Tiffany is a God send and I am forever grateful that I met her and chose her to help us in the purchase of our first family home. Before I met Tiffany, I came across many other agents via open houses or referrals, but they always came across as too pushy or like a used car salesman. I found Tiffany via extensive search on Yelp and what drew me to her were the key words “integrity, diligent, hardworking” which proved and held true in my experience with her.The first time I messaged her on Yelp, it was late at night, but she responded right away to set up a time to chat over the phone the next day. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew right away I could trust her with this important next step of buying our first home. Tiffany is well connected, knowledgeable of the market, and resourceful. She always made time to explain and answer any questions I had throughout the process. She is also very funny, down to earth and really made me feel comfortable speaking with her. She made sure to understand my needs, goals, and must haves for a home, and always kept my budget in mind. She always kept me and my family’s best interest at heart, and not just making a sale. She represents both sides, both as a professional but also as a friend that cares about you.Tiffany helped me get an offer accepted right away despite multiple offers on a charming “mini fixer upper”. We started escrow and after inspections, found that it was a bigger project than I would be able to manage. Rather than just pushing a sale, she made sure to acknowledge me and my family’s needs. Although I felt conflicted to walk away from this home, Tiffany reassured us that we would find another that we know would “be the one”.A few weeks later, we found another home with all our must haves from our list. Tiffany guided us to move fast and put together an offer. Yet again, Tiffany helped us get our offer accepted despite multiple offers, and not simply by just making a bigger offer. She helped us draft a personable letter to present to the seller. She also connected me to her preferred lender, who helped me get approved for loan, and just made the duration of the process smoother. Tiffany never pressured us or was pushy. She however, made sure we were on track on navigating what seemed like an endless amount of paperwork in buying a home! She has good communication and coordination with all persons involved. And because if this, we were able to close escrow within 21 days! How awesome is that!And now we have the keys to our new home... we are beyond grateful and thankful to have had Tiffany on our team. She is not only our realtor but a friend! Very highly recommend for anyone looking for a home in the South Bay Area!

Tiffany is the best of the best of the best. My wife wanted an infinite amount of data regarding the purchase of our new home in terms of area, options, and pros and cons. I wanted a savvy and skilled strategist that would land us a house at the very best price and reduce costs at every turn. Tiffany would prove to be the answer for both of us. Excellence. Pure and simple.First impressions… Tiffany is a genuine and caring professional with exceptional market knowledge. She listened to us and what we wanted and truly cared about what we had to say. She is kind, but also a real go getter!My mom is 83 years old and she lost her husband 3 years ago. She was getting tired of living alone and wanted to try a new adventure. It was time to sell the house to be closer to family. There was a lot involved getting the house ready and even more moving parts to make it all happen. Saying there was a lot to do is an understatement! If it wasnt for the dedication and support of Tiffany, it would have never happened! Mom would have given up and stayed. Tiffany patiently walked us through every step and, believe me, there were a lot of moving parts! She was amazing at strategy and problem solving. Very happy to work with Tiffany! We interviewed several RE agents, and we all agreed that she was the best fit for us. She sold my in-laws home, so we had a couple of layers that she had to communicate with, and she did an excellent job. We were always on the same page with next steps. Her communication was great; very responsive and honest. Integrity is big in this business, and she showed the utmost integrity, having my in-laws best interest in mind and always doing what she said she would do! Her market strategy was on point, and we accepted an offer 8 days after listing, and sold it for $25k over ask! Very good in this market. I highly recommend Tiffany and her team, they are all great people and work hard for you.

Tiffany McGuinness represented me during the sale of an inherited property. Throughout the process, Tiffany remained prompt and responsive and I felt reassured that she was on top of everything. Right from the start, Tiffany seemed invested in finding the right buyers along with getting me the best possible selling price. From the professional photos, listing write-up, and her overall attentiveness to the property, Tiffany was able to attract thirty potential buyers for viewings within the first weekend of the property listing. We received multiple offers and the property was sold within a week of the listing for well over asking price. Once escrow opened, Tiffany remained extremely engaged and helped to push the process along by keeping other parties accountable and on track. She is easy to talk to, genuinely interested in hearing our thoughts and kept us focused in our search. Knowing Tiffany was on our side, we felt confident as we searched for our new home. Tiffany is the best Real Estate agent in South Bay, full stop.My fiance and I started our home buying experience lost and confused (like many in the first-time home buyer category). Tiffany completely turned that around for us. To start off this relationship, she got on call with us for the first time at 9:30p on a Sunday night and spent over an hour walking us through the entire home buying process. She provided a framework for us to begin strategically looking for the perfect home, saving us loads of time weeding out properties that would most likely be a maintenance headache in the future. After we finally met in person, we asked about any Exclusivity Agreement she may have, to which she responded I dont make people sign those. If you like me, you like me.. If not, no big deal. Sold us on the spot.From our first call to our offer acceptance, we spent less than 30 days, completely due to Tiffany committing what seemed like every waking hour helping us find and tour properties. My wife and I bought our very first own house with Tiffany in December 2021. We could not have chosen a better real estate agent to help accomplish this milestone. Simply put, she is amazing...it was my first home purchase and she walked me through everything, was available and responsive almost any time, day or night. I worked with Tiffany to purchase my first home. It was a pleasant experience as she was proactive with everything, and there was no pressure during the process. She has a dedicated team she works with (lenders, home inspector). She was quick to respond to concerns I had during the process, and was transparent as well. When there were some items that came up in the home inspection, she coordinated having a plumber and electrician to come to the home within a couple days to provide quotes of what the repair work would cost, and provided some negotiation with the offer price.I would highly recommend Tiffany as your home buying agent!

I highly recommend Tiffany to be your real estate agent!She helped us narrow our search and identify the must-haves (location, short commute, school district, square feet, layout, etc.) in our first home. She is very knowledgeable about the nuances of the South Bay, as well as the Westside/Beverly Hills market.The key characteristics that make her successful are: 1) VERY detail-oriented 2) ALWAYS accessible and responds promptly through phone, text, and/or email 3) we felt comfortable working with her 4) she will always fight for you.Identifying a home and closing escrow can be a difficult and stressful process because it affected by market conditions, multiple offers, inventory, loan approval, and other factors that may be beyond your control. When looking at potential properties that we did not 100% like, Tiffany would say, If it doesnt feel right, it is not the one. She was never pushy and we never felt pressured to submit an offer.Not only is Tiffany very experienced, she is also a skilled negotiator with her creativity and people skills. She had to go back and forth with the sellers agent, but in the end, our offer was accepted well below the asking price. Tiffany was able to get us additional credit from the seller during escrow.Because of Tiffanys recommendation to her preferred lender, we received a relationship-based interest rate with almost 0 closing costs. Tiffany came highly recommended by our Estate Attorney when the time came to sell my mothers home. I was not fond of the idea of using a realtor that I did not have a previous relationship with, but I value the opinion of our Attorney and she had his total trust and faith. I went ahead and took the meeting with Tiffany at the property where we had a lengthy discussion and I discovered we were both on the same page when it came to the master plan of getting the best price for the property. I followed her advice and did some work on the house in all the important areas to improve the appeal and function of the home. Her guidance and direction ultimately landed us almost $100k more than the initial appraisal. Tiffanys advice on The important improvements and timing to getting the home on the market were spot on and landed us an excellent buyer. Tiffanys extensive expertise and service did not end at getting the home into escrow. Tiffany formed a plan of action with excellent communications through the entire escrow process handling EVERYTHING but our signatures! Tiffany is a realtor who will truly worked hard and earned her commission. I researched various social media sites looking to find a good realtor to represent my elderly mother in the sale of our family home of 50 years.We met and interviewed Tiffany to see if she was the right realtor for us. She came prepared with information about our market area, she knew the market, the sales, the listings. She also presented a strategy for the sale. We liked what we heard, she was confident and her approach made sense.Tiffany coached us for a few weeks on staging the home, removing extra clutter and ensuring the home would show as well as possible. The photographer she used was excellent, the pictures really represented well.Where Tiffany really earned her paycheck was in the interactions with the buyers realtor. The buyers realtor was licensed but didn’t work in real estate and was inexperienced. Issues and false expectations by the buyers realtor made the interaction challenging but Tiffany managed and controlled the entire process.She was great to work with and I truly appreciated her dedication, and the fact that this wasn’t her first rodeo really helped.She also gave my Mom a beautiful memory book, which was well received since the home held 50 years of memories.

I often sit in my house and wonder if any of this would have been possible without Tiffany as my buying agent, and honestly, the answer is a resounding no. Tiffany did an excellent job selling my condo in the Torrance area. I was a long term owner (decades) and had lots of stuff to get rid of and cosmetic work to do for a sale. Tiffany helped me with both, making my life so much easier with that part of the sale.She did an excellent job on the sale its self; we got a ton of offers in the first week of the listing. I got a good 10% + over the asking price, which was more then I was expecting when I did my own research. We closed in about a month with no headaches, at least for me. This is my first review ever, and the only reason I felt compelled to do so is because of whom it is about. Tiffany Mcguinness is by far the most amazing person I have ever met. She really cares about the people she serves, this shows through in all aspects. She is EXCELLENT with her people skills and goes above and beyond. My brother and I were househunting for a multi-family home unit aka duplex with an FHA loan. Were first time homebuyers, and if you dont already know, the more cash you have in this market, the better. However, with FHA loans, you only have to put 3.5%+ down, which isnt always as appealing to sellers, especially in this extremely competitive market. We also had trouble finding the right realtor and broker as we kept getting ghosted by them.Thankfully, my sister and her husband bought a house from Tiffany, and they loved their experience with her, so we decided to work with Tiffany, Gia, and Arpine as well as the brokerage firm that Tiffany frequently works with - literally, everyone she recommends using are pretty incredible and efficient.I stress out A LOT in general, but especially in this house-buying process, but Tiffany would always reassure us that we would find the home we love. This is a long overdue review for our amazing realtor, Tiffany! When my husband and I started our house-hunting process, we interviewed several realtors and could tell almost immediately that Tiffany would be the best fit for us. Tiffany Mcguinness was one of 4 Real Estate Agents that we interviewed for the sale of an investment property that was in probate. Since we had not sold real estate in 20 years, we were operating from a perspective that was dated. In addition, we had no experience on how to sell real estate that was in probate. The added complexity we had was 50% of the property sat in probate and the other 50% was owned by us. Tiffany was great in advising us on the offers as they came in, especially if there was something that was not in our best interests. Tiffany vetted the offers before they got to us. Tiffany was great with my husband and my recent sale! She went above and beyond while we were living out of the area. Since we werent there, she facilitated everything from cleaning and photos to inspection. All our questions were answered promptly and our place sold very quickly. Tiffany was fantastic in helping us to quickly find a home here in the South Bay. My husband was working here in LA and my son and I were still in Texas. She made house hunting long distance not only possible but easy. She is always easy to reach and very knowledgeable in her field. Whenever we had a question she was ready with an answer or ready to find the answer. She was even available to help answer a couple lingering questions after we closed on our new home. Some realtors disappear after the deal is done, but not her. Choose her for your Realtor. You wont be disappointed.

Why Tiffany McGuinness is The Best, I had Lost my Mum and Hired a lawyer and had to sell my Mums Condo who Would send out 3 Realtors to sell my Mums Condo First one sent was Tiffany McGuinness and our Chat went for Over 2 Hours after That me and my Wife had already made our Mind up did see The Other 2 and Chose Tiffany McGuinness even Added her Number on my Phone Before we saw all 3 of Them Because She Seemed so outgoing, Positive and Friendly. Once Listed Home had Offer Within 12 Hours if not Sooner and in Less Then a Week we Accepted an Offer, She Did The Impossible as That was Fast and Kept us in Home Long Enough so Lawyer Settled Estate and The Next Day we Got Our Money. Buyer wanted to Pay Cash then Changed there Mind to a Loan and She Negotiated our 3 Week Rent Back to only Cover HOA $308, Very Nice Indeed she Feels Like Family to me as she will be a Friend For Life. I have to give Tiffany an incredible review for a two key reasons. (Only talking about two because my review would be too long otherwise) The first and most important reason she deserves an incredible review is because she is an incredible person, and made this process as simple and clear as possible. Honestly, my first impression was that she was a little pushy because in the first 30 minutes she said she already found the perfect property for me. I thought, OK she’s just trying to make a quick deal…. NOPE!! I was wrong and she was right, she had the perfect property for me. After speaking with her for 2-3 days, I was confident that she was the right agent for me. She truly only had my interests as the main priority. I think it was only 7 days after that initial phone call that I made the decision to buy the property she first told me about! For me to make a decision like that in 7 days speaks volume to not only her skills as an agent, but also her ability to connect on a more personal level. Not only did I find a real estate agent in SoCal for life, I also gained a friend that I still keep in touch with after closing. The only way to understand what I’m talking about is to pick up the phone and give her a call. Believe a random internet stranger; you won’t regret it! The second reason I have to give her an incredible review is because it’s the main reason I contacted her to begin with. I searched on Yelp, read all the 5 star reviews and thought it was too good to be true. I searched a few more sites and only saw 5 star reviews. I rarely do anything without finding some sort of review somewhere, either through internet strangers or word of mouth. She will get both from me (5 star review AND me giving her name to any friend that is interested in purchasing). Only two reasons and the review is this long, so I will wrap it up. I want to publically thank Tiffany for making my first home buying experience as pleasant and easy as possible. I am so glad I found positive reviews everywhere I looked and that I picked up the phone to call her. I can’t say it enough, Tiffany is an incredible person and a fantastic real estate agent!!!
