I reached out to Vincent Tong of TONG LAW for his legal expertise in business law. After submitting my inquiry, I scheduled an initial consultation to discuss my business needs with Vincent. Vincent quickly understood my business situation and made various invaluable recommendations. I hired TONG LAW to help me with drafting and revising various services and contractor agreements my business relied on in our day to day operations. As a business owner, its important to me that Ive done as much as I can to protect my business. Vincent did just that for me. He even helped me revise and sharpen my corporate bylaws so that they were tailored to my companys needs specifically. I highly recommend TONG LAW for their business law expertise!

I indicated in my initial review I referred my sister to your office. The 6/19/24 reply is a bit dated since the appointment was scheduled for 5/23/24 and dealt with a time sensitive matter. No further action is required on your end; Ms. Adams retained another office to assist.

Vincent was extremely helpful at a very critical time, when we sought legal counsel during a complicated real estate transaction. We risked losing our earnest deposit and needed to urgently understand details of the purchase contract. Vincent made himself immediately available and we were able to quickly discuss the situation. He was empathetic and generous with time, quickly understood the scenario, and clearly explained to us key parts of the contract that we had misunderstood. California Lawyers for the Arts recommended Vincent Tong to help with a separation agreement from my employer. Vincent was very considerate and supportive, worked very effectively towards a document that was signed promptly by the parties. It also resulted in a larger severance payment than I was expecting. I appreciate seeing some arts organization fundraising event invitations thumbtacked on his wall. I hope you do not need Vincent for any employment issues, but if so, I would recommend his services. (By the way, California Lawyers for the Arts is a fantastic organization with many good lawyers like Vincent)
