He was very instrumental in the sale particularly in the negotiations with the buyer and handled everything in a very professional manner.When we were looking to purchase in Laquita California there was only one person we would go to and that was Tim. If you are going to buy or sell a home in Laguna Beach you need to call The Smith Group! There is no better testimony of how good they are than our using Tim and Amy to buy and sell four homes totaling almost $50 million in a period of about six months. They delivered amazing results! Tim Smith and his team were second to none. We vetted multiple agents in the Newport Coast, Costa Azul area, and Tim not only blew us away with his pitch, but he backed it up and fulfilled all his promises. It was apparent he knew what he was doing and he ended up staging the house beautifully to get us top dollar for the area. Tim and his team sold our house at a record amount, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the process and result. They offer a white glove service where it was essentially a “set it and forget it” process to renovate, stage, list and close. We were able to just allow them to handle all the work behind the scenes, and I could tell they were masters at their craft in every aspect of the deal. Tim’s reputation and sales speak for themselves; if you give him a chance, you won’t regret it. We know where we’ll be going with our future real estate business.
