My time with the eye doctor was wonderful. She took the time to explain things to me and was very kind and respectful. However front desk staff was a little rude. They were obviously training someone and were very disrespectful to her in front of me and other patients in the waiting room. I think her name was Wendy; she was an older lady but she was giving off some bad vibes. During the glasses picking she was very pushy, and just started throwing glasses my way, did not once ask what I wanted or if I was even interested in anything. I personally would not come back just because of her. She was rude to the new employees and pushy with customers. Overall weird vibe, but the doctors here are amazing. I’ve had experiences with both and will come back if only to have my exam done with them. They should really work on phone etiquette and other front office etiquette in front of patients.

Staff were professional, helpful, and welcoming. I enjoyed the clean environment. Staff was good about cleaning the equipment. The doctor was also very professional and thorough. He explained the entire process. I was very pleased with the care and attention given to me during my appointment from beginning to end. Thank you. 😊

As a long time patron of LensCrafters...., I was blown away by the New look and Interior of the T.O. store. I was equally impressed by the kindness, efficiency and demeanor of every employee who took care of me. BRAVO! I am confident that these folks are informed, qualified and up to the task of taking excellent care of our eyes! Its not just a glasses shop anymore.

The process was Quick and easy. Always love getting to see Dr. Fallon as well. She puts my mind at ease with any eye problems and lets me ask as many questions as I want without making me feel rushed.

The doctor was extremely professional, helpful, easy to talk to. Did a great job answering all my questions and explaining all the tests and their results.All the equipment used for the eye exam was of the highest quality.The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.All and all, this was the best eye exam I’ve had.

Thorough, fast, friendly. I keep going back. They have a new test which will look for macular degeneration. Very helpful for seniors to know. Doctor is great and personable. Plus they take insurances. Got my new contacts for year and was relieved to find nothing deteriorating in my eyes.
