Sal has been my Business Advisor for years now and I cant Thank him enough for all that he has done for us. My business is a multi-channel retailing and fulfillment for Asian ingredients. I have been using Thryv for over a year and enjoyed many useful features, such as new potential customer sign-up, customer inquiries, social media posting, managing estimate, collect payments, etc.. I have been frustrated with many other cookie-cutting type of CRM and social media and web site service tools and agencies until I started with Thryv. Sal Filippone has been amazingly helpful in the past year. He spent weeks of efforts in the beginning just to understanding my business and helped us to set up the tool based on what we exactly need. Sal constantly checked back to us and ensured that all the features have been working properly, answering our questions and exploring new potentials to benefits the business.
