I think I finally did it, I found the only honest shop in the inland empire. I brought my car in here on Sunday cuz I did a bunch of suspension work on my car at home and needed the alignment check before work monday. My car is fully modified and either an alignment text dream or their worst nightmare if they dont know what theyre doing. Their guys were right on it I drove right in they took it right away and their guy spent a lot of time and put a lot of attention and detail into my car. It ended up that they werent able to work out one little detail and my alignment was pretty close they let me know so instead of charging me a full amount and saying bring it back when you can he didnt charge me anything and said to just bring it back Saturday when they have a full staff and they can spend the time on it and get it dialed in completely. You have got my business, for like ever. Ive been through so many shops since moving up here from San Diego and every one of them have all fell short so bravo for being the first shop to be honest as well as on point with your work.

Over pay and wait a long time for nothing. A car battery was over $450 here. Vehicle diagnostic was a $100. The total came out to $610. Car battery only since that Vehicle diagnostic was completely useless.

Called to have a fire repaired. I didn’t care about the cost as much as my time. Most tire shops want you to leave your car for 2 hours for some that takes 20 minutes.TireChoice said come on it, got it done and got me out of there in 20 minutes. No fuss, no waiting, no wasted time.

This place has great customer service. I realized I got a bolt stuck in my tire Sunday late afternoon and had to drive back to San Diego. I was not familiar with the area and saw that this was one of the only places still open. I tried a place that was closer to my location and they said they couldn’t do anything about it till the next day. I called Tire Choice and they said they could help me right away. It took them about 15-20 minutes to fix which was super quick. They have great customer service and are very friendly. I would definitely use them again if I am in need of service in the area.

This place was AMAZING! My classmate got a flat tire and didnt know what to do. She didnt have roadside assistance and her car doesnt carry a spare tire. We were able to get the tire off using my cars jack and we called around to see if we could get it patched. Several big name brand places quoted us $$$ or free if we bought tires??? They also mentioned their wait time was going to be a few hours and that thats a normal wait time. When we called Tire Choice Auto Service Center they were incredibly helpful. They told us it would be about 30 minutes, so we didnt care to ask how much it would cost. We got there within minutes of our phone call and they squeezed us in! We were out of there in less than 10 minutes, THEY DIDNT CHARGE US, and they offered us gloves so we wouldnt get our scrubs dirty! They never tried to upsell us into new tires or anything. This is quality service and I cannot recommend them enough! FIVE STARS!!!!!

Ran over a nail xmas eve morning. tire didnt drastically lose pressure but figured best to fix now. called if they can take me. they said come over anytime. they took my car in fast. and had me out in about 45. and no charge. even when I offered to pay. greatly appreciated it. we have used them b4 for my wifes new tires. and def will keep getting our business. even talked video games with the guy behind counter while waiting.

People underestimate great customer these days. But, Im happy to say that was not the case when I recently had an experience at this Tire Choice. One of the guys that works there, George, was one of the nicest people Ive dealt with at a tire center in a long time. Not only did he do the air check for my tires because I was concerned, but he also listened when I asked him questions about my car and some other concerns I had. Ill definitely come back because great customer service is hard to find but Im happy I found it here. I told my family about George and the other nice guys at this location and they said theyll be checking it out also. Good experience overall.

BEWARE. Made appointment for 02/05/23 at 3:30 pm. Showed up approximately 3:15 pm. Mario Garcia seemed upset. I made appointment with a different person. He started to question me, as if he didnt believe me. When? What day? What time did I make appointment. I explained it was not him I spoke to. It was few days before, on Thursday about 2:30. With a person I had dealt with before. Very good experience with that individual. Had been here one year before for a oil change. Came back for another oil change. Have not taken my car ANYWHERE else in the last year. Only put 5000 miles on car in last year. No problems with my car of any kind in this time since I was last here.. Mr. Garcia called me up to register. Had not completed oil change yet. Never been charged before work was done ever in all my time driving before work was completed. He states that will be 260.00 something dollars. I said no, I was told 99.00 dollars by person I made appointment with. Yes I asked before hand. He then states you need tires. I know oil change and tires would be way more than 260.00. So he was actually trying to charge me 260.00 something for an oil change? UNBELIEVABLE. I stated I was just getting an oil change at that time.I do need tires but that would be another time. He then proceeds to tell me I have a MASSIVE oil leak. Stated this leak took a long time to get this way. Also during this whole conversation he is VERY RUDE. Stating YOU brought the car in like this. Im trying to question him. Where is leak coming from? Just trying to get some answers. I stated you two are the mechanics. This makes him more angry. Not getting answers. His mechanic just looks down wont say a word or make eye contact. I proceed to tell him in the last year since I have been here I have not added a drop of oil to vehicle that he says has a MASSIVE oil leak. How is that possible? He is not giving me any answers to my questions. I just told him finish the oil change. I am done. I wont be back. I walked back to waiting room. They finished. I left.I am very angry at this point, that he thought he could take advantage of me like that. Oh, at one point stated it would cost at least a couple thousand to fix this MASSIVE leak. UNBELIEVABLE. After leaving. I was looking at paperwork. No mention of leak in paperwork. No estimate for tires. What was there was oil change plus tire rotation. That was not done.tire pressure in and tire pressure out. They did not add any air to my tires. Did not rotate tires. I checked my dashboard. Tire pressure was still low in tires. Exactly as when I went in. I had checked. My car alerts me when tire pressure is low. As well as anything else. So who knows how many people this angry, rude man has taken advantage of? How many people actually fall for his aggressive tactics? He picked the WRONG one, but who knows what he actually did to my car at that point being as angry as he was. I will take it somewhere else to have it inspected. Do not go here. He has terrible people skills. Hope this establishment rethinks having this person as a manager. Also want to add that I myself checked all my fluid levels in the car recently. Transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant and oil. The oil was at the full line. Other fluids were within normal range too.

LIFE SAVERS!! Stopped by when I got off work cause all my oil leaked in the parking lot.. the gentlemen there pulled my car in and put it on the lift and checked it right away and was able to fix it. Long story short, I spent thousands of dollars at this place and the manager sold me a defective part (one of a sensor), when I got this defective sensor replaced at this store, the manager talk to me like nothing happened, And when I was asking an apology (thats all I need, an apology) for these inconvenient, he goes: why would I apologize to you, its ridiculous! I didnt make the sensor! I wont apologize for the product I didnt make!This just happened last Friday, and the managers voice keep rising while we were talking. I was scared and share this awful experience here when I got home. Maybe this place does a great job of changing tires, but if you are facing another problem like replacing brakes, pads, or sensors, you might at least want to reconsider the horrible quality control here.And I just noticed that many Asian customers give this store one star, thats interesting!

I literally just left the Just Lazy tires shop down the street where the old geezer at the counter said to leave my tire overnight to patch it up and came to Tire Choice Auto Service a few blocks away and they were awesome. I dont write reviews for anything but I felt the need to give these guys 5 stars. Took them less than 10 minutes to patch it up and put it back on my car. They even added air to my spare and put it back in my trunk. And the price was next to nothing. Thank you!

Called in for an oil change about 1-1.5 hours before closing and they said to come in.During the change, they let me know front two tires were balding and they could get me a good deal. I wasnt interested in buying tires here but they attempted to guilt trip me saying, cmon man, we got you in for a last minute oil change. Huh? Its an oil change not a timing belt change.I really dont mean to undermine mechanics because were paying for their expertise and work but really.... its just an oil change. I even have an ez valve installed to make their lives easier 🤔Now I remember why I change my own oil, $99 for an oil change where the filter was $30. Ouch--update 9/7Skid plate came off half way while driving, looked underneath and saw they didnt even install it back right and forgot some screws. Absolutely amazing job. This place is 1/5 stars on a good day

Went in to get a tire patched. Came back to pick the tire up, it was ready to go as promised. They came out to put it in my truck and said there would be no charge???? Needless to say I was happy about that, you dont find that kind of courtesy anymore. Upon leaving my truck wouldnt start, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and got it repaired at a fair price. Everyone was super friendly. It is obvious to me they want to be an old school neighborhood repair shop and from the reviews i read and my own personal experience they are doing a great job. Keep up the good work

These guys are great. I noticed the manager gets the relationship build up with clients before any sales. I went in for new tires. Turns out my old tires were still under warranty and did not meet the 65k. We got a prorate for the old tires that went to the new set of tires. I ended up getting a set with 80k mile warranty, and an alignment. Definitely trust these guys with my car. See you soon.

Came in with my brother who needed a tire repair. Front service was kind enough to not charge us for the service because he arrived at a booked time prior to this. They were also kind enough to do a tire rotation on my worn tires.Because of this I was encouraged to come back and get an alignment and my new tires installed on my own vehicle. The staff at Tire Choice were very accommodating and professional. I called the shop and spoke to Rodney Ponce, Manger and explained the problem I was experiencing with my tire. When I purchased my tires I also purchased a warranty with Certified Tires. unbeknown has to me the Certified Tires company sold and is under new management, Tire Choice.Mr. Ponce said, no problem, bring your car into the shop and will take care of of the problem. I am grateful that Tire Choice honored my Tire warranty. He immediately ordered a replacement tire, and installed it at minimum cost.I am a happy and satisfied customer.Thank you Chino Hills Tire Choice for the excellent customer service.

I’ve had several great experiences here. Rodney and Bryan have taken care of my 2003 2500HD Silverado and my kids vehicles (multiple!) over the years. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Tonight I forgot to have them look at my door latch so I went back minutes before closing and they took care of it for me. I’m very pleased with their service. I’ve had extensive suspension work done, tires, oil changes, fuel sending units changed out and many other issues ranging from minor to major that they take care of with the same expedient and satisfying service. I really appreciate their level of customer service. They’ve picked me up, dropped me off and even brought my vehicle to me on one occasion which I haven’t ever experienced anywhere else. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to them for service and repair!

My daughter had a screw in her tire and was told by another well-known chain that it was not repairable and she had to buy a new tire. We decided to get a second opinion and took it to Tire Choice. They took a look at it and said no problem, quick fix. Didnt try to sell us a new tire. Gave us a GREAT deal as well!!! Rodney and his mechanic were very personable, and professional. First time here, came to get a tire fixed but they said they couldnt fix it because theyre wasnt enough tread life on the side which there was, tried to sell me 3 new tires instead. Also did a oil change but didnt even check my Coolant reservoir which was almost empty, had to fill up myself after I got home. So hard to find an honest mechanic shop.

Updated 1/24: These guys used to be great, I ended up having them do my tires for my Model 3 and my wifes Rav4. I recently got a nail in my rear tire and now they are saying that they cannot service Teslas because they cant put them on the lift. Even though they did the tires that I currently have and are unwilling to patch my tire, which is still under warranty. This is pathetic! The least they could do is jack the car up and patch the tire that they sold me. The guy blamed it on new management. I strong warn against this place especially for Tesla drivers.Wow, these guys are great! George was awesome, patched my Tesla Model 3 tire and gave great advice on replacement even though they don’t stock the tires, have to get through Tesla. Great service even though no big sale. Will definitely take my wife’s car to get new tires because of this experience. Highly recommend!

Rodney went above and beyond! He spent personal time putting a list together of things my car needed and spent time explaining all of it so I felt very comfortable and in good hands. Be careful their price, many tricks and much expensive. 1 rear shock $187(Amazon $44), labor for replacing 1 shock $165,(only take off and put on 2 screws)! So 15mins job charge me $660 for replace 2 shocks. :((. Didnt repair the rear wipper but still charge me :((

Stopped by around 4.23 pm to do resurface 1 brake rotor, they said almost close and he did not want to do it. FYI he was watching a game, what a shame, that’s why he refused for the service. so, I took it to pep boys right away, they done it in 20 min, Pep boys took the job even for $25 but still they made a sale. Good Job Pep boys, they take care customer really good, with this pandemic situation they should be more aggressive to get customer either active or proactive way. Well, this is the first time and the last one to go there.

Just now I went to your store and wanted to change the oil. I saw your billboard saying $29.9. A white man with a mustache received me. He told me to change the oil for $199. I said I had oil. He said no and ridiculed me. “Do you go to a restaurant and bring your own ingredients ”？I can’t believe how you treat your customers like this. A few months ago, I had a tire at your place. If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. Went in for 2 new tires yesterday which were $74.99 each and out the door with labor cost turned out to be $303. As I drove to work this morning I felt the alignment pulling to the right and the TPMS started flashing. The service attendant stated that due to removing the tire the sensors or batteries can malfunction. Also with the alignment they would charge me an additional $124 when I had no prior issues till after the tire change. Will definitely never come back to this shop, should have just went to Walmart.

Rodney came over and correctly diagnosed the problem which could only be fixed at the dealership. Then Rodney drove my husband home and refused any compensation for his trouble. The tire pressure light came on in my sons car - so we brought the car in to have the sensors replaced. Not only was Rodney great about taking a look at the car, but he was able to fix the problem for us by resetting the vehicle sensors. It was a weird problem because Americas Tire had tried to reset the light but it stayed on. Not only did Rodney fix it, but he did it free of charge. This place was great and I plan on coming to them for my future tire needs.

Great experience here.I went to another tire store, that was close by, they told me they couldnt take a screw out of my tire and repair the flat. They only wanted to sell me a new tire, that was over $200. I was concerned about this. I started looking into swapping the spare, which was the same tire, and I didnt have the jack with me. I went back inside to ask if they could do this for me. They said they could, it would cost $20, but it would be a 2-3 hr wait. They said Go over to Certified Tire. They might be able to do it sooner.Heres where my day got so much better. At Certified Tire, they told me they COULD fix the hole, and it was free. Fixing a flat tire is free here. I couldnt believe it. They got the van jacked up, took the tire off, pulled the screw out, and there wasnt even a hole. The screw didnt even puncture the tire. They put my tire back on, filled all my tire to the proper PSI, and sent me on my way.I can not thank them enough. I know where Ill be going the next time I need tires or have any tire related issues.Thank you Certified Tire

I had a fantastic time. My mechanic, Bigan (or something like that) was a fantastic mechanic who also recommended the most amazing Italian food restaurant down the street. Their service was fast and their customer service was even better! One thing to note is that they actually don’t use money for their services!! They barter through other material objects of use to them. An example of a previous ovation I had with them (with one of their misc. mechanics) was that they required a whole gallon of goats milk. I had luckily just milked and then slaughters half my flock of goats (goat meat!!! Yummm) and I graciously brought him a gallon for a full alignment!

When she took it back they lifted it up and said that it was just left over from what they fixed.. the next day I went to her house. I wouldnt recommend this place, the constant pressure to up-sale, the boarder line attitude when you keep refusing the sale. Frankly, I knew the vehicle I brought in was far from perfect. All I wanted was an oil change, once the hour and some change had past they bing me out to tell me the bolt for the oil pan was stripped and could leak, or come out. Was insulting to my intelligence, then charged me for a different bolt. $8.99. Then tried to tell me they cannot let me take my own vehicle off the premisses without changing out the oil pan. I kept refused extra service. They delayed me as much as possible then acted rudely after. Dont come here people. Find a place you trust with good mechanics, not salesmen.

They have a good value for 3 years of alignment for a reasonable price. But when you go back to get your car align they will make you wait or leave your car there. After the alignment is done they will try to hard sell you on their tyres and work needed on your car. Their tyres are more expensive then Costco but they will tell you Costco is just a grocery store vs them. As to me, Costco has a very knowledgeable team of tires replacement specialist there so dont waste your money here. They will also tell you that your car is in urgent need of certain jobs. You should get a second opinion and dont buy into hard selling.

Went in for an alignment and was refused service because the manager, who referred to himself as an alignment technician didnt think the rear toe angle could be adjusted on my car (2003 Lexus GS300). When i showed him that it could be adjusted via a paper showing a 4 wheel alignment that THEY DID, he walked away from me. if you question these people they will flip on you like a switch. anyone who knows anything about cars doesnt go there. they make their money off of the poor people who dont know better.
