Mrs. Thy is awesome!!! She was a wonderful realtor to work with while searching for our new home! As first time home buyer, we werent completely sure of the process and which steps we should do in which order, but Thy helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in all of steps, including explaining paper works information, coordinating our closing dates and all of inspections once we went under contract. I would highly recommend Thy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, specially in the Bay area where there are lots of bids which leads to a very competitive to get thru. We cant put into words how grateful we are to have had Thy as our realtor. We were new home buyers and werent sure what to make of the whole process. She advocated for us the entire way, always gave us her honest opinion, and has so many connections everywhere (from contractors to architects to designers etc.) She treated our money like it was her own money and were so glad we found her. Will be using her for as long as she is in real estate, and would definitely recommend her to fam/friends.

I cant imagine having a better Real Estate agent to represent a client than having Thy Nguyen as the buyer agent. She negotiated the best price for us, and then made sure that all the paperwork was done in a timely manner. She was more than willing to show us homes even before the open house so that we could get our bid into the seller in a Timely manner. After the sale she has connections for any additional work that might be needed, such as remodeling, flooring, plumbing, blinds, etc. She was on top of all the paperwork that needed to be done and made sure it was

Thy was incredibly helpful in selling our home. Timing was critical as we were trying to buy and sell at the same time. She was able to get our house sold quickly and for more than we had expected!Thy came in with an excellent strategy but was always willing to listen to our input. She would explain what she thought we should do and why but never pressured us. We were very confident in her experience so mostly went with her advice. I truly felt like she was on our team and was always available every step of the way. I will definitely work with her again!

Thy is the consummate professional when it comes to realtors. When we were ready to sell our townhouse, she took every positive step possible toward the sale, with only our best interests in mind. Thy was on top of every development during the selling process and no detail was too small for her to bring to our attention. She would call us immediately with any new information and either offer her own recommendations or go to other experts to get their take on the issue. Thy worked very hard for us and was always available. Because of Thy, we were able to receive the best possible price for our house and she made the whole process easy to navigate as well as surprise and pain-free. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Thy was to work with. She is kind, courteous and professional. what is more you can ask for? She works hard for her clients. She was patient and did not let us get pressured by anyone or anything in the process. This has been a long awaited review, because its just so hard to put all the wonderful things that Chi Thy has helped our family with, for the long amount of time weve have known each other, in a short summary. Because of her vast knowledge, and expertise in not only this business, but also because of her network, we have a strong growing relationship. The Chi prefix means sister and that is what she has become to us. Always being there to help us with anything home related. In 2009, she had helped our family stay in our in short sale home for a year and a half for free, and recently she helped us purchase a new home that had been in a trust. But it isnt that simple, due to all the time, effort, paperwork, negotiations etc.. that needs to be done. And Chi Thy really did it all. While she was doing all the work to help our family out as she was always there to comfort us, making sure everything will be ok, because these processes are stressful. We are truly Thankful that our paths have crossed, and will forever be grateful for her help, kindness and dedication.

Thy is a great, no hype, no BS, very knowledgeable agent. She will be straight forward and fight to get you the best possible results. We are very very happy we chose to go with Thy and her team. Their vision and go-to-market strategy is outstanding and we could have not asked for better advice. We followed her advice to the T and were able to sell our house within a few days of listing for a price that far surpassed what we expected. I cannot recommend Thy enough.
