We are a construction company and we had done a total remodeling in Laguna Hills looking for professional photos for media. Three D Media provided an excellent service to us. After first contact they sent us the price for all packages. The reservation was fast and easy and we confirmed it online. Dmitriy came on time with his professional equipment and started to visit the entire home. He has a very good eye to find the best angles of the house. He compared the before photos that we had and took some photos to show before and after remodeling. They sent us the link to the photos next day and the result was amazing. Top-notch service! I found Three D Media on Yelp and needed someone to immediately take pics of my condo. This is such a great company to work with! Everyone, from the appointment representative to the photographer to the editing team, was professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. The photographer, Todd, showed up early and did a fantastic job. He was great to work with. Vlad, who is part of the editing team, was receptive to my input for virtual staging and did a great job editing the photos. The photos were crisp, bright, and had all the right angles to showcase the home I’m selling. I was a little worried after getting a call from Three D Media that my photographer needed to reschedule the day before our photo shoot. Since I wanted the photos taken after our gardener arrives, and he only comes once a week, I did not want to wait that long to get our photos posted online. They worked very fast to get me a replacement last minute and I could not have been happier!! Oscar, my photographer, arrived 10 minutes early and had the most pleasant demeanor. He went right to work restaging and adjusting all the little mistakes I had made getting the house prepared for his arrival. I had a shot list all prepared and it turns out I didnt even need it. He walked me through all of the shots that really make a listing pop, as well as asked about my preferences to keep me involved in the final product. The editors at Three D Media are working right now to make the raw images even better than what Oscar showed me, and I cant believe there is even any room for improvement based on what I have already seen. I will ALWAYS use this company for my listing photos (as long as they keep sending photographers like Oscar ;)

I checked out so many companies for real estate media services in Orange County and some have great photos, some do amazing videos, and some do good 3D matterport virtual tours... but most of them are overpriced and can’t do everything and often times deliver late and/or inconsistent quality. The team at 3D Media on the other hand does everything well, even websites and the prices are amazing compared to the value. Every order is delivered on time and quality is at the top without exception. When there were some minor problems (and they do happen), they took the responsibility and took care of everything almost immediately... one more important thing I forgot to mention, I’m very particular about using someone that is insured and with drone license for my aerial photo shoots. I check every one I ever hired and I was shocked that so many of the top companies do not hire drone pilots with license and even when they tell you they are insured, that is just impossible without the license to operate he drones. Every photographer at three d media that I worked with showed me their license. I think you get the point now why I’m so thrilled to work with them. In fact, I don’t usually have the time to write reviews but Three D Media deserves the all of the praise - 5 star service through and through, you will do yourself a favor if you try them out! Just look at all other reviews, I’m not the only one with the same experience.

After having some bad experiences with other photographers, we are very pleased with the service we have received.Beginning with their responsiveness, not more than a few minutes had passed, after requesting a quote, before I was supplied with a complete list of services and price schedule.After communicating directly with the CEO, I knew we would be moving forward with them. The first project we hired them for consisted of a larger apartment community that, in all honesty, is not very easy to shoot. There was a lot of clutter and with the budget I had, I didnt have enough money to professionally stage the home. Sean recommended virtual staging to me, which I had no idea even existed before! They were able to declutter the space with the original photos they took and virtually stage the home with the right furniture to compliment the floorplan. I recently learned of and hired Three D Media to shoot a listing in Irvine, CA. My first point of contact was Andrey. I was instantly impressed with his quick response time via both text and email. I had to reschedule the photoshoot TWICE due to contractors and landscapers not being finished with their respective projects. Both times, Andrey was responsive and super accomodating!Second point of contact was Dimitry. He was personable, professional and efficient. He captured great shots as well as beautiful video and 3D Matterport. He also included community amenities in the drone footage. Im going to start off by saying that it is very hard to live up to my expectations and standards when it comes to Real Estate. I take the marketing of a property more serious than probably any agent I know. Ive been selling homes for 19+ years, been a Home Stager for 24+, a Real Estate Trainer & Coach for 13+ years, so I have been around in the Real Estate world and my level of getting it right is almost asking for too much, to be honest. In fact, on my most recent listing, I hired 2 photographers and 3 videographers due to how particular I am and wanting everything to be done to perfection. I have to say, and I dont get to say this often...but the photos and video that Dmitri did really are incredible to say the least. The detail all the way down to the different photo options in the tvs are off the hook fantastic! The extent that Dmitri went to for these shots I cant find the words to describe. He and I spent 6.5 hours from afternoon into the night to get it right and he got it right beyond belief! Seriously I am really impressed and thankful for his extra detail . Everything is just fantastic all the way through to the night photos! Wow! And the 3D video! Crazy impressive! The quality is the best I have seen EVER for a 3D video!
