I was referred to Tier One through my cousin whos a loan officer. Sam reviewed my file and said I was a good fit for credit repair. He kept me updated and removed a collection. Then he told me Shiva the lawyer thought I might have a case. They connected me with another law firm which disputed the remaining accounts. those guys are suing the credit agencies for me, so I can get my credit fixed and maybe get some $$ too. Sam and Shiva have been super helpful, and Im really glad I met them. these guys are really professionals and the best out there.

As a loan officer, I have referred several clients to Shiva and the Tier One team. They are always very honest about what they can and can’t do to help my borrowers. Sometimes they give simple advice that costs nothing and other times they are able to set my borrowers up on a longer term journey that ends in home ownership. I always appreciate that they treat every one of my clients with honesty up front. There are a lot of services that claim to help with credit and are quick to take money before they know if they can even help. Tiered One Credit really did it! I was told from other credit repair attorney that it is extremely difficult for my collection on the report to be removed until I meet Tiered one credit. Rudy he is very patient explaining the whole credit repair process and the possibilities. Style Shiva is doing an excellent work representing me dealing with other attorneys and the credit bureaus. My bad records got removed within two months! Compared to other credit repair companies out there Tiered one credit charges a reasonable fee for the service they totally deserve. I have reached out several other companies that require thousands money and they don’t know what they are doing. Some may take your credit into risk. So really be careful who you hire. Although the credit repair does take some time depends on your situation, Rudy he understands my situation and helped to speed up the outcome at the best efforts. Meantime Rudy and Shiva follow up with me frequently and always quick reply for my concerns and worries. I like them not only because my credit collection got removed. Most importantly Rudy and Shiva are the nice and ethnic people in the field and that makes the most matters after all.

Cant speak to the actual service as I cant seem to get to that point with them. Seem like nice people but someone named Sam has been promising me initial paperwork going on 3-4 weeks now on multiple occasions and then disappears again not to be heard from. Seems ability to follow through and follow up is non existent which actually makes me more concerned about giving them money to perform the service and then having the same problem. Makes me also wonder about these other reviews as I cant believe that this would be an isolated case.

WOW! Where do I start. I really want to thank Shiva at Tier One Credit for helping me out and fixing my credit. When I spoke to him I was not in the strongest credit scores and could never get to the 700 score even with the experience I have had with credit. As a real estate investor your FICO score determines what rate or loan you can get and I always had to pay higher rates. Within months Shiva looked over my credit report and was able to fix the many errors I had which I never knew can effect my credit score and I had no idea how to get them removed too. Shiva worked on my case for many months and with his hard work and knowledge and teaching on how I should maintain my credit score I am finally in the 800s. Shivas communication throughout the whole process was amazing! I never had to call or email him to find out whats happening he kept me aware every step of the process and was easy to work with. I am very happy I was able to find Shiva and now I refer any clients or friends/family to him for any credit issues. For years, I had struggled to dispute inaccuracies strewn across my Experian and Equifax reports. I did everything “the way you’re supposed to” and mailed off certified dispute letters to the credit bureaus and lenders, attaching full documentation and citing direct violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.No matter how many times I disputed these illegal errors, neither the lenders nor the credit reporting bureaus would budge.Finally, after falling into a rabbit hole deep within the credit nerd Internet, I found Shiva Bhaskar on Reddit helping individuals with their credit repair concerns.Shiva answered their questions with kindness, empathy, and respect, and I could tell that he was highly knowledgable regarding niche subjects such as Equifax’s atrociously bad data.When we spoke directly, I could immediately tell that Shiva was the real deal and not some Lexington Law type scammy nonsense or a fly-by-night money-grubber who’d make promises he couldn’t keep.Instead, he took the time and energy to truly listen to my story of how badly the bureaus had screwed up multiple accounts across my credit reports.I appreciate that he never rushed me through the absurdly esoteric details, or made me feel like “Yeah, yeah, geek lady, I get it, now give me your money.”Above all, I was honest with Shiva about past credit mistakes due to financial turmoil faced several years ago, and there wasn’t an ounce of judgment in his voice. I had no clue that they would be able to help me file a lawsuit and potentially recover a settlement while getting the errors corrected, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Very pleasant indeed! :)Honestly, I cannot recommend Shiva Bhaskar and Tier One Credit enough. They’re a phenomenal firm, and they’re worth it.

I have worked a number of months of Tier One Credit to improve my credit scores which took a big hit during the pandemic. I had a number of late payments on cards and also some settled for les than the full amounts.Shiva Bashkar and his team provided me outstanding advice on how to improve my cc scores and had my accounts with negative information removed from my credit history. It is a legal process that can take many months, but Tier One Credit was great at keeping me posted and answering all my questions.I can recommend them without any hesitation if you would like help with your credit situation.
