I am so thankful that I researched realtors in our area prior to making a final decision on a realtor to list our home. That is how I found Toddy!!!! From the very first email, she responded immediately and that continued throughout the entire sales process, whether it was a phone call, email or text. Toddy is by far the most professional, motivated and customer service oriented real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my many years of buying and selling homes.Our home sold within days with 17 offers and for an amount far above the asking price. We then worked with Toddy to find our new home and will be moving in a few weeks! Not only does Toddy get the job done, she is always pleasant and enjoyable to work with as well. She was there for us every step of the way. I will never use another realtor to buy or sell a home. She is simply the best! Thanks again Toddy!!

We just closed the sale of our home with Toddy as our agent and it was a pleasure to work with her. From the first moment she came to meet us and view our home she had suggestions and offered resources that were extremely helpful as we navigated the inspections and repairs we needed to do to get our home ready for sale. We interviewed other agents as well who were also highly professional and competent but with Toddy we felt a comfort level over and above her extensive knowledge and experience, and we continued to feel that from that first meeting until the close of escrow as she guided us every step of the way. We know that we weren’t her only clients, but she was always available to us and we never were delegated to anyone else. Her photographer was terrific, and the two of them were able to show our home in the best possible light in the photos. She cautioned us that the market was undergoing a change from the highly competitive market of the past year so we had realistic expectations about the sale rather than expecting the crazy multiple offers above list price that were happening over the past year. Nonetheless, our home sold the first day with an excellent offer and escrow closed 14 days later. With her expert help, and her network of excellent resources, our sale and closing went off without a hitch. We moved out of the Sacramento area, but if we were ever buying or selling a home there again we absolutely would call on Toddy, no question. She was terrific and we can’t recommend her enough.

Toddy understood not only its value to the home buying public but its value to our family. While other agents touted their ability to provide notary and other services Toddy provided action. Immediately making suggestions about staging and marketing the house. Toddy understood the market and how to get the best price for our home. Our family was very fortunate to have discovered Toddy. We needed to sell our Dad’s home to provide the funds for his expenses at an assisted living facility. We relocated to the area and needed help narrowing down which community to live in and which areas would fit our wish list. We considered a handful of agents, and Toddy was, hands down, the obvious choice for us because of her deep knowledge of the local market and her warm, friendly personality. We toured several homes over the course of four months, and she really listened to our reactions, evolving priorities and preferences. Numerous times she would discourage us from trying too hard to make a house work and instead encouraged us to be patient for the right place. Sure enough, a perfect house, in the perfect location came along!Toddy guided us through every step of putting our offer together, negotiating and winning a multiple offer situation and managing all of the transaction details without a hitch. Toddy was our agent for the purchase of our new home over the summer. She was so patient with us and was always willing to show us homes at a moment’s notice. Toddy is the best realtor. Just closed our house sale this week. Top level communication, online marketing and a really great human to boot. She really did an amzaing job. Sold in one day over asking. You always deal directly with her, not an assistant. I mean she planted plants, helped with prep, knows Fair Oaks better than anyone and while she is extremely nice and professional, she is also a fierce advocate for her clients.
