The first time I came here was durning the month of their grand opening. I liked it because it was clean and had really nice lounge chairs. Fast forward to today. I went because my washer is broken. As I was washing my last load of clothes in the 6x load washer I grabbed a machine that had just became free. I put my quarters in and the machine indicated that it was washing by starting to spin. I went to dry and fold my other clothes while standing on the same row of the machine that was washing my clothes. The laundry attendant asked me about a washer that had my clothes inside but seemingly finished washing. I told him yes and went to retrieve my items. When I got to them my items were a little wet but had not been washed. I told the attendant what happened. After texting the manager the attendant told me that there was nothing he could do and I would have to pay $6 more dollars to wash my clothes because there was no way for him to know if I was telling the truth. If you value good customer service go spend your money somewhere else. I will be doing the same.

Many wash machines broken,not working. The dryers have no signage for how many minutes each .50 cent payment cycle covers... +plus no explanation how to add all the minutes you want on dryers, especially if using a credit card. The person working there is totally useless. ADD BETTER SIGNAGE. the wash machines are easier.

I went to wash my comforter since it has been sitting in the closet during the summer. The attendant there noticed some dog hair in the wash and told me I cant wash here. It is my comforter and my dog doesnt sleep on it at all. Like I said it was folded in my closet for a while. They do have signs saying no dog beds and blankets but as I tried to explain to her that it was my blanket and I own a dog. I couldnt even dry my comforter so I left with it wet.They need to understand that dog hair gets everywhere so they need to update those signs saying if you own a dog dont wash here.

This place is generally busy and thats probably because its better than the alternatives in the area always clean and the staff are always helpful

Pretty cool I only go when my washer stops working but when I do go its alright. One time my empty laundry basket was stolen and another time a basket of clothes. My favorite pants were in that basket and I was sad. Overall it gets the job done.

Added 2 new washers and alot more fans. So youre not sweating I just wish that the vending machines were working only because you have to walk to the 99 cent store if you have the munchies.

This facility started out so clean, I couldnt believe it! Guess what? Its still the cleanest laundry facility Ive ever been in. Beside that, the people are very friendly and helpful. I love it there.(That was then)(This is now)We went there today. The place was packed with customers and they closed down several dryers so they could use them and the customers, as I said before, the place was packed, couldnt. Rolling laundry baskets are in short supply now and there are no plans to replace them. We just may have to start going to another business to do our laundry. Both of us are disabled and need to have a basket to get our laundry from the car to inside and also while we are doing our laundry. They have also removed some of the sitting areas. Im very disappointed in whats taking place in this business.
