Tim Giblin from State Farm was an absolute lifesaver when someone ran into our Jaguar in a parking lot and left without leaving a note. Tim Giblin has been my insurance agent for 44 years. He has been a huge help over the years with homeowner needs and car insurance. In July of 2023 my home suffered severe damage from a county tree falling on my property. Tim was with me every step of the way and State Farm paid my entire claim. Being a local real estate agent places me in constant contact with insurance concerns whenever I manage home sales or purchase transactions. The number of insurance agencies willing to write a policy for areas with high or very high fire danger concerns is shrinking. When my own policy was dropped/terminated by a carrier to whom I had loyally subscribed for over 20 years. I shopped around for a locally respected carrier. I contacted Tim Giblins State Farm Insurance office; they were able to offer and write up a bundle offering for my familys needs, saving me over 500.00 on the same coverage I had previously on my home and car policies. One bonus attraction that appealed to me: I was informed that State Farm will not drop me ( as long as my payments remain current) as an insured client in the future, even if State Farm terminates writing new policies in my community/area. I have remained impressed by Tim Giblins attention to detail and timely communication as well as the State Farm insurance offerings and rates. Tim has been my agent for home & auto for at least 25 years. Dealing with his office is a breeze. I had just asked him if I needed to increase my home insurance. After looking at my policy he decided that I was up-to-date and did not need to increase anything. I have heard many stories of people in the nearby Hidden Meadows area having their fire insurance canceled all of a sudden. From the very beginning, Tim was warm, welcoming, and an especially patient listener. We have been customers of Tim Giblin’s State Farm office for many years. We just recently had our hot water heater burst one evening when we luckily were home relaxing. We immediately jumped into action to stop the 40 gallons of water from gushing all over the house by grabbing every towel in the house to start mopping it up. Once we got it stopped we then proceeded to find an emergency plumber who could come out and help us. Once we did all that we contacted Tim’s office to see what our next step would be for the restoration process. He contacted Service Master who immediately came out and started the clean up process. We are now getting ready to have a contractor redo our flooring and drywall to get our house put back together. Tim has stayed in touch during the whole process. He has always taken good care of us no matter what our insurance needs happen to be. I would definitely recommend his office and Tim himself for all of your insurance needs.

We used to have a huge policy with Allstate. Key words are used to. After getting into a car accident in 2017 around Christmas time, they treated us like yesterdays trash. Couldnt get in touch with the person who was handling our claim. All got literally was 4 days with of voice mail claiming that she would call me back before the end of the day. Didnt happen. After that little show, I immediately went to my local Statefarm office and talked with the office manager. Got a huge policy for a little more than what we were paying with Allstate. Tim came in and he introduced himself. He has been our agent ever since. In the end, I had to hire an attorney to make Allstate pay us a little something for our pain and suffering. We recently had the sad experience of having one bike stolen and one bikes seat post and new saddle stolen out of the bike room in our condominium building. I called Tim Giblin to ask about the extent of my insurance coverage, was given prompt instructions on what paperwork, receipts, police report number his office needed. Within a few days, a State Farm representative contacted me, asked for some additional information, then told me what the settlement details were, and immediately emailed me instructions for how to arrange direct deposit to my checking account of the State Farm check. I was very disappointed when I call the office and asked about the discount for the years of experience somehow they only had me for 7yrs and not the 14 yrs that I have been driving for they told me they would find out and they still have not. When I call to ask if they had found out they told me they were still working on it. And every time when the renewal comes it seems that instead of dropping the price it goes more up with no car accidents or tickets. With this whole covid-19 we have not got the discounts like they said we will, other insurance companies have already giving their costumers the discounts. Since I was not satisfied with their responds to the deserve discounts I have decided to change insurance to AAA, somehow they were able to find my yrs of experience fairly quickly and with lower price rate. It seems that they don’t care to help costumers with the deserve discounts that they have in writing but only benefit from the high prices the policy cost.
