I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. I used their services for 4 months and Shawn is an awesome supervisor. My daughter and I had off-site visits weekly. He was kind, friendly, professional and both my daughter and I were very comfortable with him. He was always on-time and reliable. The fees for intake appointments and the hourly rate are very reasonable. I would highly recommend using them.

Super glad I found Tiny Heart Heroes Services’s! Everything was pretty simple and straight forward at first and April has been very helpful along the way. Her and all the monitors I’ve come to meet at this agency are very nice, friendly and professional. They too are super helpful and my son seems quite comfortable with all of them. I’ve yet to have any problems or issues with Shawn or any of the other monitors!

April and Shawn have done an outstanding job at building a genuine business. April is extremely professional and attentive to questions and concerns - she has been very responsive and engaged throughout the whole process. Shawn couldnt have done a better job at creating an environment that was unbiased, comfortable, natural, and FUN for both my son and I. Tiny Heart Heroes is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who might need services like this.Thank you to the Tiny Heart team for providing a safe and wholesome avenue in bringing something so important back into my life, my beautiful son.

I was forced to use this place against mine and my attorneys wishes. I got advised that she [the owner and a provider] has gotten a recent DUI which scares me that she may be supervising under the influence as well. My attorney also found out not only does she have the DUI, but she has also been convicted for spousal abuse and open charges for child endangerment. This place should not be providing services. My attorney told me they were removed from the court provider listing, I don’t understand how they are still able to do this. Please do your research. I never imagined I would have to background search a business and their owners. The DUI and other charges are all public information that I found on county’s websites, search for yourself.

This agency is the best we encountered. Very professional and they do things by the book. They are not here to cheat a parent out of money and not hold the other parent unaccountable. Safe and clean visitation area with clear instructions on the meeting area. The report at the end was presented in a timely, polished and professional manner. Will highly recommend.

Disclaimer: I am not a supervised parent, nor have I ever been. I am not a direct client of this service; however, I am intimately involved and familiar with the fallacious matter that has forced my family into using this service and I am also the one who pays for it. I am a medically retired, and honorably discharged Bronze Star Recipient; I will also happily say these things under penalty of perjury.NEVER use Tiny Heart Heroes unless you are okay with them violating their own contracts, violating the California Rules of court Standard 5.20, illegally recording yourself and other parties in violation of California Penal Code 632, lying in their reports, their collaboration with whichever parent they like, facilitate parental interference, and their facility is completely unsecured/unsafe.Background: Our experience was brief, frustrating, humiliating, and heartbreaking. This provider was chosen and demanded under the guise of safety by the co-parent, we did not have a choice. The owner of the business assured my wife that they had our childrens safety in mind, that their facility was secure, that they could comfortably accommodate 8 hour visits for our entire family, that they had specific amenities like a microwave-fridge-snacks-drinks-ETC, and that they would not tolerate co-parent interference.Having spent 17 years Enlisted in the military, safety is always of the upmost importance in my mind. A commercial office suite that simply has locked doors where people hold doors open for others with regularity cannot properly enforce access control. Building security cameras that are not monitored by the tenets offer zero live security for the tenets during business hours. An UNLOCKED office door provides zero safety or privacy for any clients visiting with their loved ones in a small office that has no avenues of egress(escape). Anyone could simply barge into a supervised session unannounced, a nefarious person could use that to commit harm, and a random person DID in fact barge into the office while we were in a session and the staff tried to conceal the incident from us even though we heard-saw it take place. The owner claimed my wife violated the cell phone usage portion of their contract we were actively allowed access to our phones for over 15 hours without EVER being told that to put them away, we were allowed to take pictures/videos, ordered food, shared pictures and communications with the monitors, and even though their contract did not allow for phone usage outside of emergencies they actively allowed the usage in breach of their own contract and in fact, I witnessed the owner telling my wife multiple times prior to the visit that we could use our phones in a manner that was outside the restrictions of their contract. The owner also claimed that my wife agreed to communications being recorded in the contract, no such provision exists nor does California Penal Code 632 allow for it. Also, my wife(a client) cannot legally consent to such recordings on behalf of guests not under contract. The owner stated that the report WILL reflect that the monitor on Sunday morning “told you to put your phone away multiple times” which is a bold faced lie and will be subject to perjury if submitted to Court. The owner demands payment for the report outside of Standards 5.20, did not verify my identification, and she opened the door to our session so she could listen when she is prohibited from being a provider under 5.20 (d) (1) (c), and failed to provide explanation of termination in writing. The owner also terminated the visit 30 minutes early at the behest of the co-parent, in violation of the Court order, without prompting of the monitors. We were never informed that we were doing anything wrong and never given an opportunity to make any correction. Our experience has been clear evidence of bias, unprofessionalism, false advertising, criminal behavior, and repugnant conduct during an extremely intimate and vulnerable time which causes children to unnecessarily suffer.

Terrible through and through. Money hungry and abuse their position. Confrontational and Unprofessional is how I would describe my experience with this lackluster establishment.
