This will be the easiest review we have ever written as our experience with Tim was a pleasure from beginning to end. We met Tim at his office and were immediately struck by his friendly and easy-going personality. We explained our needs, wants and vision for our winter getaway in Palm Springs. As we only had a passing, tourist experience with the city, Tim was able to guide us to neighborhoods and specific communities he felt would not only meet our needs, but give us the most enjoyable day-to-day living experience in the desert. Tim is an excellent communicator and kept us up to the minute on new properties. One memorable day (not only because it was 119 degrees) Tim scheduled eight properties for us to see as we were only in town for the weekend. Although these properties didnt work out, they did help us hone in on exactly what we did want which in the end made our search much simpler and easier. We soon landed on the perfect home for us and within three weeks we had the keys to our new desert oasis! Tims attention and service didnt stop there. He put us in touch with several contractors and even arranged for us to meet another of his clients to see his recent renovation and get a contractor referral. We highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a property in Palm Springs or the Coachella Valley.

Through a weird set of circumstances and odd choices, Tim went from my seller’s agent only to pivot selling another property, one more problematic. It was a whiplash that Tim weathered with his graceful patience, expert guidance, and his reassuring calm.He succeeded in both roles, with flying colors, and he was able to navigate the shift and he negotiated an amazing deal on all fronts.I cannot recommend Tim enough. If you’re looking for someone with focus, expertise, and style, you’ll not find anyone with Tim’s wide skillset.

We worked with Tim for almost 5 months to find a second home for us. Its a long time but Tim was so patient, and diligently followed up with us as always. We finally closed the transaction this week, and wouldnt be able to do it without his help. Hes super knowledgable about the Valleys market too, giving us tons of insights that we wouldnt know otherwise. Tim was an absolutely amazing realtor. During our discovery phase (looking at properties, neighborhoods, etc.) he did a great job of making sure we knew the nuances for each neighborhood and property. He took us to 4 properties while we were in Palm Springs and then FaceTimed with us on several property visits.After several unsuccessful offers, we finally found the one we loved and had an offer accepted. Tim walked us through every stage of the process and connected us with a local lender who knew how to navigate leased land. He made the process easy! We closed in under 30 days.Tim also went above and beyond. Since we were out of town prior to closing, Tim helped us work through several issues from afar to ensure our arrival would be smooth. He was always happy to help, supported us, and was quick to communicate.We can’t say enough good things about Tim. He helped us find our slice of paradise in Palm Springs. Tim was our agent for a great townhouse we just bought. He is wonderful! He is very responsive, very dedicated to us as his clients, and very good at explaining the process and giving thoughtful recommendations at various stages. Tim made our long distance real estate transaction a great experience. Being a well versed and connected agent in the area, he went above and beyond to make sure we had more than adequate virtual and in person orientation regarding the cities in the Coachella Valley, which ultimately helped us to make a comfortable and well informed decision. He was quick to provide any and all information along the way, taking a lot of guesswork out of relocation issues. Tim helped my husband and I purchase our house in Palm Springs during the so called “feeding frenzy” time of Covid. We found a house, reached out to Tim and within 48 hours had a virtual walk through and offer written for the property. We quickly switched gears to another house and after losing out on 3 homes, because of cash and multiple offers, Tim found us exactly what we were looking for! He was personable and extraordinarily insightful with teaching us about the Palm Springs area and market.
