Their dedication to excellence shines through in every project, whether they are working with a small business such as my own or a large corporation (he had multiple jobs in process during visit)With years of experience in the industry, it’s obvious that TI Embroidery brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to their craft. What sets them apart is the rich legacy behind the company—the founders mother was a talented seamstress and tailor. He took the time to explain this to me during our first meeting. This deep-rooted passion for this craft is evident in the meticulous attention to detail and the quality of their work.From the initial consultation to the final product, the team here goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Their personalized approach, combined with their expertise, makes the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I work for a small company where we each wear many hats. I was recently asked to order branded fleece for our employees. I have no experience in this area so the easy route would have been to order from a vendor that specializes in branded swag. However, the fleece for this project was to be from a specific company not offered through these vendors. This meant I needed to build the employee gift from the ground up. To say this was a “growth opportunity” for me is an understatement. Where to start?I did a search for “embroidery bay area” and came up with a few options, including TI Embroidery. I emailed all. The only response I received was from Jimbo. And thank goodness for that! Jimbo was responsive, knowledgeable, instructive and kind.The fleece we used is quite colorful and there are lots of multi-color combinations from which to choose. This made it difficult to land on one color for the embroidery without limiting the color combinations for the fleece. Jimbo’s willingness/encouragement to make this a total custom order allowed employees to choose exactly what color combo they wanted for their fleece. Once in his shop, Jimbo and I worked side by side to choose just the right color thread for each garment embroidery and the results are stunning!I can’t believe my luck in finding such a great partner for what once felt like a daunting project. I would totally recommend Jimbo and hope to do work with him again in the future.

I was looking to get my son’s (15 yr old competitive golfer) name embroidered on his golf bag and came across TI Embroidery via Google search. I had already called a few other places in the area and though they could do the job, they all had lead times of well over one month. I called TI Embroidery and when I explained what I was looking for, Jim informed me that there was a 12 piece minimum order quantity but then to my surprise, he gave me the names of a few nearby places he thought might be able to do the job. I knew right then I was dealing with someone who was really committed to customer service and wanted to help and after some additional conversation, Jim agreed to do me a one-time favor and embroider the name on a one-off basis. Additionally, we needed the bag the next day as we were travelling to play in a golf tournament so they completed the job the same day.TI Embroidery is a first-class organization with the customer’s needs in mind. The bag looks great – thanks!

Jimbo is so amazing! Starting with his quick response to my inquiry email. He showed me how the embroidery machine worked when I arrived to drop off the items at his shop. That was cool. Hes really professional and welcoming. All of the garments that he embroidered for my company came out PERFECT! I appreciate him and will definitely go back to him every time!

We had the BEST experience with TI Embroidery! We had a custom logo, it was very complicated and hand drawn. Jimbo was very accommodating and went back and forth with us to make sure the logo was the correct size and would come out looking perfect. He even sent us a proof once the logo was printed and ready to go. We will 100% work with TI Embroidery the next time we have a project!

Working with Jimbo was great, he is an extremely cool guy with a fascinating story. It was truly inspiring talking to him! He was very personable and took lots of time to talk to us and show us round his workshop, which I appreciated a lot. His work and the products he makes are second to none. I would recommend Tomahawk International Embroidery to anyone looking to get the best quality embroidered garments!

Jimbo is a one of a kind. Very professional and knowledgeable. He’s right in the neighborhood and easy to get to. I had some items that needed a quick turnaround and he killed it! He has a true eye for detail. I look forward to working with him again.

Now you see it. Now you dont.The Tech industry can be volatile. Ive been in the industry for a while and one of the perks to working in tech is the quality swag items. Previously, I would just throw these items out after Ive moved on to a different employer. But this was different. This was Patagonia and a high quality computer bag. I was much more unwilling to part with such well crafted items. So, I had this idea of de-branding the items. I looked on Google for embroidery and TI Embroidery was top of the list. I didnt even hesitate.Jimbo answered the phone with a kind, welcoming, but slightly hurried voice, How can I help you? I told him about my plan to de-brand my swag and he told me to send images of the items. Within minutes he replies, I can do it. When can you bring it by? HAHA. Little did I know my request was small potatoes.I get there there and he swings open the door and welcomes me in. He looks at the items and then looks at me and asked if I wanted to stay because it wouldnt be long. I accepted the invitation.I had the opportunity to watch him work, and it was truly a gift. Jimbo is patient with his work, meticulous, and precise. I was taken aback. I stumbled upon a master Craftsmen. You can see the work yourself. Not a stitch of the original jacket or backpack is out of place! That jacket is like 4 years old and that impression from the embroidery was sure to make a tattoo, so I thought. While I sat and watched him work, I took a look around his shop and found that he was good at everything. Im like, this man can design clothing, sew, embroider, sketch and create just about anything; jeans, jackets, ski suits. Truly talented.I walked away with respect for Jimbo, not just for being a master at his work but for being a good neighbor. He couldnt have been a cooler man.Do yourself a favor and work with him. A master Craftsman.Hope to need you again, Jimbo.

I wanted a custom polo shirt with my San Francisco Hornets Paintball team logo embroidered. I utilized a local small business, TI Embroidery, and I apologize for the baseball colloquialism, but the man hit a grand slam. I am beyond thrilled and impressed with the skill displayed in the garments he produced. Top notch, attention to detail is unrivaled to be certain. He is a perfectionist, and I am glad for it. The shirts pop, and the logos image is pure perfection. I will be using Jimbo for any type of my embroidery requirements going forward.

My second time working with Jimbo, and his new intern Nicole. I came back to TI Embroidery for good reason; the quality of the products produced and the attention to detail. I got the opportunity to spend the day with Jimbo 1 on 1 in the workshop, which I think was great, and wouldn’t have been possible had I used a different company. No corners cut, no guess work, Jimbo made sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything else from TI Embroidery! I simply could not recommend them more!
