My family picked Todd Jones because we were given his name from a friend who had worked with him and said he was a superstar. She was not wrong.We had to sell my aunts house because she passed away and he took us through every step of the way with kindness and Competency. It was easy and Seamless.No only did he hold our hand the whole way, he kept us constantly informed on the activity.He was so great.He has a big resource of people that work for him and are super Supportive.I would recommend him to anybody who is trying to sell their house.

Highly recommend Todd and his team for your next home purchase. I met Todd when I was HOA president and he was the agent for a unit in our community that sold. I was impressed with how professionally he managed the transaction and remodel with his responsiveness, hustle and attention to detail. Fast forward a few months and we were window shopping open houses in the area and found one that checked all the boxes. I did not have a realtor but immediately thought of Todd. He jumped right on it and within 24hrs he had visited the property to give his opinion, connected with the selling agent and written us a solid offer on a Sunday. This quick turnaround got us in ahead of all other offers and we got selected. Throughout the process he again was again extremely helpful. He Connected us with a mortgage broker who was outstanding and got us the lowest rate possible and smoothed over all the minor challenges with the sellers. Post-sale Todd has also been great, he connected us with a top-notch Contractor for a full remodel and we couldnt be happier with our new place. If you are looking for reliable pro in the area I would give Todd a call.

Todd will get your deal DONE! Ive done four transactions with Todd and recommend him to everyone I know. Hes on it. He knows the business and works incredibly hard. We purchased our first home through Todd and had a great experience! Todd was very informative, walking us through the process and what to expect in the search for a home.He was readily available for random questions or things that would pop up throughout the purchase process. Even months after the sale was finalized, when random real estate questions would pop up, he was always available to take our call, which weve been super grateful for.I would (and have, multiple times) recommend Todd to first time home-buyers after the experience we had purchased ours with him. Everybody that has reached out to him has been very happy with how communicative and informative he was with them.Side note: Todd is real-estate broker as opposed to a standard agent. We found this to be extremely helpful! The broker license requires college level courses, so it means that brokers come with a lot more skill and knowledge than youre normally going to have access to!

Several years ago my husband and I were curious about our homes value. We did some research and chose 3 top local real estate professionals to come out and do a home valuation and learn about their business and sales strategies. One of those professionals was Todd Jones. He impressed us with his knowledge of the real estate market and the trends specific to our Studio City neighborhood, as well the broad-reaching and innovative marketing plan he presented. His valuation of our somewhat atypical home was well thought out and fair. Both my husband and I independently selected him as our #1 choice if we were to sell our home. Many months to a year later, my husband was playing poker in a poker group and who showed up but Todd Jones! They became fast friends as Todd is not only a great realtor, but a genuinely kind and funny guy. Over the years, we have spent time with him and his wife socially and they are wonderful people with a great family, so when it came time to sell our home last year, we naturally chose Todd for the job. He was able to help us identify the upgrades that would help us get more money for our home, without having to break our budget, and devised a strategy to get more exposure for our home, which had some unique challenges. He made a point of personally handling our showings and open houses, not sending a junior agent or assistant to cover for him, and was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. He continuously worked on gaining exposure to our home with different marketing tactics in a changing real estate market. In the end, he sold our home for what we wanted, during a time when the market had begun to slow, and we credit that success to Todds experience and hard work. He continued his work with us throughout every step of the escrow process, making this potentially stressful time much easier as well. We purchased our first home with Todd Jones in late 2021. Todd was very supportive and patient as our home buying journey basically took the entire calendar year. While Todd was great throughout the process, I believe he was even more crucial as we got into escrow and went through all of the many, many steps to actually close on the house. Navigating the home buying process in LA and knowing what to expect in the current market can be a real challenge. Todd was extremely knowledgable and made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions and helped me explore options within my budget. His positive attitude made what can be a stressful situation into something fun.When I found the house I eventually bought I called Todd to let him know I wanted to put in an offer. Todd represented us in the purchase of our home.My wife and I have purchased and sold homes in the past in other areas. We just purchased a home in Toluca Lake and consider ourselves fortunate to have worked with Todd. He negotiated very well for us and thought of many things that would have never crossed our minds. We felt like he was always looking out for our best interest and wanted to protect us with the purchase of our home. Sometimes our schedules did not allow us to make it to an inspection, but Todd always made sure he was present so he could look out for us. Todd negotiated the deal and was always available for advice. We liked the fact that we weren’t relegated to an assistant, instead Todd was our point-person from beginning to end. Todd Jones was the Realtor I chose to purchase my first home. He handled the entire purchase from start to finish, worked hand-in-hand with the sellers realtor, the lender and escrow. I heard about Todd through a very good friend and he came highly recommended. I thought buying a home would be a difficult experience but it certainly wasnt. Todd made it a wonderful, easy and exciting process from start-to-finish. I found the home I wanted on our first trip. It was a short sale, and even though I was the 3rd buyer in line, Todd never gave up on my wish. When the first buyer canceled, they went straight to me because Todd kept calling the Listing Agent to tell them that I really wanted the home. I soon became the first buyer! He referred me to a great loan agent, trustworthy inspection companies, you name it, he had an answer or referral. I cant say enough about Todd, hes not only very experienced but highly motivated, honest and great at what he does. I would and have gladly referred him to friends, family and anyone whos in the market. He is a great guy and a very knowledgeable realtor who makes a daunting process smooth and effortless. Four short years ago, Todd Jones helped us find our condo in a perfect location, and this fall, he helped us to sell it. While he provided excellent service on the purchasing end and kept in contact with us throughout the years, this particular review is regarding the selling process. As we were deciding to sell, we first had a meeting to discuss whether continuing to own the condo and renting it out would be an option for us. Todd provided us with the facts we needed, and ultimately, we decided to sell our condo.Once we made the decision, we had another meeting with Todd to discuss the details – from the listing price to needed improvements, he explained us his strategy to help us maximize the selling price. As he did this, he made sure that we had all of the facts and reminded us that ultimately the decisions were up to us. He also provided us with reasonably priced and reliable references for the vendors we needed (painting, staging, even a moving company).With Todd’s help, we received 14 offers on our home within a week of listing it and went from listing to closing day in just four weeks. We had already moved out of state, and Todd kept us up to date throughout the entire process with excellent communication skills.In the world of Los Angeles real estate, our condo was definitely at the lower end of pricing; however, throughout the entire process, the level of service Todd provided us with made us feel as though it was a multi-million-dollar property. Our only regret is that we moved out of state and will not be able to request his assistance in finding our next home.

Todd was amazing from start to finish. He has the two crucial characteristics of a successful real estate agent. He is quick on his feet and he is patient. When I say quick on his feet I mean he was able to provide solutions to our dilemmas really fast (sometimes instantly). At the same time he was patient when we kept changing our minds, allowing us to reach our goal even if it meant looking at more houses. For instance, we were already doing an inspection of a prospective house in Camarillo when we realized that the neighbors yards were full of screaming kids. We told Todd that noisy kids were a deal breaker for us and I said I wished there was a Leisure World in Camarillo. Todd said, Hold that thought, and went online and showed me a website for a Leisure Village in Camarillo. And thats where we bought our new house, but even then only after being wracked with indecision. Looking back, Im certain that our indecisiveness would have been a disaster without the calm guidance of a superior agent like Todd.

Buying a home for the first time is nothing short than a roller coaster of an experience. On one hand, you are excited to move on to the next chapter of your life with your family. On the other hand, it is an incredibly big decision: the cost of the home, what will the market do in the next few years, is the house in a good school district, how long will my commute be, and so on and so forth.Fortunately, my family and I found Todd Jones. He took the time to get to know my family and I personally and was a perfect realtor to deal with as first-time home buyers. He explained all the in’s and out’s of home purchasing, targeted homes that contained our “wish list” items, and connected us with a lending organization that was very professionally, kind, and responsive.While these traits should be expected of any realtor, I think Todd’s approach sets him above others. He is not a salesman, and he strikes a perfect balance between proactively communicating without being overbearing.
