I enjoy coming to this office. Its easy to get an appointment, and the staff are super friendly and professional. Jeff Lam PAC is awesome! Hes super personable and thorough. He takes his time to explain things and he also listens very well. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to recieve quality care.

Dr. Gorman is amazing and I love her care and expertise. She has amazing bedside manners and a fun personality that puts me at ease. The only thing I would say is that her front desk staff can be a bit cross sometimes over the phone. If that doesn’t bother you then this place is amazing.

Dr Gorman is great when you can get in to see her. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years for general health. Recently, I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. I didn’t hear back, so after a couple of weeks, I tried calling the office again thinking it was a fluke I didn’t hear back. When I asked to schedule an appointment with her, I was told she had no availability until December (7 months from now) or I had the option of seeing another doctor at the office—it was made clear I wasn’t going to get into see Dr. Gorman anytime soon so I may need to look for a new doctor. I don’t normally write reviews but figured I’d share my experience.

Hello I am a new patient and had my first appointment last week. The staff and doctor were very friendly and cordial. They were well informed and shared with me the different programs that are available for your health and things we could explore for fitness as well as all around general family health advice. I recently switched over from Kaiser to PPO and I am glad I did. I would recommend this practice, thanks.

This is my 2nd visit and both times were with Dr. Jeffrey Lam. He is super nice, patient and listening to patience’s needs. He is also very quick to respond to messages on MyChart. Fastest ever. We were super happy with Jeff and highly recommend him! 👍

Excellent office staff. Kate Ford, PA, is wonderful! She is down to earth, so knowledgeable and caring. Going to the doctor can be stressful but she treats you with respect and kindness.

Dr. Gorman and the entire staff are great - so warm and down-to-earth and welcoming. They make a potentially unpleasant event (who likes to go to the doctor??) into a nice experience.

Dr. Gorman is a fabulous physician. My male doctor had retired and I was looking for a new GP. My wife had been seeing Dr. Gorman for years so I joined her concierge program. I found that despite our age difference and me being a male patient we had much in common. I actually look forward to our annual visits. We discuss my medical issues but also have a wonderful chat about our common interests too. I wish I could have my annual physical quarterly!

Met wit the Physician’s assistant Jeff Lam and he was thorough with really great advice and helpfulness. He prescribed meds and shared some OTC products for maintaining good health!! Really great addition to the team there!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gorman’s for over a decade. She’s the best! The last few years it’s hard to get an appt with her because she’s so booked up, unless scheduled many months in advance, so I really only see her for physicals. I’ve seen many of her PA’s for various ailments, injuries and they are also great. The last few times I’ve seen Jeffrey Lam (PA) and he explains things clearly and listens well. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
