Tiffany assisted with the sale of my home in Sonoma, CA. As I live in Reno, NV I needed an agent that could be at the home when needed. Tiffany communicated eveything that was happening, connected me with a contractor, and even watered our plants! I highly recommend Tiffany for the sale or purchase of your property!

Tiffany was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and she shepherded us through the entire process. She was extremely professional, punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. I dont think we would have been able to buy the home we did without her help. The home had multiple offers and even after she helped us get our offer accepted (at a price we felt comfortable with), we had only a few days to complete an inspection contingency. Tiffany was able to get all the inspections we wanted done in two days! I found the process of buying a home less intimidating and more fun with her help.

Tiffany has helped us with both home purchases and sales over the years. In addition to knowing and understanding the local market, she is also very proactive in keeping everything buttoned up and moving forward.Her knowledge and assistance has been very helpful to us. In particular, our last purchase had two construction issues that arose after closing. Tiffany spearheaded the communication to the sellers and was able to get them to cover the repair costs in full.In short, weve been very happy and will continue to use her services.

I cant say enough about Tiffany Knef. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. She knows every street, every house and many of the local folks, merchants and realtors. We had the good fortune to have Tiffany Knef as our realtor.From the very first impression you can tell Tiffany knows the market and especially knows how to prepare your home for sale.We entered the housing market just as it was beginning to downturn. Tiffany met with us and we walked the entire house and property. She made suggestions on how to make our home more attractive for very little expense. We had a “must do” list and a “perfect world” list. We trusted her and followed her suggestions. As our home transformed we could immediately see that she was right. As usual, we asked ourselves why we hadn’t changed these things before, as our home was more attractive to us! Several realtors commented that our home showed very well. Our home sold while comparables were still on the market even though listed prior to ours.Through the whole pricing/listing/showing process Tiffany was over and above with her communication. She kept us well informed of all the market moves, comparables and feedback from showings, good and bad. We think communication is her best attribute as she pointed out things even before we noticed. She always had time for us and often returned our texts/calls within minutes.During the bidding/contract phase we relied on her expertise, which saved us literally thousands of dollars. Beyond expectations. Takes professionalism to another level. Diligent and relentless in serving her clients. Tiffany Knef patiently and purposefully waiting with us through renovating and selling a floating home and buying another property through a 1031 Exchange. It took two years because of houseboat repairs, but all the while, Tiffany kept her eyes open for marketing trends and potential properties. Once sold, Tiffany quickly identified properties in fabulous neighborhoods with top notch schools, ambience, resale value, and within our budget. She closed the deal in record time. Quickly, she found tradesmen and tradeswomen for upgrades to the new property. Purchased furniture and decorated our new home to show to prospective tenants. Created the lease (while on vacation, mind you). Put it all together, tied it with a bow, and handed over the keys. So now when I see at FSBO yard sign, I wonder seriously? and want to knock on the door to give the owners Tiffanys business card. She will sell and buy my next properties. You should call her.

Tiffany was a great negotiator and knows the real estate business inside and out. She is detail oriented and stayed with me all along the process of buying, selling and buying again! She was also a super consultant even before I was ready to press go!
