We initially received a lower quotation from another provider, so we informed the owner of Tintix Livermore. The owner matched the quote, which was great because Tintix Livermore was closer to us. Negotiating with him was very easy. Khalid and his staff at the Livermore branch were respectful and professional when talking to customers. Initially, I just wanted my windows tinted, but I ended up getting PPF on the whole front and ceramic coating on the entire car. After the job was done, I noticed a long scratch on the rear door. I appreciated how they handled the incident by taking full accountability, which showed their good customer service. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime, and ironically, I scratched the right rim of the loaner by hitting a curb (my fault). I informed them about the incident, and they handled it well again. Accidents happen, but whats important is how you take accountability and provide solutions. Would definitely recommend their service to my friends.

Tintix did an amazing job making sure they gave me the best quality for my 2024 Tesla model 3. They went over the best options for the ceramic tint and explained everything in depth. The process was very easy and efficient. They said it would take approximately 4-5 hours and got it done around 2.5 3 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Had a complete engine detail on my M4. It looks amazing. Not only did they detail my engine but gave me a complimentary wash and interior cleaning. When I saw the car, I was thrilled even before I opened the hood. I was taken care of by the store manager, a really great guy, Jordan Qutishat. He was 100% committed to making me happy with their work, and I am. Highly recommend; if they did this good of a job on my detail, I am sure they are top notch with other services.

I could not have asked for a better first time vinyl wrapping experience. With being the first time I have had a car wrapped, wasn’t sure what to expect, but Tintix made everything so easy and smooth along the way, even during the busiest of holiday times. All went well, there was a mix up on my half with pricing for my vehicle. I currently have a Tesla Model 3 and upon arrival I was told over the phone I stated my vehicle was a Model S. Very happy with the service. My car was hit by an object on the freeway after having the PPF done a week prior to the incident. There was a long scratch on the hood. I brought it back to tintix in Brentwood and they have it fixed for me for free. This is my 2nd cars having PPF done here. Im glad I did it otherwise my Tesla X would have a big scratch to paint. I spoke to Omar through out the whole process. He replied to me promptly with quotes and answered all my questions. I wanted ppf, 2 front window tint, and ceramic coat on my brand new car. He helped me set up an appointment, made it feel really easy and simple. Jordan was at the front end of the shop and was very courteous and nice explaining everything thoroughly. I also, was told they had 3 guys work on it all at once. Before, I knew it; the car was ready for me to take home. I loved the service and the job done. My new car came out so well. I had all of my windows tinted. As a EV driver it has saved me so much battery on keeping my car cool, and my leather seats are no longer burning when I’m come in.As someone that doesn’t know much about cars or tinting windows they really walked me through all my options and helped me get the best look and price for my car.The customer service was truly amazing. The job was so well done. I can’t even tell that I had them tinted after purchase because there are no flaws. Great customer service and follow up with my tint request. I was given quotes much cheaper than TINTIX. However, the employee Sam and Joe were able to convey their value and explained the Xpel XR quality ceramic tint they use. Also they took pride in their work. I was quoted $480 out the door. When I got there and met with Jordan he explained that there will be tint removal fee of $250for the back windows. Jordan also explained that there’s no guarantee on the defroster if it gets damaged. The total climbed from $480to $750. Since I had a second car that I want to tint they worked with me to get it down to $707. It would’ve been nice to know the removal fee prior to coming for I only pulled out the amount of cash quoted over the phone and had to pay for the full amount via card which resulted in paying for the 4% fee. The car had a check engine light when I picked it up and they explained that the battery was drained and to drive it for 50 miles. I decided to bring it to them and they were able to remove the check engine light.The tint came out ok. I wish I would’ve gone darker. Overall I am a supporter of small business owners in my Brentwood community for 17 years. I’m thankful for the service I received.

Im satisfied with the Windows Tint that was installed on my Honda CR-V. All the back Windows (20%) was perfectly installed professionally and my front windows (35%) was also perfectly install hardly see any bubbles. I went in for tint for my Model Y. My appointment was at 8:15 am, on a sunday, which worked out for me. My questions were answered when I got there and information from Jordan was helpful when making my purchase. I only went in for only tint, but Tintix offers PPF, wraps, and ceramic coating and other options beyond. I am happy with my experience at Tintix today getting tint for my Model Y, which is important, especially when the weather starts to heat up. The service is great, customer service is even better, and the quality in the work they put in was 10/10. I would recommend Tintix to those who want the top of the line protection for their cars.

Recently used Tintix to add a high-end tint job on my truck for all of the windows including the moonroof and windscreen. They did a great job throughout and the estimation of when the curing would be complete was only one day later than their estimate, but within the range of washing the windows noted on the control sticker. This sticker was a nice reminder to not use the windows while the cure was completing. The manager also took me to/from my home so I could continue working. Decent experience overall.

I had my front two windows tinted on my new truck to match the rear. Tintix was professional and explained all tint options and pricing with me. I chose the ceramic tint as it matched closest to my factory tint, and provided addition benefits over carbon.After my truck was ready for pickup, I noticed a few scratches on the driver side tint. They quickly jumped on replacing the tint and had it back out to me in 15 minutes. Everything looks great!

My fiancée and I came in was greeted by the man in the front office, this man was VERY professional didn’t try to take advantage of the price or product whatsoever so it made it a very comfortable experience for me. The shop wasn’t crazy busy but had some foot traffic the job got done quickly! We were out in less than 2 hours even though they said roughly 2 1/2 hours or 3. The staff there was super kind, respectful and very thorough! Heck might decide to come back for a car wrap!! Great service!!! 10/10 highly recommend.

I had a rock bust a back window on my car and after I got it fixed I needed to get it retinted to match the rest of my windows. unfortunately I have moved away from my old tint shop so I googled and they had amazing reviews so I reached out with some hope the week of thanksgiving. They got me in on a holiday week, they were very reasonably priced, and they took great care of my car while they had it! initially they said it could be up to 4 hours but I was in and out in less than an hour. they did their best to match my existing tint on other windows and I think they did darn near perfect! If I ever need another window tinted I will definitely go back to them!

Originally Rated 4 stars because of a minor imperfection on my windshield that i had tinted, a very small but noticeable piece of glue underneath the tint. changed to 5 stars because of customer service. the owner called me right away because of my dissatisfaction and offered to replace the tint on the windshield free of charge! highly recommend tintix for the quality of the tint/work they do and the customer service that you just don’t find anywhere else anymore. Great job on my LC, guys!First brought car in for exterior ceramic coating. Even with the high gloss of Artic White, you can still see the difference.After driving in the rain in Bodega Bay, came home with muddied car. Overnight rain washed majority of dirt off.Came in second time for interior ceramic coating & window tinting. These guys are fast! Job was completed in less than 4hrs, plus they went beyond by washing my car. I made the mistake of taking my beautiful car through the gas station car wash -- several times. The clear coat had scratches all over it and it also had swirls from previous attempts of waxing/polishing. I took my car to Tintix and Grayson recommended the paint correction & ceramic coating. I just bought a 2017 GMC Denali and took it to these guys to have my windows tinted there, they also talked me into getting a Polymer Vinyl to help protect my paint from rock chips. I was really surprised on how well they applied the tint and coating to my truck. I compared the price to three other shops in the area and they were right above the cheapest. I would highly recommend them to anyone or at least call them and see what they can do for you! I am almost 50 and it is really getting hard to find good customer service now days. These guys really hit the mark!
