We closed on our home in September. The entire Tom Brown team will work very hard to get you in the house you want not just some random house from a group of listings. Ishmael our realtor was amazing! He was always available and made the entire process as easy as a home purchase can possibly be. Ishmael of Tom Brown Realty did an excellent job during what proved to be a fairly chaotic process of selling our home and moving into a new one in a neighboring town, chaos due to inspections, repairs, buyers dropping out -- this stuff sometimes happens! He is extremely personable and handles stressful situations well, or just the standard negotiations that come with selling or buying a home, consistently made himself available to us, skillfully managed the constant signing process online, answered a million questions, ran Open House, and met with us at prospective homes -- even had lunch with us! I think we all learned a lot too in an ultimately very successful process.Definitely recommend him and thanks to Tom Brown for Ishmaels training and also for his part in supporting us.

Beginning our search for a home was both stressful and very frustrating. We were making offers left and right with another real estate agent and we weren’t able to get one accepted. After months and multiple offers in, we then met Ishmael with Tom Brown Real Estate. The very FIRST house we put an offer in, we got it accepted. We got the keys to our new home today and I can’t believe Cesar and some of his staff were there with a big sign that said “welcome home!” I was was overcome with emotions because not only did they do that but They also gave me a few beautiful gifts for my new home. I was blown away. My experience throughout this stressful time was amazing, considering we put many offers and were rejected because of how the housing market is at this time, but Cesar made it worthwhile and did not let us give up. He was patient and was always on top of his game. At the end we ended with the house we were truly meant to get. We had gone out of the area we really liked just to be able to get our house but in the end the stars aligned and we found our home exactly in the area we wanted to be! Very glad Cesar made it all happen! I highly recommend Cesar to anyone. Cesar makes you feel like you are his family. He is quick to answer your calls and emails. Good old fashion customer service. It was a pleasure working with Cesar throughout this whole process. He took the time to show us the benefits of working with TBR and was nice enough to allow us to walk through homes to make sure we ended up with the one we wanted. He was always ready to answer any questions we had and was patient with us as we got everything in line while working with the lender. He shows commitment to clients as he stayed with my family and I through the long hours and made sure to personally hand us our keys to the new house after what felt like a long trip during the transition from our previous duty station. What a crazy market! What a Blessing to have our New Home, the home we worked so hard for! I dont know how many offers it took, or how many houses we looked at, but Ishmael is an Amazing Agent on Every Level!The offer that Ishmael and The Tom Brown Team Drafted, made the difference in getting our Dream Home, we have No Doubt.With 17 other offers, we definitely did not have the funds or financial resources that other buyers had.. couple that with the loan being a VA Loan, and you add in more restrictions. We knew the home had some pest issues, and we were pretty sure to what extent, but Ishmael was two steps ahead of me at all times!Finding and closing took a lot of work, a lot of faith, and most definitely would not have been accomplished by anyone other than Ishmael and The Tom Brown Team behind him! We‘ve been working on buying a home for a while before we stumbled on Tom Brown Real Estate. We met with Cesar V. To review what he can do for us. Because we had been looking for a while and a baby on the way, we asked him to help us close a home on a short lead time. Not just any home though. On top of that we have unusual schedules that make it hard to view homes. However he worked with our schedules, lead time and definitely had patience with our frustrations that came with offers in such a highly competitive market. Before I met Cesar, I was working with another agent for about 6 months trying to buy a house and I had a terrible experience. I ran out of time, my lease was up in a month, and that’s when I decided to look for another agent. I came across Cesar Velez and two days after our first meeting, I submitted an offer and it got accepted. Cesar had suggestions on where my offers had be lacking and how to improve them to get the offer accepted, we submitted the offer and beat out the other Buyers. Cesar did in one month what the other person couldn’t do in six.

First off, let me start by saying Ishmael is the best realtor I have ever dealt with in the past 15 years in my military career. I have moved quite a bit since being in the Air Force, and by far his customer service is the best. I have been in the Air Force recruiter for the past seven years and pride myself on World class customer service I can honestly say that I have run into someone who has just as good customer service skills, and abilities! This young man is young in age but extremely advanced in his skills. Him and his team will bend over backwards for you during your search for your dream home!
