TLC dental is by far the best dental experience I have had to date! They offer comprehensive care and make their patients their priority. I have been with this dental office for over 10 years and have never had any issues. The staff and doctors are all well trained and actually care about their clients. During visits the providers take time to ensure all your questions are answered. The hygienists are also wonderful and I have worked with several of them. Would definitely recommend this office, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr Madrigal, Dr Reyes and their staff are amazing. The office is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been seeing them for my regular cleanings since they took over the practice several years ago. I have always had a pleasant experience. Today I needed their same day crown service and as expected had another great experience. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the incredibly quick process. I would highly recommend TLC Dental!

I’ve been coming here for my orthodontic treatment since Sept/Oct of last year and I always have a blast when I come. I came to get my Invisalign and now that I am approaching the end of my treatment, I am even considering getting a dental plan with them!Dr. Madrigal and her assistants are the best around, and it’s even worth the drive from La Jolla, CA. They are extremely welcoming every time I show up, even if i show up 1-2 minutes late (which should not be okay*). And I really enjoy the 3pm receptionists! They are always a joy to greet and say bye too, so they make the whole process so much more relaxing.Love the facility and love the workers, especially Catalina Madrigal! She’s the best.

I love this dental office! I was very scared to do my fillings but they did an amazing job. Dr Madrigal and Claudia took care of me and they made me feel very comfortable. I had my cleaning done with Mallory and I discovered how real clean teeth feels 😂💕.Dr Reyes and the rest of the team are very kind and welcoming too!I love the technology they have, how pretty and clean the office is and QUE HABLAN ESPAÑOL 💕

I just had a new crown put in at TLC Escondido Dental yesterday and I was extremely impressed by the entire experience.The office is beautiful, clean, organized, welcoming, relaxing and very professional!!I have been a patient here for more than 5 years. Both Doctors and the entire staff are knowledgeable, well educated and very friendly and helpful.They have State of the Art technology. My crown was installed without any pain or discomfort in one visit and was made in their office within an hour due to their digital scanner No more need for uncomfortable, messyImpressions!I highly recommend this pleasant dental group.Will give it a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review!!!

I do not recommend this office to anyone! The turn over rate is very high and the office manager Griselda does no make you feel welcomed at all. She is just awful on the phone! As far as Dr Reyes he will diagnose things that truly do not need to be done. He is very impatient. This office will just take your money and do horrible dental work! Stay away from this office!

My family started off with just one of us as a patient and that experience was so good that now were all patients and fans of this amazing crew!Everyone working here is awesome! They listen to the patients needs and work to develop a plan to meet them. That plan includes talking with the patient to make sure it works for everyone.The whole staff is accommodating to real life and adjusting to everyones schedules.Everyone is friendly and focused on patient care. I had a filling between teeth that had an invisible ridge (Kept cutting my floss) that Dr Madrigal squeezed me in between appointments to polish down.

I had a super positive experience at TLC dental today, and I’ve had positive experiences with them consistently for several years. The front staff, in this case Allyson, was so helpful. I came at the wrong time for my appointment, but she worked with me and was still able to get me seen. The hygienist, Mallory, remembered things I’d shared at my last visit and followed up. She was so gentle with her cleaning, too, and offered some suggestions to how to better floss with my TMJ. Finally, Dr Jorge took care to understand a pain a was describing and took the time to walk me through what he was looking for. Then, he thoroughly explained multiple possible next steps I could take. I felt empowered to make the best choice for me going forward. I’ve been seen by Dr. Madrigal in the past, too, and the whole team has made me feel so confident in my care. I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past with other dental offices, so I came into TLC with a fair amount of fear and skepticism, but I can honestly say that I 100% trust all of them to be on my team, listen to me, and help empower me to make the best choices about my health. 10/10 recommend.

Everyone is so happy and friendly who work at TLC. That’s a good sign! TLC has all the high tech dentistry tools and equipment at their office. Dr. Madrigal and Dr. Reyes came highly recommended to me by a friend who works in the dental field. They both have very impressive credentials. I used to despise going to the dentist, but with their professionalism and pain free approach, along with their great team of dental hygienists and front office staff, there is no longer anything nothing for me to worry about. After a bad experience with another dentist, I was referred to TLC by an oral surgeon over 13 yrs ago. I needed a female dentist and someone who wouldnt get mad at me if I had anxiety. I no longer fear seeing the dentists (well, just there). Dr. Reyes & Dr. Madrigal are amazing. I saw them at Costco one day, and they said Hi to me first. They are very kind and genuine. I trust them!!! When you walk in, the atmosphere has a calming effect and the dental office is super clean. The staff greets you as you walk in. Theyre always friendly and kind. I love the continuity of care to manage my dental health. I had the same hygienist Chris for many years until she retired. But, she matched up with Malorie, who I adore. I will continue to be a loyal client because they are so gentle, and caring, and dont charge for unnecessary treatments to get money from you. I have to give a big shout-out to Angie!!! When I lost my dental coverage a few years ago. She told me about their dental program which is affordable. Thank goodness for that program, because I cant see myself going anywhere else. They also see my family members too. They genuinely care about you and your dental health. I have healthy pearly white teeth to prove it!

Dentistry is part science and part art. Very few dentists achieve excellence at both. Dr. Reyes and Dr. Madrigal are state of the art in their processes and materials. They are kind and compassionate. They never push anything on you, only recommend, and let you make your own decision. They try minimalist procedures first to see if that works before doing anything super invasive. Still, the thing that stands out more than their skill is their genuine kindness and care for their patients. Probably the best dentists Ive ever had in my lifetime.

Its been about a year since they changed owners, I had very negative experience at another dentist until I found TLC. Its a husband wife Team, I see the female dentist Mrs. Marigold so far so good. I had a negative interaction with a male dentist helping out, not her husband but someone who was covering. I would not reccomend him, if this review was based on his service it would be a 1. He reminded me of the previous office more interested in selling you a service you dont need. Just saw my dentist again Mrs. Marigold and she regained my trust. As a patient we need to have service providers we can trust, so far so good.

I came from a dentist office that did not do a great job with my teeth and when I found Dr. Reyes he fixed every issue in just a couple visits and also recommended a mouth guard for teeth grinding; something I had probably been needing for years but the other dentist never recommended it. So happy to have found a dentist who really cares about the quality of his work and the time he spends with his patients. It makes such a difference. The staff is always so friendly, professional and accommodating to my schedule. They have early business hours which makes it very convenient to get in and out with my work schedule. I just recently found this office after I left my old office I wasn’t happy with. I could not be more glad I found them! I was referred by a friend who also uses them. I live in Murrieta but my friend said it would definitely be worth the drive (he was right!). Right when I walked in I noticed how clean the office was and the staff checking you in was super nice. My initial visit was so thorough and I really appreciated that. Becky was the one taking my X-rays and doing the initial exam portion. She was so sweet and really took the time to ask me questions and make me feel comfortable. Then I met with Dr. Madrigal. She was amazing! You could tell she cared a lot about her patients. She ended up finding cavities that my previous dentist had missed for 10 years! After that appointment I got a regular cleaning and was also super happy with that experience. My hygienist was Mallory and she was really great! She got me in and out on time and that was even with answering all my questions (I ask a lot). My teeth felt so clean after but she didn’t hurt me like a lot of hygienists have in the past. Overall, I would say I had a truly wonderful visit with each and every person I encountered. So happy I found this dentist and I will be highly recommending them to everyone I meet!

I’m always impressed with the quality of service at TLC. We used to live minutes away in Escondido, but even though we have moved quite a distance away we continue to come to TLC. Yesterday a crown fell out. They took me this morning and I was in and out the door with a new crown in just over 2 hours. Both Becky and Dr. madrigal are extremely friendly and professional. I came in to have 3 cracked fillings fixed. I was reluctant to have the new dentist Mr. Rodrigues work on me. I have a history of bad dental experiences from my youth. He was very professional and very concerned about my well being. He did an awesome job! I definitely would let him work on me again! When I first called, Angie was extremely friendly and got me in for an appointment quickly. Dr. Reyes and his team have been wonderful - Elena, his assistant made me feel comfortable right away. I also saw Ari in hygiene who did a great job and Griselda at the front desk is very friendly and has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Its been a little over a yr since Ive been coming here and I realized today that I was chatting along with my hygienist today while she did her thing and it was no sweat. My hygienist Ari and Dr. Madrigal are both professionals with an incredible bedside manner. Between the both of them they changed my whole dental care experience by consistently being considerate and patient. And not the fake Im at work type of patience. They dont rush you or make you feel like youre overreacting.This isnt the kind of dentists office that wont remember you. The Drs and their entire staff (I dont know everyones names but it applies to every staff member I have interacted with) are genuinely nice ppl and I am SO glad I found them. If youre a nervous dental patient, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Madrigal and TLC Dental. *Sidenotes- 1. the dentists here are youthful and up to date on current tech and treatments, unlike some older practices in this area. 2. Dont let the low key exterior fool you, you want to switch to this practice, trust me. Youre welcome.

Came in on an emergency visit with an abscessed tooth and in a lot of pain. I needed the tooth removed but it was dangerous to remove with how bad the infection was. They referred me to a place where I could get it taken care of that day and I am doing better now. Everyone was friendly and showed genuine concern, great experience.

With the reopening, TLC Dental were following the CDC rules to the letter. I had my blood pressure and temperature taken before my appointment. Dr. Reyes is gentle and soft spoken. He explains every step he will do as he goes along. I like that as I feel like I know what will happen. Lessens anxiety. He explained that other patients prefer not to know and he respects that as well. The office has all the up-to-date equipment. I went in to have a crown put in. An old one had come out. Great experience. From beginning to end. Dr Reyes, Dr. Madrigal and hygenist Arie and office staff are great. My fears of teeth cleaning have been laid to rest. Recently had a crown replaced and it was not bad at all. I have a 3month old baby and have brough him in a couple of times, the staff is super accomodating and welcoming to my little one. Absolutely Do Not recommend, please look elsewhere for a dental practice !!! Last time I went to TLC was 3 years ago and apparently the dentist I went to is no longer practicing here but wanted to warn anyone in case they are still using the same labs etc. I had 2 crowns done here - the one done 5 years ago developed a crack which let bacteria in and as a result had to have the tooth extracted and will need a $4000 implant! The crown done 3 years ago is failing and needs replacing, insurance will not cover replacement because it hasnt been 5 years. I called and was told that since the crown was not cracked they would not replace it. I have other crowns that are 20 years old and are doing fine. It is very telling of the poor workmanship that the 2 crowns I had done at TLC dental have failed when my other dental work done with other dentists are fine and long lasting. These 2 crown are the ONLY crowns that have ever failed. With all the dentists out there, please save yourself money and pain and look elsewhere.
