We love using Theraplatform, we have been using it since January of 2020, it is very user friendly, it is a one stop all, it has documentation, ability to bill insurance, charge clients, conduct video sessions, send consent forms. We literally dont need any other tools to support our practice. Also customer support is amazing, they take feedback from the providers and create features based on it.

This has been hands down the worst telehealth experience I have ever had. They do not bill for you, they have an auto dump system into claim forms that you have to program per client and per insurance company based on the insurance company needs. Accepted claims are then rejected. i havent been paid by my private practice in three months, and their answer is we offer tutorials you could have watched. not only did i, but I met with the person you have assigned to me, brought up my problems with the platform kicking me out of sessions in the middle of them, and NOTHING was resolved. Here I am FIVE MONTHS LATER WITH NO PAY and no help from them despite asking for it. Asked for a refund as I havent had a client on their calendar in two months, and they refused. I have to keep the account open for claims purposes only, once I cancel I have NO access to any of the claims, even if Im audited, so then i have to save everything ive submitted unless I want to pay them to open the account again. This has been ATROCIOUS to deal with, worst decision i ever made was choosing them for my private practice and I refuse to let my clients suffer any further so I have to kiss three months of income good bye. and they cant even give me a refund. unbelievable!

I cant say enough about my experience with Theraplatform. On the basic side of things - the software is easy and user friendly. The video conferencing is excellent and the ability to share resources and the interactive screen make Telehealth a rich experience. On the more in depth side of things - I have had a great experience utilizing the billing options. You can create invoices, claims, and submit claims. After adding insurers you can enroll for ERAs and then the payments, deductibles, cop-pay or co-insurance due post automatically. On the support side of things - I have had amazing support whenever I get stuck. First line is watching the tutorial videos that walk you clearly through navigating the EHR. Next are the help articles, and then there is the ability to contact help services. The support staff is available for zoom calls to help with problems. I am a solo practitioner and as such have needed help understanding some administrative things and Theraplatform has always been there to support. Ive been with Theraplatform for 4 years now and will be with them as long as I am a practicing clinician.

I have been using Theraplatform for more that 6 months now. It is the only program I have found that effectively manages, schedules, and documents groups. This is reason I chose to contract with Theraplatform. As I learn more about the system I am consistently impressed wit the ongoing capability. This program helps my staff document effectively and in a timely manner. The programmers have worked to help make the program for useable for me. The only reason I did not give it four stars is that some features seem beyond the scope of the program.

TheraPlatform has been wonderful for my small business. It meets my needs and makes it easy for me to invoice my clients and keep good records. The pricing affordable. The tech support is wonderful and I always get my questions answered. They have a lot of videos and help features available to learn their system. I love that I have access to HIPPA compliant video conferencing through this EMR.

I have been using Theraplatform for my practice since May 2023. There are technical issues daily including session timing out in the middle of the session. There is no technical support only troubleshooting which is then blamed on the therapist or client, all done through email. The customizable intake forms are difficult to use, Recipient Rights forms can not be uploaded and there are a lot of additional fees. This EHR cannot handle insurance claims as they promote leading to loss of clients and income.I am currently in the process of switching EHR’s. Please do yourself and your clients a favor and find a different platform. You will lose clients using this platform.

If you do not want to be reimbursed by Medicaid, then this is the software for you!Since I began billing Medicaid, I have not received any income. For over 3 months I have spent my evenings on zooms and calls with support as they try to “fix” the errors that I continued to get. Still no resolution. To be seeing clients for so many months and not receive payment is very frustrating. Then to pay for a software that is supposed to simplify my billing is just absurd. I reached out to the co-founder and billing individual and did not receive a response. Just complete disappointment overall. It appears that they have never dealt with my states Medicaid before so were unsure how to set it up properly on the back end? If they would have just owned up to that and reached out directly to the states Medicaid department to get those answers I would have been paid months ago and would have been a happy customer.Btw, I’m the Office Manager for the company who had the above issues so please do not reply and pretend you do not have any tickets or communication. Daniel has spoken to us just about daily and made us aware last evening you will not be refunding any money. Great customer service and way to stand behind your product. Bravo!

Easy to use, customer service is amazing!
