Ive been trying to get an update for last two weeks on my order and no response or call back. The communication was great as I was placing my order but once the invoice was paid I got ghosted. After reading some of these reviews I should have done more research and save me a headache. Im willing to correct this review once I receive my order or my refund Raul. Im sure I can get my money back from my CC company but Im giving you a chance to correct this. To be honest I feel like most of these good reviews are fake.

BEWARE OF A SCAM - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - Placed an order in December, no response from the owner on where my product is or any sort of timeline. This is a SCAM.

We love the screen printed Bella + Canvas shirts. Great prints and good communication. I have loved all my shirts, nice and soft fabric and very comfortable. Thank you!

STAY AWAY! There are plenty of shops that would be happy to have your business. Why risk Threaded Merch stealing your money and wasting your time like they did me and at least several others (according to reviews)? Some people may have had a good experience, but look at the recent reviews and youll see plenty of others like me. I wish I had before placing my order and losing hundred of dollars. Story below with screenshots of my communications.Placed an order more than two months ago. They took my payment immediately, but then I didnt hear from them for weeks. Finally after several emails I got a reply asking for more time. I agreed, but again heard nothing for several more weeks. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused to fulfill the order or refund my money, instead demanding I dispute the now two-month old charge with my credit card company. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I know it would only take them maybe 30 seconds to refund my payment. Instead, they want me to file a claim with my credit card company which will take 30-90 days to resolve. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!UPDATE: After nearly three months and several hours collecting documents and talking to my credit card company, I FINALLY got a refund. The credit card processing company Threaded Merch uses could have provided a refund in 1-2 business days, if the owner would have chosen to issue one. I think his hope was that by ignoring emails and asking for more time to complete the order, he would push the order beyond the chargeback time allowed by card companies. Luckily I was able to get my money back, but it took a lot hassle and headache.

Used their t-shirt designer tool, my custom designed shirt was easy to design and order. They emailed me a digital mockup to confirm my order and I am overall, very satisfied! Thank you Threaded Merch!

A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!Now after him saying he couldnt fulfill my order and that he would refund me. (SEE BELOW) He lies to my bank stating I received my order one week after I paid and then proceeded to FORGE my signature. The lowest of the low. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. He hides behind God bless and blessings, but hes nothing but a demon. 10/12/2021 update. Good thing I keep all receipts and emails.Raul had my order for over 30 days and realized my project is too challenging. And because I expressed my disappointment of lack of communication, he allowed his ego to get in the way and lies to and gives my husband a handshake and says my order will be completed today at 330PM. Knowing we have customers and orders to fulfill, we get an email approximately 3 hours before the deadline saying they are not a good fit and will be refunding my order. Hes a fast talker. Even his worker Edgar said that I had to be careful because the people in this industry are just as crooked as used car salesmen,I wonder who he was referring to? BEWARE!!! Hes good at smiling and lying in your face.

Great screen printed work but the T shirts fabric is a little too tough the first time I ordered, I think it was Gildan. They even told me they suggested a Next Level or a Bella for my merch, so I went with that the next go around. Huge difference, night and day! Very Happy!

Emailed to place an order, they were very prompt to respond. Paid for my $1000+ order and was told it would be 2.5-3 weeks. I emailed and called to try to check in on the order and see its status. No matter how many times I called, I never got an answer. I sent multiple emails and finally they told me my order was delayed but it would be ready by a certain date, still didnt hear anything on that date. Called and emailed, nothing. I even drove to the shop to try and pick it up since they said it would be done. It was locked up with a sign saying to call for pick-ups. Same phone number that nobody ever answered. I emailed them saying that I wanted to pick up my order that day or wanted a refund. Within MINUTES they emailed back saying my order was delayed again. They said I could wait another week and a half and it would be ready. I asked for the refund at that point.Honestly, more upset with the lack of communication than the unfulfilled order. I would have been a lot more understanding if they would have communicated the delays and just picked up their phone. I love supporting local businesses but I dont think this is it.

I dont know what Threaded Merch does all day, but apparently its not printing shirts and its definitely not answering emails. I placed an order nearly a month ago and it has never progressed past pending. I contacted them multiple times for updates and didnt hear anything. Ive since asked them to cancel and refund my order but, unsurprisingly, theyve completely ignored all of my requests on this too. Id guess that theyre hoping they can ignore me until I give up.Maybe Ill remove this review if they bother to refund me. Well see.
