battery charger. We have been trying for over 3 weeks to get them to ship us a charger and nothing. Holding on the phone for several minutes and finally ended up just hanging up. Worst customer service of all time. I bought a compressor from them 3 weeks ago tried to get in contact with them to swap it out as i got the wrong voltage needed(mind you this is not your normal $1000 compressor) i paid over $6000 for my shop compressor. I spoke to 5 different people same day no one really cared about anything i had to say and told me for me to talk to tech support i had to have a ticket created and they would contact me within 5 to 7 business days. Its been well over 2 week since that and not call an email nothing. Ordered a plasma cutter and welder for toilet . when I got it, it would not work. It took three weeks to get a return order . When I return it I emailed them three weeks later they said, Ho we will return your money. Havent got that yet but I wanted the cutter . This is an edited review for toolots.Upon receiving the order I contacted customer service to return the item as it was grossly not as described. No one answers the customer service line. They are responsive with emails. I requested to return the product, and was told that only defective products can be returned for full refund, not the ones not as described. I explained, what the defects are, and a month later, I am still waiting for return instructions. I reached out once, to check on the status on the RMA, and was told that it is pending final approval.2 weeks went by without resolution. I left a negative review, and Nancy from customer service contacted me to rectify the situation. She found the original order and promptly reached a resolution. My gratitude goes to her.

They never notified me about this. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund the credit card and send me a receipt that day. It has been 3 days since and I never received the email confirmation with the receipt that the order has been refunded. I tried calling again and it seems that they have blocked the original number i called from. When I call from that phone it hangs up right away, so I called from a different phone and I have now been on hold for over an hour (after their system disconnected the call 2 previous times) When I did get a person, after being on hold for 21 minutes (but because this was my 3rd call since the first 2 calls got disconnected, it was more like 1 hour and 21 minutes on hold) they picked up and said Toolots, hold please, and then put me back on hold before i could even reply and then disconnected the call about 3 minutes later. They are impossible to get in touch with and I feel they are more of a scam company then a real company.

Ordered on December 22nd. With the Holidays, I expected some delay. I messaged back and forth with them, multiple times. Always an excuse. Stating that I did not have an order with them, that my email was wrong, ETC. I sent them a copy of my credit card receipt. Then I heard nothing. Finally January 3rd, I spoke with someone that assured me it had shipped and gave me a tracking number. She said it would not show any history because of the shipper.??? I checked that tracking number a week later, and it only showed as printed, not shipped, same as it did previously. I was getting ready to stop payment on my credit card, when it finally showed up on the 14th with a different tracking number. They lied to me, and I will never do business with them again.

Garbage. Bought a squat rack for almost $1000 because its meant to have a cable system. However the wrong cable parts were supplied rendering this whole feature useless. I sent them 3 emails because i couldnt find a phone number anywhere. After no response i contacted paypal trying to get a resolution, explaining i didnt recieve the correct parts. Paypal somehow contacted toolots and their solution was for me to return the squat rack for a full refund at my expense, yes because its my fault this chinese junk didnt come with the right parts? A partial refund would be a better solution, i dont even wanna know the cost to send this back to CA. It started with me getting someones receipt sent to my email for someones expensive purchase. I replied advising they have the wrong email and they should contact the customer cause they probably need the receipt. No replies.Then I started getting promotional and news letter emails, including a rewards statement for the customer. I Replied again saying the same information as previously. I received a rude reply stating I bought something from them and subscribed to their newsletter. I replied again stating, as before, that I never bought or subscribed and they had the wrong email. More rude emails including telling me I can just report them as spam. So I did.Then I get a shipping receipt with all of the customers info. I replied, again, stating they have the wrong email and was again met with rude replies.So, using the information they provided in the shipping email, I called the customer and told him what was going on. He was a really nice man who said he had called them numerous times that he had received no emails and they told him it was fix as of that morning, several hours before I received the shipping email. After some nice chatting, I forwarded him all of the emails.I thought the situation was resolved as I received no further emails. Then today I received an email from them that should have been spam and blocked but came through anyway requesting a review.So, Im reviewing. This company had numerous opportunities to correct their mistake and refused to, instead deciding to be rude and not caring that the customer did not receive their receipts. Worse customer service Ive ever experienced. After many attempts via emails and phone calls I finally reached Customer Service. Due to damage to two items on 11/13/12 Jose Navarro, Customer Service/Sales Representative offered me a refund of $100.00 and also indicated he would request your Product Mgr. to have the manufacturer send a replacement for the damaged part. Mr. Navarro indicated the refund would be processed on 11/16/20. Since then I have not received the refund and have not received the replacement part. I have tried contacting Mr. Navarro via email with no response. The portable cooler we purchased was missing the float and the float arm. I have called the company 4 times. Left two emails as well. Get put on hold for as long as 25 min before I hang up. Leave my number for someone to call me. They do and then tell me the service department is understaffed. It has been 2 weeks and still no sign of resolution. All I want is for the company to send me the float and float arm. I can install. This really should be an easy fix. Someone needs to take up the slack here.

I was looking for a heat press for personal use (not business related) but everywhere they were priced so high and so many reviews gave issues with the machines I had picked out, that I was confused about which one to get. I had seen Toolots machines about two months prior to my purchase as I was checking them out, but honestly the prices were so low, I figured it was a scam. So, somehow, Toolots came back in my feed one day as I was looking at heat presses again, so I decided to do some research on the company. I looked at reviews, checked out the business info, then I tried their chat agent. He was super helpful and gave me info on the machines that I wanted to make a decision. Later I called the companys phone and the guy that helped there was super helpful, gave me info that I wanted and I realized they were about 20 minutes away from me, so I went ahead and purchased an 8 in 1 heat press from them for $159.95. To save more money, I decided to pick it up myself, at their warehouse. So after a short drive, I got there. The facility is large, very, very clean, and as I walked in to the very quiet building, I was greeted by a young man who came out of the employee breakroom to see if I needed help. He walked me to the reception area and excused himself, apologizing that he couldnt help further because he was on his lunch break. The receptionist was very friendly, very helpful. Found my order right away and called to have it put into my car. I drove to the designated spot and then a gentleman put it in my trunk for me. I got home, took the machine out of the box and put it together in less than 15 minutes. Tried it out and everything worked perfectly. I have been using for a few months now and am super pleased with it. If I ever need what Toolots has, I will definitely go back for future purchases, and I am thrilled with the heat press I got from them! Really outstanding people and the heat press is very well made, easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do.

My receiving department called it in the day after delivery, you assigned a case number and said someone would be calling us back. As of today, no one from your company has called us. This lift has be sitting in the original packaging in our receiving area for more than 45 days waiting for a response from you. We made 7 calls and as many emails to try to resolve this issue. Each time we are told someone is going to call back. Upon further review of the box, it was discovered that in addition to the damage, the wrong model lift was shipped. Attached are the pictures of the lift and my invoice clearly stating that I ordered and paid for a 48x48 lift, you shipped a 48x24. The only way to correct this is to ship the lift that I paid for and pick up the lift that you shipped in error. Please call me directly to discuss how you would like this to happen.]I didnt hear back from the company so I called them back. After being on hold for 35 min, a manager named Jose said that another manager named Ben decided that they will do nothing to correct this situation. Jose told me that he didnt want to tie up his line anymore.As a purchasing agent for my company, I have never been treated this unprofessionally or rudely. She was very rude to me and I asked to speak to her manager and was told he was on lunch. This drill chuck meets the advertised low run-out values. Have not used it a lot yet, but so far it seems to be better than other chucks at this price range. I placed an order on 08/20/20 and the Item was not in good condition. So I shipped back with the same shipping company at the moment. I called them and ask for a replacement. They told me was the last on stock and I will get my refund once the item was back on their warehouse. The received the item about a week ago Today is 10/02/20 and I have not received any refund yet. I have tried to contact them by phone and this is a nightmare more than 1 hour on waiting and nothing. They never reply the emails.
