I have had only positive experience with this agency which is due to the help and support I have received from Ruth Bender. Ms Bender is always accessible and she is always ready, willing and very able to handle the questions I have along with the guidance she provides me. She consistently demonstrates experience and professionalism and is always patient and helpful. I had the most amazing experience with Irma who took the time to explain with details on how my insurance would work. I was able to add my daughter and add a few more benefits. I truly like old fashion customer service. Thank you IRMA for your service.

I am not a social media savvy person, but I have to say something about the excellent work from Arielle @ State Farm! Not only she is a courteous, knowledgeable & professional individual, what’s amazing is that she kept the same attitude months before I became a client. All insurance companies out there will cover your claims, but you won’t go wrong with Arielle on your side! My biggest regret is that I didn’t switch sooner.

I been shopping for Motorcycle insurance for a few days now and its been quite a hassle. But I can honestly say Arielle made everything so easy, she made me feel like I have nothing to worry about. Only a handful of people can make you feel that way especially over the phone. The next day I called and switched my Auto Insurance also. Thank you!!!!

I was with auto club for 42 years. I was really displeased with their impersonal customer service and high rates. I was very happy to have found Irma Aguilar as my new insurance agent. Not only did she save me lots of money but she also gave me an education on auto and life insurance. I got a great bundle deal. I’m no sucker but I had to take advantage of the better offer presented by Irma. Very sweet, informative, intelligent, respectful and professional woman. I feel very satisfied with the great customer service that I received. Thank you Irma. I also must say that I felt very welcomed by all the staff when I first walked into the office and I even met Toby Flores who is a great guy.
