Todd Mains State Farm Office has been a pleasure to work with over the years. Natalie recently has been very helpful when I call in for assistance, but I have dealt with many of the staff (Jennifer, Melissa, Natalie, Diana, Etc.) over the years and they have always provided me with superior service. My family has been with this office for 35+ years now. I will continue to use Todd Mains Office for our insurance needs and recommending to our friends and family. We have several policies with them, and they can provide insurance for all your needs. House, Auto, Boat Coverage etc. they have you covered! Thank you from the Michael & the Cooper family!

What they call their replacement value, IS NOT You need to PROTECT yourself, call a contractor to do a replacement bid on your home. i lost my home to the BOBCAT FIRE, their estimated replacement was $488,000 reality $901,000. who paid the difference. Its all perfectly legal, insurer beware be educated

He doesnt recommend policies you dont need and he finds solutions that can save you money. His staff is excellent and readily available. Angela is fantastic! Todd Main’s State Farm office is wonderful!!! I got the best care and service from Angela Hiatt especially!!! My child was unfortunately involved in a a car accident, and the person that hit her ran away…. We needed help with the insurance claim, and both Todd and Angela were a huge help! Within days we got the claim done and estimate already approved, and the body shop already got paid so they can fix the car!!! What wonderful service!!! We can’t thank them all enough! Highly recommend this fantastic office and it’s amazing staff!!!

It is comforting when dealing with something so important, as insurance, to know they have your back. It is also comforting when you feel you can trust the team and their is longevity within the company. Angela is someone weve always been able to reach out to with any questions, concerns, changes in our policy, etc. In addition to being an amazing and professional representative who always answers our questions in a kind and quick manner, she is very personable. I came to the Todd Main office from another State Farm office several years ago. My agent was and is Angela Hiatt and she is great. She got my coverage fixed and my questions answered. Since they are a full service office they provided advice on my life and auto insurance.I recently had to file my first claim due to the Bobcat fire and Angela was the first one I called. I have had State farm since I was 16 years old and would never dream of switching companies. Over the years they have paid out on a 40k house flood in 1993, a sunk boat in 2002, an RV claim in 2005, and many auto claims. Every time the claim was paid, it was always more than I expected and never had to do any fighting or arguing at all. I have been buying my car insurance from Todd Main for as long as Ive been driving, and I would never dream of going anywhere else. I really like that the office is local to Palmdale, which means I can actually walk in and talk to somebody if there is a problem. His entire team is amazingly professional, and are always willing to work with you if there is a problem. I highly, highly recommend Todd if you are looking to buy insurance.
