Jill tattooed my nipples after I had to have a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. Her artistry has made me feel comfortable in my own skin again. She is so sweet and easy to work with. She takes great pride in making sure you leave fully happy. I highly recommend her!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about Jill and her services at Timeless Skin Spa. Jill did my Areola Bi tattoos and they are absolutely amazing! They look SO real! I’ve been happy to show them off to my close friends and family- they are THAT good! She did such a fantastic job at the first appointment that the second appointment was a quick 5 mins of adding some minor details. Jill is a true professional and she sits in a class of her own when it comes to permanent makeup. She has done my eyebrows and I love my results. She gave me a natural look that works well with my minimal makeup days, and for the days I want a full face of makeup I now have an easy to follow template for my brows. I like the creative way she decorated her studio and how theres parking right in front. I always recommend her to my all my family, friends, and co-workers.

Jill is THE VERY BEST. I have been going to her for at least seven or eight years, maybe more. She has salvaged my straggly plucked 80s brows and made them look better than I thought they ever could. I completely trust her judgement and her esthetic. If you want to do something that won’t look good, she’ll tell you and suggest better alternatives. I’ve always followed her advice and been happy every time. Would not consider going anywhere else for permanent makeup :)

I went to Jill to have an old areola tattoo redone. It had been over 10 years since my breast cancer and I got used to the way it looked. The first time i had my eyebrows tattooed by Jill was probably 25 years ago, i have since then had a few touch ups on brows, eye liner done and lips blushed to add color back. There isnt anyone I wpuld trust more than Jill, a true professional and amazing artist. The best around!!!!

As an artist in the permanent cosmetic industry for 30 years, selecting another artist for my own permanent makeup was vitally important. I chose Jill Hoyer. One reason is that I was Jill’s fundamental trainer long ago, and another reason is because her work is exemplary; her attention to detail and health and safety protocol gave me the confidence that I had chosen well. As a client I did my best, and succeeded, to turn over design and color selection for my brows to Jill. It has now been a month since the eyebrow tattoo service and the brows are exactly the correct color to blend nicely with what eyebrow hair I have, and the shape is very flattering. I saw Jill in January of this year, and while I was wary of permanent makeup, she gave me the most beautiful eyebrows I could have ever imagined.
