2024-06-20 19:11:52Buyer beware! I bought a used 2023 4 runner from Pete at tom bell. He was good about selling it but they shipped it without any gas and it was dirtier than a dust storm. They didn’t even have the title to the car so I received the title 2 months after the car showed up but only due to my nagging. I was told in writing the seat heaters worked which they didn’t so I had to get it diagnosed. The wires were unplugged and wrapped up impossible for them to be working. They ghosted all my calls and emails when I asked for the money to cover the diagnostic. The skid plate is also slanted which was failed to be photographed or mentioned. The only good thing about Tom Bell is the Toyota I bought from the chevy dealer. I am owed multiple apologies which i never got. If you’re between this dealer and another please try somewhere else.

Not only did he take excellent care of my vehicle, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my convenience by arranging a rental while my truck was being serviced. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my satisfaction truly stood out. 2024-06-12 17:21:37I have assisted two family members in purchasing at this location and both times The the team went above and beyond to make sure that we left happy and comfortable with our purchase. The manager went above and beyond for my mother-in-law to leave happy! The finance manager went through everything step-by-step translating both in English and in Spanish. Definitely recommend and will be returning for my next vehicle!

2024-06-27 20:58:26SALES: Bought a Traverse back in March from here. If I didn’t already know exactly what I wanted and what I was going to pay for it I would have just left if we couldn’t agree to the deal because the salesman was a complete amateur. One of the worst salespeople I’ve come across in this business and I’ll withhold his name to save him the embarrassment.SERVICE: Just brought in the Traverse for its first oil change, had an APPOINTMENT set for 1:30 PM, Thursday June 27th. They tell me it’s going to take an hour and a half to TWO HOURS for an OIL CHANGE. This will be first and last time here for any service, I’d rather pay out of pocket and go to Valvoline down the street then wait that long for an appointment made oil change. I get it, it’s free and the car is new so they’re not making any money so who cares right? You’re definitely not going to earn my future business with that mentality. You guys need to remember it’s about serving not selling and money is in relationships!!!!The two bright spots of both experiences was Mark Harris in finance when I bought the car who is no longer here anymore and Jesse who is a service advisor in training.

2024-06-25 16:37:03I purchased a used car from Tom Bell. Pete was the salesman. Pete was the Best! He was friendly, helpful, and stayed late just to close the deal... The car has been awesome, with no unexpected issues.

2024-05-08 22:52:23Annette was supposed to call us back but didnt. We left our car at the shop overnight for inspection, but it wasnt done. We had to take it ourselves. The car shop claimed that they were never busy. I had to keep repeating myself to Annette. My car is under warranty, but she kept asking for information to look it up.I mentioned that the front end made a clunking sound when driving over bumps and paid to have it looked at. Annette said that it was due to the bumper damage, which I denied because Ive been mentioning the sound since I bought the car. She stated that the mechanic looked at it and determined the same thing, but he could not determine if it was due to the bumper damage or if something was actually wrong. Overall, the service was terrible. Annette showed no care or concern for my needs. I will definitely refuse to deal with her again.

2024-04-10 17:33:48After the stunt your service writer pulled on me, Ill never step foot onto Tom Bell Chevrolet ever again. When my wife scheduled my appointment on line, she scheduled a basic service for my 2020 Tahoe PPV. Your price listed that service for $89. Im still trying to figure how we went from $89 to $251 by the time everything was done. I understand the $89 service for 6 quarts of oil and my Tahoe takes 8 quarts. Thats understandable for a slight increase in the price. Then after the service was complete it was recommended that I change the air filter and replace a defective valve stem. At the time Damon stated I would only be charged for the parts but not the labor. When I got a look at the documents, I discovered I was charged $49 for an air filter and nearly $85 to replace the valve stem. I was floored. Damon never mentioned these prices to me. Honestly, I could have replaced the air filter myself for half the cost using the same air filter and I could have had Costco replace the valve stem at no cost. I paid the bill but naturally, it has left me with a very low option of your service department and I wont be back.

Even weeks after my purchase, theyre following up with me and my satisfaction. From my first step onto the lot, to weeks after my purchase, I feel supported and happy that I chose Tom Bell.
