The frappuchinos are really good, especially the Mexican chocolate frap and their tres leches muffin. Although the service is good, their drive through line is extremely long and takes very long. If they found a way to make that process faster it would make this place even better.

I love the coffee, but service is horrible they have straight faces and don’t say good morning.You get there and they act like you bothering them, not to mention they take their time making drinks.Management should really train their staff to be more efficient and friendly.

The coffee and pastries are good but it takes WAY too long. I got the iced horchata latte and choco tres leches muffin. But It takes about 50 minutes from the time you get in line to the time you drive off with your drink. I know this because I had a timer set since I had clothes drying at the laundrymat, and it literally took 52 minutes. They were so unorganized and were forgetting my items. They def need to improve on their wait time.

Tierra mía is honestly a good place to chill with friends and enjoy some good frappes and coffee, but I’m going to be honest I do think for the same price it’s better just to go to Starbucks. The place can feel overwhelming sometimes because it can be so extremely packed as well. But overall it was good and I’ll go there again on a week day this time. Staff were friendly and place was nice and clean.

Drinks are amazing here but honestly the past 3 times I came in around 650am, they have taken so long and keep in mind there was like 4 cars ahead of me. It took 30 minutes overall to get 2 drinks. This is insane. Some cars behind me started to get out of line on how long it was taking.

Coffee just flows through my veins and Tierra Mia just calls my name. I wish they would bring one to the South Bay area. If you are a coffee aficionado like I think I am then you have to try a Cubanito. Its a smooth silky espresso that feels like velvet on your taste buds, BUT dont let the soft appeal fool you.. this drink carries a punch. Overall the pastries, and drinks are authentic, pay homage to Central American roots, and most importantly taste great.So dont be surprised by the miles-long drive-thru line... its just that good.They have multiple locations in the greater L.A. metropolis. Break out of your [☆ $$ ] comfort zone and explore the world!

I’ve had the decaf Mexican Mocha multiple times, and I really like the taste of their coffee. A LOT. I don’t wanna go anywhere else, at this point.I’ve also had the tres leches muffin multiple times, and tastes like a good quality dessert, not like some of the cheap versions I’ve tasted elsewhere. I won’t go anywhere else for those, either! I was really surprised by the quality the first time I ate one there; I’ve been looking for a good tres leche cake for YEARS (I’m very picky)!The service was quick and efficient, and I sat at one of the tables inside with a friend on my first visit. All good!

I’m done with Tierra Mia coffee, I ordered a large frappe and the incompetent employees make a medium and then decide it’s ok to pass it into a large cup and fill up the rest with whip cream. It’s not the first time but I promise you it will be the last. Pico Rivera location has done this as well.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and quite friendly, as well. What a wonderful treat it was to experience this! Either if I’m on the rush or wanna sit down I always get the same vibe as I sip out of my coffee. I enjoy the taste of my warm cup which I get a horchata latte with a extra espresso just want that coffee more than sugar rush. I also enjoy it with a warm tres leche white muffin. I’ve tasted the chocolate one but that not for me it’s good but not in tres leche. I also enjoy their croissants.

The place is good but on 1/20, one of their employees just slightly hit my car with a trash can while I was waiting to order and she was taking out the trash. She didnt even apologize and she was actually laughing along with the other girl who was with her. I don’t mind if accidents happen and I’m not going to make a big deal about it, but someone else could. And this is very unprofessional from their part. I actually have a partial video from my dashcam where they’re walking in front of my car after the incident.

Slow service, long wait times. They need to train their staff to prepare drinks with urgency and reduce the drive thru wait times or hire more staff. Its ridiculous the length of time having to wait for a drink. Will never return. My first and last here. Staff is just chatting around in the kitchen area. Was really looking forward to enjoying my horchata frapp and my tres leches muffin. The frapp was delicious but a few bites into my muffin I found a black short hair in it and had to throw it away! There goes $3 to the trash for a muffin that tastes like the 60 cent muffins that are sold in Mexican markets. I waited about 20 in the drive through line just to get disgusted!

This is my second time coming here, the staff is nice, fast, and knowledgeable. Since this isnt my go to I told the girl it was my time since they sent out a representative to take order since there was a long line in the drive through. She went through all the top sold flavors, her recommendations and what each drink was like. I settled for the dulce de Leche latte over ice which turned out be a great choice, I have a gift card so will be visiting more often and trying out their offerings.

Love it here but only rating 3 stars for this very reason - I always avoid the drive thru even if there is ONLY three vehicles because for some reason the wait can turn into a 15min+ wait and if you are in a rush don’t go. I recommend going inside. Wish they had a mobile order option. Regardless, they have great drinks especially if you are looking for a nice treat.

Although the Pico Rivera location was my first and favorite, I just find this coffee on another level. I thought Coffee Bean was the best....not a chance. They have so many different varieties of drinks, and its really hard to walk away with just one. The drive-throughs at any of the locations are always full, so come earlier than youd expect to leave. The food is always delicious here. I know that they get some of their pastries from portos, there is no hiding that; but who cares, sometimes you want to just eat one cheese roll instead of a dozen. Their 3 leches cupcake is the best. I ask for the cupcake to be warmed up and it is so moist! My favorite drink is the coco loco, I highly recommend this drink warm, iced, blended, however you prefer it. The inside of the location is bleh, it doesnt have those Starbucks vibes of wanting to sit inside and relax and sio on some drinks. I would say work on the inside and make it a place for your patrons to want and spend some time inside, they might even spend some extra mula on some other stuff.

A unique coffee spot. The Mexicano Frappe or mocha is delicious. Best to go earlier in the day becuase its super packed in the driveway and all the way down the street and around the block. They need to offer online ordering and a loyalty program. Parking lot is big but with this pandemic it’s not being utilized. They need to widen the main entrance, too many people are banging up their rims when the drive thru line gets long because drivers hug the curb.Their customer service is fine. Went for a late beverage, I tried their strawberry lemonade & mango smoothie. They were both very tasty, out of the times Ive been to Tierra Mia I have never been disappointed. I recommend coming for a early morning coffee or maybe even lunch. Its a great place to just have a beverage and hang out.

The drinks here are delicious and definitely not average. My favorite is the horchata frappe. Close second is the Mexican chocolate frappe. Ive never had these flavors anywhere else. I would definitely recommend. Expect a long line in the drive thru though because this place can get busy but the friendly staff moves the line along pretty quickly. They also have nice seating inside. Must try.

This place has the most tasty mocha. Its a Mexican mocha and takes incredible! They beat Starbucks & Cofee bean. The issue is they are too far from where I live so I rarely get to have it. The coffee beans are not bitter. The cheese pastry is so delicious I would have several if it didnt go to my waist! They are always busy and for good reason but they are quick! There is a nice outside area to sit at and on a nice day its very enjoyable! Try this place you wont regret it. Yum!!

UPDATE: Ive been avoiding Starbucks and coffee bean since this teirra Mia in Lynwood opened. Ive always loved just about all their drinks, from their old Stand bys to their new and seasonal offerings. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, this particular tierra Mia just isnt what it used to be. About a year ago, I started noticing a lack of flavor in their drinks, specifically the blended and iced drinks. My go to has always been their blended drinks, usually the mocha mexicano, horchata and mazapán. When I started suspecting that there was too much ice in my blended drink, I dismissed it as my imagination or that I was just getting too used to the flavors because I have them 4 or 5 times a week. Ive been to several other tierra mias but not recently so the other day when I stopped by the Tierra mia in Anaheim, it became clear that yes, the Drinks at the Lynnwood location are very lacking in flavor AND quality with big chunks of ice in what should be a smooth flavorful blended coffee. My Horchata frappe from Anaheim tierra mia was smooth, creamy and so tasty. I had forgotten what it was supposed to taste like. Since then Ive had the Mazapan frappe, the chocolate mexicano, rice and beans, the horchata Macha latte in both iced and blended from BOTH locations and at the one in La Puente and theres no comparison. The Lynnwood location is just not as good anymore. I hope this changes soon. Get better staff or whateverStaff is friendly, place is clean and menu has both traditional coffee products as well as latino inspired favorite flavors both coffee based and non coffee based. Horchata frap/latte, chocolate mexicano frap/latte like traditional chocolate caliente with or without coffee, rice and beans frap/latte (horchata flavor with ground coffee beans in it), fresas con crema smoothie and new masapan flavored coffee based drinks are offered as well as mocha, caramel etc. Their baked goods are always fresh and can be served warmed for that extra fresh taste. I recommend the tres leches muffin or piña colada Danish. 9 times out of 10 Id rather travel a bit further to a tierra Mia instead of going to my nearest Starbucks or Coffee Bean but I dont need to because I have a Tierra Mia right around the corner. One tiny issue is because its so good, almost all their locations are super busy just about all day long, every day. We need more locations Tierra Mia!!!

Drive through was taking longer than usual. An employee came out and was taking orders car to car to get ahead in orders, I was impressed on how fast she was. Just to find out she was fast but in a bad way. My order was very easy. A large horchata frapp, and a small horchata frapp. The girl who took our order hurried as if she was rushing. That’s where she got the order wrong. Getting to the window we paid. When they give us the large, I notice it had dark stripes of drizzle. And the color of the frapp is dark. Then we get the small horchata frapp. We told the lady at the window that we ordered a large horchata frapp, not whatever she gave us. She seemed so unbothered, just wanting us to leave. She says “you put this” as in we chose to get the chocolate frapp she gave us. I said no, we ordered the horchata frapp. She proceeds to say again “no you put”, in a very stubborn way. I was bothered on another level. Customer service would take the incorrect item back, and make the new one according to customer. And I know because I work with food. I was just like whatever, I’ll take it.Don’t remember names. But the one taking orders outside had ginger curly hair I believe, if not a very light brown acorn color. The one at the window had glasses.I was really craving that horchata frapp.

This location has a drive thru which is convenient but that gets super packed too. The line is usually out to the street. But nonetheless, its worth the wait.

Expect a line. This place is crowded on a regular basis. Drinks are very tasty. Accepts cash or card and it uses Postmates 😁 The parking lot is small so drive-thru is a better option. If you have a large car, this will be a pain.

I loveeee Tierra Mia. Fore warning it is ALWAYS packed! It is definitely the worth the wait though.Honestly the best time is before work aka right when they open at 6am.It has a different taste but its so good, way better than Starbucks. The staff is always nice. The only thing though is they do take a little long with the drinks sometimes but I wont take off a star because I know they are always super busy and they can only go so fast. The best drink there and my favorite is the Horchata Latte, its so good iced. The rice and beans frappe is super good too and the chocolate Mexicano. Their pastries are DELICIOUS. Ok here is something The lines get so big they have to put some one out side to help move the line quicker the problem happens when who ever is inside the store making all the drinks and they have them on top of a metal table next to the cashier drinks are not even held on a freezer or something to keep them ice cold so by the time you get to the window from the long line to pay your frappe is melted just cold water cream sugar and coffee no ice in it so you do the next big move ask them to re make and guess what the person in front of you did the same thing and thats right the person behind will end up doing the same thing 😓 they need to fix this please Thank you.

Love the coffee here at Tierra Mia. The Cubano con Leche is delicious. The tres leches muffin is out of this world. One of the best muffins Ive ever had. Make sure to ask for it warm. Ive tried almost all of their hot drinks and would recommend all of them except for the mocha mexicano or the coco loco latte as those flavors didnt jive with me. This place has become a part of my regular commute now and in general, I prefer it over Starbucks. Will be coming back here many more times in the future!

Just went through the drivethru and I am extremely disappointed that my almond latte was plain water with coffee flavor. What the heck!!! I attempted to call and speak to manager but phone keeps ringing. Extremely disappointed. Not going to get back on the freeway and drive back. Got the Rice and Beans (Sorta like a chocolate espresso bean frappe with horchata) and the churro muffin warmed up. Definitely a lot of sugar but still had a pretty good caffeine kick. The drive thru was a bit slow but moved at a consistent pace. They dont accept touch pay (Samsung, apple, tap debt cards) last I checked about 3 weeks ago.

Worst customer service ever!! I got 2 muffins and 2 drinks . When muffins were given to me i asked why were they not on plates they told me i had to pay extra to have them plated. Then my drinks were served in paper cups i asked for them in mugs they ended up telling me that i had to pay for them to put it in a mug Nd for the heart design they do . I have came to 3 locations now HP, SG and Lynwood. They never have Almond milk, oat milk ever going on now for 5 weeks on and off. The supervisor said they sold out. I drive them to next location near by I hear the other supervisor saying headquarters don’t know how to order supplies. Then I hear in lynwood say it’s our supplier. Well talk to the owners and tell them to switch suppliers or hire someone that orders the right amount of things. I drive to far to come here n always the same story. I have also called ahead to see if they have it in stock to every single location and NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!. Poor customer service. Long beach one is friendly and they never have this issue.
