If you are reading this review, then you have already made a very good inquiry to work with Charlie Wyatt. When I was researching buying a house, I read a bunch of articles about how to go about it, and some even spoke about doing this process without a realtor - and by the time I ended my relationship with my second realtor, I almost though the trouble might be worth it to go at it alone. In comes Charlie, my third and final realtor - and not only did Charlie prove his worth, he literally found me a truly special house that wasn’t even for sale. When I told Charlie I had narrowly missed out on an ideal house in my favorite neighborhood in Auburn, a neighborhood in which only 1 appropriate house had been on the market in many months. Charlie then he made it his mission to find me a house here, but also to find one even grander than what had slipped through my fingers. While Charlie worked his magic behind the scenes, he showed me any and all houses that were available from Rocklin to Auburn, some of which were strong contenders. Frankly, though, Charlie worked so efficiently he was able to present me with an off-market house in my ideal neighborhood at an enviable price. Three months later and there still isn’t a comparable house on the market or that sold in the area. Following the signing, Charlie continued to take care of the entire process up to this day. I give my full and honest endorsement to Charlie.
