I recently purchased a home and when I began my venture I hadnt settled on an agent in this area. I found a home and called the realtor on the sign, Tom Daves. Tom sent a member of his team to meet with me and show me the property very quickly, I felt an immediate kinship with this friendly agent Alina Valtman. Alina was so helpful and very respectful, agreeing to show me a few other homes last minute, even though she was pressed for time. We made hast and got it done!Upon saying goodbye that day Alina asked me if I wanted Tom to follow up with me, I found that very professional. I decided she was the agent I wanted to work with and asked her if I could work with her directly. She was very graceful and humble, a quality you dont see much in this day and age.Throughout my home search Alina was thorough and very communicative, personable and a very good listener. She had my criteria and was in touch with me closely, she found answers for me quickly and kept in close contact.Alina made sure to be at my home inspection and asked important questions from the inspectors, I felt like I was in great hands. She is phenomenal, just a plain ole good person which is hard to find from a realtor these days ! Not only is She is always on time, but she is resourceful and finds solutions! She takes my calls no matter what time I call her. Once I called her for a client who needed help with finding an home and even though the house was not in her county she did what she had to do in order to get them into contract with another agent in another county!She told me not to call so late next time unless is an emergency but she still took my call! I chose Tom Daves mainly due to the fact that they worked to find bay area buyers. Although that did not happen with my home what I received what top class service from the start to the finish line. Meeting with Justin to interview what their team was all about was a good start. I can tell you the photo session that they produced was outstanding. Our house to be honest was a showroom home, we did not have to have to do anything to it except to take down some photos. Once posted on the MLS at 2:00 pm on a Wednesday we have 3 appointments that afternoon and 7 the next 3 days and then 30 groups of people at a open house on Sunday. I dont know how to start this review but Im going to give you a hint. The agent Anna Pukasenko is the best real estate agent I have ever interacted with. It has been such a great privilege to have found this person/professional. Anna is the type of person who has found the balance between being an undisputed professional and a tremendous human being. My experiences in the past with sellers created in me a certain fear of buying anything in person. Vendors are usually either very good people but very bad at selling or such good vendors to the point of becoming tedious, aggressive, and forgetting about the human part. I dont know how Anna has achieved this balance that I have never experienced before. Anna, educated us on the subject of buying real estate, and she accommodated each of our requests (we are demanding and change our minds frequently… I know ☹). This never irritated Anna, there was always a smile on her face. She provided us with all kinds of options, helped us to determine/discover our housing priorities/goals, sat down with us and we made a plan together. We really werent 100% ready for an imminent purchase. Anna made us aware of the current situation with housing and kept us updated all the time about changes in the market. She was always available, I don’t know how she can do that. Most importantly, she was always sincere, genuine, and empathetic towards us, she never pushed us to the point that we felt rejected by her or felt obligated, which resulted in her attitude compromising us and now we feel that is only through her that we want to buy our house. My husband and I had an unpleasant experience with our last realtor and we finally found one we will call for our realtor, Amanda Abba. Amanda is very professional, knowledgeable and GUIDED us through the process while never rushing us during the process. She went above and beyond as we searched until we found the property for us we inevitably fell in love with. The first time showing I accidentally forgot about the appointment. She didn’t complain or act like we wasted her time and took us on a virtual tour of the property and even made time to show up again to show us in person.
