I had a flat tire in the morning and I was scared driving my car with the temporary tire (home is about a 20 mile drive) -- My co worker recommended this to me. Its my first time purchasing a tire and they made it very seamless and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and price is reasonable.

My newly licensed teenager hit a curb and bent the rim of my tire. These guys had it fixed same day, very quickly and for a very low price! I just wish I wouldve gone with my husband so I couldve seen the birds!! Seriously, they are extremely professional and kind. Will definitely be going back!

These guys are great and handle Teslas like pros. The foam doesn’t scare them! And not price gougers. I’ve been here twice to have my tires patched but then the hole was so bad I needed a replacement tire. They put a loaner tire in my car so I could drive until the right tire came in. Was also going to rotate and balance, but they explained to me that my front and back tires were different sizes. I didn’t know! Just appreciate their expertise. Will be back to get all my tires replaced here.

Was camping with my grandson near by and got a screw in my tire. Despite being very busy, I was in and out with a repaired tire in 15 minutes. They have cool chickens and parrots to look at while you wait.

I am so appreciative of the team at this location. The low tire pressure light came on in my car. The gas station next-door suggested I go to their store. And they helped me immediately by filling up the tires, no charge! They really helped me in a time of need and I will definitely return for their helpfulness and professionalism, when I need to purchase new tires!

They dont make them like this anymore!! I almost never post but felt compelled to!I had a nail in my tire a month go and Tire Man is close to my office so took it there. So happy I did. They replaced the tire (since it was old and needed replacement anyway). Yesterday, I got a nail in the same tire! Pep boys told me I need a new tire, but I waited to take it to Tire Man and they took care of it for free!!! The first time, it took less than 20 minutes; this time, less than 10 minutes. Im so grateful! Ill be going to them for all my tire needs and hope everyone else does as well.

Im pretty new around here. My car had a flat tire yesterday and I had to come here with the tow truck. They told me that my other tires were also bad and advised me to change them. So, I bought 4 new tires. When they asked me where I was from, I said Istanbul. They said, the middle east like a regiment, whereas one side of Istanbul is in Europe and the other side is in Asia. This is not the main issue. Anyway, yesterday they said full and started to change the tires and then they said that we only have 2 new ones, come back tomorrow and lets put the other two. I paid $397 for 4 tires. Then when I went to the internet and looked, I saw that 4 of these brand and model tires were around $300. Lets say they were doing their job very well and they got $100 in labor. After the tires were installed, I saw that they replaced my Italian flag-shaped tabs with plastic tabs. When I said it, they acted like it was a mistake and then they put my tabs back. I came here again today. I watched what they were doing from afar. I looked and they put all 4 tires on. OK, your car is ready, they said when they were done. I saw that they didnt change the tabs this time, and they were standing there without shame. Then I took my car and pulled it to an empty place so I could see the tires. I looked yesterday. They removed 2 tires worth $75 and replaced them with 4 less quality tires that cost around $40. So they took $160 plus $400 from me with labor. I hope everyone who thinks about coming here, reads what I wrote and will be careful. Again, I hope the owner of this shop will read what I wrote and will comment. Maybe im Stranger but im not Dumb...

Super disappointedYou get what you pay for I guess.I came in Wed and got 2 front tires.The guy at the front desk said I needed front and back brakes as well. He said he had all parts in stock.I told him I would come back Saturday.I got here Saturday at 730.Was the first one in line as they don’t take appointments.As soon as they opened at 8 I was standing at the counter. I told him what was needed. I sat down. they helped at least 5 people in front of me. At 845 he called me out and said: What do you need again? I thought he would be done but he didn’t even look at it. All 5 people behind me were already taken care of and long gone. Then he comes in at 915 and tells me I only need front brakes. Why would he tell me I needed all brakes the first time?I have a soccer game at 11 and thought I would have plenty of time as he said it would take under 2 hrs.I asked for an update at 1015 and he said that they had to order the parts?????Then he comes out and says the wrong parts got deliveredWhy would he tell me the parts are in stock twice when they are not.Still here waiting at 1130It’s funny that he told me that I need all brakes and failed to mention that I had a bad back tire that is an immediate danger.Trying to sell me brakes when I needed a back tire. Further proof he didn’t even inspect vehicle before proposing repairs . I spent over 1000$, 6 hrs total waiting and still have a bad tire.As soon as I get out of here I will go somewhere else to get back tire fixed.Not happy about having to leave a negative review but feel need to share experience.

This shop is AMAZING! I cannot recommend it more. Ran into a bit of unexpected trouble while in the area with my tire and they were able to take my car in right away and patch up the tire and get me going. Came in for a tire balance, but they incorrectly jacked up the car(jack points exist for a reason), and massively over-torqued the lug nuts back on. Not a torque wrench in site, and impact gunned the lugs to almost 200 ft-lbs(factory spec is 82). Permanent damage to undercarriage, lug bolts and hubs. Go somewhere else

This was absolutely the most efficient tire change experience I’ve ever had. I was beside myself after blowing out my back tire but, as luck would have it, I pulled off the freeway exit just near the fantastic Tire Man. From the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left with my shiny new tire, it was under half an hour. The employees were kind and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. Went by there today because we needed a tire after ours popped on the freeway. For reference this is a very expensive car; it’s low with very expensive rims. Long story short they were complaining about not being able to stretch the tire to get it to fit and somehow they messed up the entire rim now thanks to them it’s going to Cost more to fix the rim alone than just getting the tire fixed! They also scratched the rim so good job for that. Pls make sure you go with ppl that will take care of your things and also pay attention and have courtesy. These are 3 piece wheels. Not your typical OEM!

I am very happy and this is my third or fourth car that they’ve put tires on. Fernando helped me get tires that were more than half the price of the dealership with longer mileage rating. They were done in one hour like they said and they are always very friendly. Not even two weeks later I got a screw in my tire and I went back and they plugged it for free within 10 minutes. They were closing up shop and they still did it for me. I absolutely would recommend them over and over again.

Over the years, I have had plenty of flares to repair and tires to replace, and they have been my go to for many, many years.I did have to get a flat repaired today and they charged $25. I think it is higher than market price, but since Biden took office, what isnt overpriced?Im not into politics today much, so do t read into that. Tire Man is our go-to place for flats, tire rotations and any time our tires don’t feel quite right. They have fixed countless tires with nails in them (the downside of living near construction sites!) and are always helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they make you feel like family!

The team at Tire Man in Agoura Hills are awesome! I dropped in with a rental car that seemed to have a slow leak, and they had me pull into a service bay immediately. After a thorough check, they couldn’t find any leak. They reset the tire pressure monitors (they were reversed when we rented the car — RR was actually LF, etc), set all the tire pressures to factory spec, and made sure the spare was properly inflated. Fifteen minutes later, they politely refused any payment and wished me well — you just don’t find friendly, professional service like this very often!

As of this AM I was hopeless, that the universe cursed me for the 5th time with a flat tire. I figured new tire since the metal culprit was huge, no one will have this special size- Well Greg at Tire Man saved the day, well after a tow truck took the whole day to get to my house, TM fit me in EOD and even salvaged the tire, plus had the special size on hand if needed. Such great energy at this spot and gotta love the birds they have- Macaws- Hens...not a typo- parrots and all types of birds. Trying to upsale an unnecessary brake job to a worried, elderly lady is ageism at it’s worst. I went in for a nail in my tire. I had been awake all night worried about it.For the large, gruff man to come up out of nowhere while I was waiting & say, “You’re gonna need brakes” so seriously, then walk away was stunningly bold & quite obvious. To see the other guys eyes all watching our way to check my reaction was like being circled by these California coyotes.I know sales. I’m not a fan of the upscale, but I’m totally opposed to an upsale attempt based on fear, age & the APPEARANCE of vulnerability.Bringing me a chit with the total of $450 while saying I NEEDED brakes? No.My back brakes are worn down some & should be replaced in a timely manner. My front brakes are absolutely fine.I know that. I was not TOLD that by them.How very disturbing.Otherwise, other than the price of the tire patch being about $10 too high, the service was relatively quick.The customer service was dismissive & blatantly rude.

I have taken many cars to this place over the last 20 years for nails in tires, alignments, new tires when needed and so much more. They consistently offer excellent service at a fair price and in a timely manner, plus the people who work there are amazing- friendly, helpful and genuine. They even offer a ride home and back if the service will take longer than expected. I usually wait there because the service is relatively quick and the waiting room has WiFi and lots of comfortable chairs and couches.

Quick, cheap, and easy. The car dealership wanted to charge several hundred dollars to replace 4 tires that still had 50% tread because one of the tires had a nail in it - the dealership claimed they couldnt patch the tire. Tire Man put a patch on the tire and instead of paying more than $740 for new tires, I got the existing one patched for $25. Definitely recommend these guys.

These guys are terrific!My car had the mini donut tire on it from the previous days flat tire I got. They didnt have the tire I needed in stock but could order it for later that afternoon. Knowing I would have to drive on that donut tire Robert said he could put a temporary full size tire on for me so I could drive normally and come back later when the tire arrived from the warehouse. I have been buying my tires here for years,the prices are competitive and the free tire rotation policy is a plus. Upon request Tire Man will send a reminder email when a rotation is due. They are always ready to help with any problems like, repairing tires that have picked up nails,or look for a slow leak. Nice people,and I like the exotic live birds on premises.

Service was great but as every tire shop tries to up sale you on changing the air cabin filter now my A/C on my Honda CRV 2019 suddenly does not work. The reason given was to refill the anti freeze. Lack of antifreeze can be told over time. It doesnt just happen over night. Went thinking I was going to save on an oil change and now its the most costly one ever.

Well both my rims were bent and 2 flat tires, one of which cant be reused. And best thing, my tires are not available without special order. GREAT! I always go to Tire man for all my tire needs. Not only do they offer free tire rotation, and very inexpensive plugging, but this time I went for them to check out my low tire pressure and they did it for free. Theyre also very quick and so you shouldnt expect to be here very long period one time we were on our way to a trip and they were able to replace two of my tires in 15 minutes. As a side note, they raised macaws here and you can see baby macaws that were recently hatched

I had my alignment done here. When i drove the car it pulled hard to the left and the steering wheel was crooked. They argued the car had a caster problem. I asked for my money back and went somewhere else. A place in thousand oaks had it aligned in 30 mins, drives perfect now.
