I had worked with Tims Father before he retired. Tim and Julie have continued his business and built a thriving business of their own. I have multiple family members who have used them successfully. They are well trusted in our family.If something needed to be done on my fathers home, they had a guy. It was so easy to leave the preparation to sell in their hands. I received updates at every step.When there were decisions to be made, Tim explained the options, listened to my concerns and was able to guide me through the best choices given the circumstances. The home sold for well over asking due to the guidance and hard work on Tim and Julie Steffens part.

Tim and Julie Steffen were great to work with from the initial meeting to the successful sale of two Walnut Creek homes. They were extremely knowledgeable about market conditions and what makes a home desirable to buyers. They were very responsive and great at keeping us apprised of anything that came up throughout the process.We were busy settling our parents estate so we really appreciated Tim and Julie handling the day to day real estate matters so that we could focus on other estate-related issues. They were understanding about the emotional impact we were dealing with in the selling of homes that had been in our family for decades. We had to make several repairs and upgrades to the properties and appreciated them having a comprehensive cadre of tradespeople, landscapers, stagers and even estate sale consultants that they have used over the years. We found the quotes to be fair and reasonable and the quality of the work excellent. Tim and Julie went far beyond what we could have reasonably expected. For example, one of the burners on the stove was not working and the needed part was not easy to find, so in the interest of time we thought we would have to invest in a new stove. We were able to avoid this because Julie hunted down the obscure part, allowing for the stove to be fixed for a fraction of cost of a new appliance.We cannot say enough about their expertise in all things real estate and recommend Tim and Julie without hesitation.

My wife and I contacted Tim and Julie to purchase our first house in Walnut Creek. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge of the market in the area and the real value of the homes that were on the market. Tim helped us to identify houses that were not only in our price range but also helped us to identify the real gems among the listings. He let us know about all of the recent purchases in the area and what the selling price of those houses were. He was extremely knowledgeable about the school districts and what that would do for the value of the homes moving forward. I have spoken with friends that did not enjoy working with their realtors because they felt pressured to sign a deal that did not fit what they were really looking for in a home. Tim and Julie let us know the good and the bad in every home we looked at and truly helped us to find a house that has become a dream home for our family. I very much appreciated the walk through that we received as we presented our offers and again was impressed with the information that was shared with us during the final processes. I can’t say enough about the service we received and would not think of using anyone else as our agents in the future.

Tim and his wife have represented my family in 3 purchases and 2 listings over the last 25 years. He is honest, real and will work very hard for you.he has the experience to guide us through several complicated transactions. We recently purchased a small out of state rental and even through Tim wasnt paid he happily consulted with us and gave great advice on this site-unseen purchase.We will be using him again soon for the sale of our family home and I wouldnt trust it to anyone else.UsefulFunnyCool
