*Etienne* went above and beyond with help and additional research to solve a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. He was extra personable, friendly, and explained things to me using the KISS Principle, which helps immensely when Im not an expert in his field. I can see him being a great internal manager at some point, due to his rare combination of strong people skills combined with his IT knowledge. Some of our branches hire IT folks often, and Im confident hes a rare find and you made a great internal hire. was a solid support for a couple of issues that needed to be trouble shot. Within one hour of submitting my help ticket, TLC contacted me via telephone. Armand was friendly and patient as we walked through my issue, which was resolved (thankfully) very quickly.Thank you TLC for having dedicated Mac OS employees!

TLC has always been great at assisting me with my technical difficulties in the office, but they also send out weekly trainings that help keep me in the loop for cyber security too. While I have to admit, I originally thought I was a smart girl and I know how to not be scammed, I have to admit that these trainings have definitely built the confidence in me that I beat the scammer today. Heres my story:I just wanted to share a fun experience with you all. I am so grateful that I have half a brain and work in the legal field to give me some common sense knowledge. My husband just received a call and the person said they were from the county and they had his number listed as the primary number, but they were calling for me. He took a message and brought it to me. I asked him what it was about and he says he wasnt sure but they said they were from the county. It send my spidey senses to tingling. Something was awry. I called the number by first pressing *67 and the call could not go through. I told him it had to be a scam. He called from the house phone (that we never use) and they answered. They were trying to get me to say my name and told me they had something to serve me. I explained that I work for a law firm and that I know that if they have something to serve, they will not be calling to confirm. She says that because I work for a law firm does not make me above the law. I said, No, but it does make me knowledgeable in the way the law works and people do not get phone calls when they are getting served. I told her if they want to serve me, come on by because Im home. Scammers these days got some nerve. #shockedanddismayed lol This isnt the first time Ive been hit with this scam. Experian informed me that my email has been compromised and my information is on the dark web, so I was well aware this could happen. You know why? Because Ive taken all those TLC weekly trainings to prepare me for this day. I was ready! THANK YOU TLC!!! - From Shaunda at Cutter Law, P.C.
