I had found NestMade Mortgage through Google a few years ago. My husbands friend had worked with Tim before and I was very happy to hear that Tim closed the loan very quickly, much faster than the standard 30 days. I reached out to Tim afterwards. In this tough, competitive market, with limited inventory and high rates, Tim can help you stand out amongst other offers. I had just come back from maternity leave with a decreased income. My husband and I had our first offer accepted at under the asking price, Tim was able to help us close in 21 days, which was the main reason why the seller took our offer. He also answers texts, emails, and calls really quickly. I highly recommend Tim as your mortgage lender to help you in this competitive housing market- look further than your typical big name bank. We were so lucky to have our offer accepted, as we went with FHA loan and hadn’t been preapproved when we had put the offer in. It’s truly a myth that FHA always takes a long time to close, you just have to find that right team along the ride.

Private money loans AKA hard money loans. Finally, I found the right man for the job. I could tell that Tim has done dozens of hard money loans just from the way he talked to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable in this field. He closed the loan in 10 days. Just in time for closing. I cannot refer Tim out enough. Not only did he close escrow in 15 days, but he was consistent communication was really what made the process seem a lot easier and less stressful. He broke down everything into digestible information, answered all my questions, stayed on the phone with me for hours, and even called me a week after closing to make sure I didnt have any questions or anything unresolved. He also was kind enough to let me know he would be there for me for the next 30 years in case anything came up during the term of my mortgage. Hes really great and I highly recommend Timothy Joe to anyone who has mortgage needs.

Tim was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to explain and work with the lender and myself to get us where we needed to be. I was shopping around to several big lenders such as Rocket Mortgage and even my Federal Credit Union, but Tim always managed to take care of us in a way that they could not. Timothy is the epitome of what customer service should be. Not only does he care for his clients 110%, but hes so honest in his work and will not force you into anything you arent comfortable with. You dont meet a lot of people like that now a days..My experience with Timothy has been exceptional. From A-Z he was able to explain to me how the lending process works. He was even able to give me some options based off of my information. Not only did I felt that he cared for me but hes just ball of joy. Being a first-time home buyer in this market was really hard and overwhelming for me and my husband. I was referred to Tim by my bro during this process after being lied to and misled by another lender who made false promises that he and his team could get us approved for a home loan and failed. Tim is an easy person to talk to, I was extremely happy with his service during my refi. He was active in following up with me to let me know how the process is going and was always available to talk to answer my questions. He took care of all the issues that came up during my refi so I didnt have to worry. Their whole team is incredible! I have used NestMade Mortgage for my original home purchase and used them again because of their service, reliability, and honesty. I plan to use them again in the future!

A MUST SEE loan officer! I closed my house less than 30 days. He have been outstanding since the beginning of the process until the end. I was quoted low pre-approval from a different lender who said was a pro-veteran loan agency. It discouraged me and made me almost stop looking to buy. However, my real estate agent referred me to Timothy Joe and that was the best decision I have ever made. From the start to finish, he kept me informed of the process being a first time home buyer and gave me straight to the point loan figure and how to get my dream home without too much of a headache. He made it very clear and concise of all the documents needed and things I have to sign. All I had to do the entire time was signing E-documents. When I have questions, he answered immediately to help clarifying it for me. His colleague, Helen Rao was also there to guide me through it and help me through the process. She was wonderful! My credit wasnt great, but he still was able to make the numbers work and help me organize my debts toget the loan done. I must have called him and texted him sooo many times, but he was courteous and very nice in handling my worries. I am using VA home loan and he was able to get me a great rate and ASSISTANCE. HE IS HONEST AND VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. TIMOTHY JOE IS THE MAN!!
