I’m on a Tiki Bar kick. It all started with a night out at Trader Sam’s in DT Disney.I came here with my partner and had the Pina Colada and it was delicious. So refreshing on a hot day.The bartender was amazing. Fun, cool and so personable.The decor was so cozy and Polynesian.I will come back but later in the night !

Bartender was a extremely rude to us and made fun of how we speak. I’ve been here countless times and used to recommend this place to other people. Hadn’t been back in a little while and now won’t be coming back. Go to Tonga hut for better drinks and friendlier staff.

The atmosphere here is amazing, thanks to the Bamboo Ben-designed decor! The staff is all super friendly and helpful. The music is loud but fun. I was bopping the whole time we were there! There’s a fireplace, indoor and outdoor seating, intimate booths under thatched roofs.The downside here is the drinks are just okay. We had a zombie and a mai tai and didn’t love them enough to try more. It’s gotta be tough for Tiki No that the tiki-drink bar is set pretty high in SoCal.I’m also disappointed that there was no merchandise available. I talked to a bartender who told me they used to have merch, but not recently.Tiki No, I love what you’re doing. I may not rush back for a drink, but if you ever start selling merch like Tiki mugs, I’d gladly come back, buy a mug (maybe two!) and a shirt, enjoy the atmosphere and give other drinks a shot.

This place is such a gem! We decided to go here for some drinks on our first night in Cali. Parking is basically street parking only so get in where you fit in. The place is a little small but it does have an outdoor patio facing the street but the inside ambiance was EVERYTHING. Dimly lit only by the Firepit and the minimum lighting behind the bar. They don’t serve food food but small bites like pretzels and chips. But if I’m not mistaken, I did see people bring in their own small meals here and there which is a plus in my book. Now to these drinks. They were super cute as they’re all “Tiki” inspired and they’re plenty to choose from for all different taste buds. Of course the one with the fire caught my eye 😂 but I did see a group beside me order the bowl (which they’re some troopers because that things was huge!) The bartender (gosh I really wished I remembered his name, Anthony maybe?) was so pleasant and was willing to put on a show just for my picture snapping purposes 😂 if you’re looking for a chill spot with good drinks and good vibes check them out!

Tiki No is a pretty cool Tiki themed bar. When I went it wasnt too busy. The drinks are pretty cheap for NoHo/LA and some of them even come in these cool themed glass or in one case a bowl! Bartenders were nice, friendly, and quick! The atmosphere this place creates on the inside is awesome, they really took their time to get great scenery pieces to really entrance you in the theme. Overall, fun place, good drinks, and pretty chill place if youre looking for a fun time and not too much commotion.

Soon as I walked in, I got a super carefree, leave your worries at the door kind of vibe. Great place to get giddy with friends. They let us order pizza from Little Toni’s. I lost my phone and a kind soul turned it in to security. What a happy night!

Pretty chill spot. The DJ plays good music and the drinks are awesome. Service feels a little slow at times but because it gets busy. The Bartenders are friendly and do try to get to everyone. Definitely turning into one of my go to spots.

A normal bar with Tiki decorations playing 90s pop music. The drinks have the Tiki drink name sakes but definitely are not made like they are supposed to. Ordered a Zombie and it tasted nothing like a Zombie. The ice is something out of a hotel ice machine, oof. Maybe its their take on it but it wasnt good. Id avoid this spot and go to Tonga Hut or Tiki Ti.

Not my kinda Tiki Bar. I think I am more a purist. It does have the makings of what Id consider to be a great place as it is decently decorated. However the music is alternative 90s when I was there and it really ruins any polynesian potential it has. Would be better suited with polynesian music. As well some drinks are made from slurpee like machines which makes does not do justice to tiki drinks at all. However one drink was good and didnt come from a machine. Went cause I love tiki. Not sure if Ill ever go back and they dont have food either other than bags of potato chips.

I came here in February. I had dinner with my best friend and she drove me back to my other best friend’s home, where I was staying, so we stopped here for drinks. I had the lychee luau and I remember it fondly seven months later.It was Valentine’s Day, and the bar was busy—I am under the impression that the holiday has nothing to do with that. And while the bar was busy, the vibes were great. Everyone was in a good mood. I talked to strangers, which I’m not usually open to, and the bartenders were attentive, in spite of all they had to do.My friend just had a first date here and had a great time, too.I hope I see Tiki No again, soon.

Finally made it out for their Sunday night karaoke. Brought two friends along. Walked up to the bar and even though they were busy, order a Lychee drink for my friend that was served up quickly. It packed a punch and was quickly finished. A booth opened up and the three of us sat down and ordered another round of drinks. The KJ is really cool. After each song, he would play a fun song to keep the party atmosphere going. Overall a fun night. Cheers.

I love the vibe of this place. Its dark, moody and exotic. Feels like a dive bar but its not trying to be extra. Everything a Tiki bar should be.Tiki No has every basic Tiki drink: Mai Tai, Zombie and a huge Scorpion bowl to wash away all the stresses in life.Theres also nightly happy hours and events throughout the month like 90s night and karaoke. This place is fantastic after dinner since its strictly alcohol (besides the $2 chips)I would recommend the toasted marshmallow drink, I know its not a traditional Tiki drink but damn its good. Oh the only issue I would have with this place is the glasses. They use traditional glass instead of the Tiki mugs. Im not sure if you can buy some from them but i would love to bring my own

I used to enjoy this spot, however the door guy has made me never want to come back. I asked kindly if I could bring my folding bike on the outdoor patio after he told me his bike was just stolen from right outside the bar. He ignored me, literally acted like I wasnt even standing in front of him, it was very odd and uncomfortable. I asked again to be sure he heard me, same thing! Ive never experienced such disrespect in a public place. Ill probably never go back. I used to bring my work buddies in and they always loved it. Bummer all around. Tiki? Nope.

The drinks here are amazing and the bartenders are really good. The booths filled up really quickly but the vibe is fantastic and theres a nice patio with a fireplace and tables. If you like rum this is definitely the place to come there are so many different rum based drinks to choose from. Overall makes a fantastic night out with friends if you want good drinks and chill vibes. They also do fire drinks if youre looking for a little extra excitement.

We came on a Friday night around 10:30 PM and it was packed. They have some nice but limited seating so we stood by the bar. They have a dj by the bar playing chill music. I didnt like the environment much since it was pretty loud so its not conducive for hang outs unless you like shouting at each other. Whats really great about this bar though is the bartenders. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and engaged/talked with the customers.Toasted Marshmallow ($15): This one is really cool and unique. We watched the bartender create this drink with great care & made sure that the marshmallow was really lit, literallyBlue Hawaiian ($15): This was also good but a bit light and heavy on the ice.

A local hidden treasure. I hope this bar lasts decades to come. Delicious, fairly priced drinks hand crafted by sexy bartenders who seem to have been casted by a modeling agency. Adorable atmosphere, great lighting, never too crowded, and friendly sexy staff. EXCELLENT music and ambiance! Cute outdoor patio as well. Fireplace that keeps it cozy. One of the best bars in the North Hollywood area. A little hidden, but when you find it, it will become a local favorite for you. 5/5 stars!

I wouldn’t come here if you’re expecting a solid tiki drink. Their mai tai was served in a highball glass with maraschino cherries and tasted like an island margarita, no orgeat in sight and had normal chip ice to boot like bro for 14 dollars at a tiki bar in LA i expect a proper tiki drink not a dive bar rendition of a tiki drink which is what their drinks are. Zombie was also mid at best, honestly very disappointed by the drinks and probably wont be back. Also they couldn’t make a Navy Grog because they “didnt have the right rum mix” lol what. If you’re looking for a real tiki drink in LA go to Tonga Hut. This place is a dive pickup bar that happens to serve a sad excuse for a tiki drink.

This place is amazing. The bar tenders are great and quick even though some of their drinks are quite complex. The prices are extremely affordable for all the drinks especially when compared to other Tiki Bars in Los Angeles. The atmosphere is second to none! They also have a full weekly line up of events including karaoke nights and specials. One of my favorite bars in Los Angeles for sure!

Carms and I hit this lil Tiki Hut on Lankershim one night after Hop Merchants closed for a night cap. The Bartender, Ken, made us a couple amazing cocktails 🍸 and was super nice to us considering how slammed he was. The place is small yet cozy with hip music, Tiki attire everywhere. This place is awesome. Catch a seat out on the patio facing the street at night... great little view of the Blvd. Drinks can tally up but that happy hour is legit. I loved this place when I was with my ex-GF, it was always a go to for us... wish I could make a pit stop here every once in a while again. Keep up the good work, Tiki No!

This was such a shame. I love tiki bars and tiki vibes. I’d not been to this one before and was excited. The decor is delightful, but that’s where the enjoyment ends.This is essentially a dive bar, playing 90s music with tiki decorations for 20 something’s. The drinks although they sound authentic, they are far from. The piña colada is from a slushie machine and the dark and stormy is mild at that. The Tonga Hut is superb, go there if you want a better experience !!

The drinks are strong and delicious. The staff is friendly. My only problem is I paid for myself and my friend and I told the waitress to close it when I have her my card and she never gave it back..... I left and had to go back the next day at 5pm when they opened so I could retrieve my card. They gave it to me with no problem but they never said we apologize for the inconvenience or something along those lines. If I do go back im bring cash.

Rating 2 stars because the current average is way too high. Bills themself as a Tiki bar but the drinks were just straight up bad. Poor selection of actual tiki drinks and didnt taste anything like the drinks should - not in like a eew too sweet! way, but were just sour and caustic. One of mine was undrinkable and I just asked for more sugar (something I never do) to help it go down, and the bartender said oh yeah, we use fresh grapefruit juice so its a bit sour if youre not used to it.My brother in christ, if youre using fresh citrus juice it should NOT be sour!!! Dont citrus-shame me to make up for your bad drinks.This should be rated as a tiki-themed bar and not a tiki bar. Great ambiance but order a beer.

If you enjoy being ignored, this is the place for you! Only two bartenders on a Saturday night holiday weekend. Three tables were off limits because there were reserved. It was hot and stuffy and we couldnt get near the bar or an empty seat so we left and went to Idle Hour which has an amazing patio.

I have a valid drivers license from Ohio. I recently moved close by and couldn’t enter because the security said my I.d wouldn’t scan ! He asked if I had anything else with my name on it like mail etc! I was not allowed in that night ! Since when do people bring mail to a bar ? The doorman just walked me outside and said I couldn’t get in and proceeded to small talk recommending a bar down the street! Saying how this bar wasn’t much going on anyways and he hoped it would end soon so he could go home ! I never had this problem getting into a bar before I truly believe the color of my dark skin and looks of my locks played a role in the doorman’s decision to not let me in !

Tiki No is an awesome tiki bar ! The decor is all blow fish, lobster traps and island themed. It has a fireplace outside in the front where you can kick back with friends and watch the fire . You can even have a smoke if thats your thing. The crowd is chill and the drinks are good. What else can I say? I love this place!

I went to Tiki No for St. Pattys and it was a blast. The Piña Colada was amazing. I knew Sunni, a bartender, from my old gym. Id definitely suggest this place for small hangouts of 2-3 people, but no more than that. Youll have a lot of trouble finding a place to fit you and all of your friends.

It took forever for me to finally visit this local Tiki bar, and have I ever been missing out. The drinks are to die for, and the happy hour prices I saw on the menu make me wish my boss would let me leave early every day. The decor doesnt disappoint, and the tid bits of history about the drinks on the menu helps fill in the blanks of your dreams of being at a luah on the banks of Waikiki or just a parrot head in the Keys. If a complaint could be made, it was the lack of interesting drink glasses, but there were little umbrellas and beautifully colored drinks that you wouldnt want to not see any ways.

Stopped by here on a Saturday night and loved the chill vibe. It wasnt too crowded or too loud to have a conversation. The music was good. The staff was friendly, space nice and clean, and the drinks -the drinks were fantastic!

There are only a few truly authentic Tiki bars in LA. Tiki No is not particularly longstanding or exceptionally authentic (Tonga Hut is the best and most accessible Ive found so far in the valley), but really Its one of the few that does it right. Excuse their slurpee style frozen drinks. -Nobody said Tiki drinks werent a little cheesy at their heart anyway right?

Intimate and dark. Thats how I like my bars. Perfect for cocktails after work. Strong tiki atmosphere. In a typical bar I might get a beer but at tiki I gotta go tropical. Extensive tropical cocktail menu and even a tiki drinking club. However not a place for a night on the town. Way too small and chilled out. Energy is mellow not hyped

I LOVEEEEEE this place...like super mega mega love it...i come all the way from long beach just to enjoy the delicious cocktails...the best tiki bar i ever been too..the bartenders and one of the owners are such great, amazing people...i just love everything from this place. I dont know the bartenders names but the chick with blonde short hair and one of the dudes with glasses are always super friendly and very informative when we ask them for suggestions. I wish i had a tiki no bar closer to home.. 45 min drive but so worth it...BEST PINA COLADA EVER

During the slow time service is impecable. During the busy periods, service is hard to get especially if youre in the patio which by the way is very fun to be in (its unlike any outdoor patio Ive ever seen). The atmosphere is superb and the decore is uber professional. Kudos to the decorator. Seating is dark quaint and very fun but limited. The drinks are stout and TROPICAL so remember that. Lots of light and dark rums, vanilla and coconut etc etc.... My recommendation is the 'Bowl' I think its called the 'Scorpion Bowl'. The 'Bowl' drinks 4 and is presented flaming as the rest of the decor. On fire! By far the tastiest in a fresher fruity sense. This place gets crowded quick and when your the late comer, you'll leave the disgruntled late leaver.

Tiki No is the prototypical tiki bar. Bamboo, dim lighting, booths that seat 6, low key music, outdoor patio with fire place, great drinks. Recently added $4 PBRs. They also do karaoke nights on Sunday and Wednesday (I think). Just a great place to go and socialize.

I try out ever Tiki joint in every city I visit. Tiki No has great decor and decent drinks at fair prices. Not the greatest drinks Ive had at an LA tiki bar and the music selections wer pretty odd, like... a distractingly random mix 😅 over all though a solid experience worth the visit.

In a city with great Tiki Bars, Tiki No is a solid visit...a newer bar, it goes out of its way to create a vintage vibe: cabana booths, fish lights, period music and low lights create the atmosphere. Authentic Tiki drinks on the menu in abundance: Zombie, Painkiller, Mai Tai, etc...and they have newer creations as well, like a Lychee Luau.I would definitely call this a younger persons bar - its got a different feeling from other Tiki bars like Tiki Ti or Tonga Hut....but it is a nice place.

Tiki No has some damn strong drinks. They will not be accused of skimping on the booze. Even the pina colatas had a strong kick. Went there on a Thursday late afternoon around 530 so I cant really attest to the ambience. It was early. But if you want some tropical drinks and arent looking for food, then this is ypur place.
