The best service ever. Jerry and Peter provided me with all the information I needed to make a proper decision. They walked me through their process and the warranty on their work. They were very patient with me as this was my first time to wrap a vehicle.I really appreciate their professionalism and expertise. I recommend them completed. Awesome experience with Pete at the Wrap Shop. Overall was probably a 2- 3 week process from initial phone call to design to revisions and final delivery of my truck. Pete made sure i was happy with the design and they delivered exactly what I had in mind. Had called other wrap shops but the customer service does not compare. 10/10 would recommend!

The wrap shop saved the day for us. My company had 6 vans that we wanted to wrap. We hired another company from Yelp.com to do these vans. The first van took 9 DAYS to get wrapped and the job was the worst job we had ever seen. When they returned this van, they immediately wanted to take another van to wrap. The work was so horrible that we refused to give them the second van to wrap and started looking for another company to wrap the remaining 5 vans. We went back onto yelp.com and found The Wrap Shop in Canoga Park. They did an outstanding job. The first thing they did was redesign the wrap we have been using for over 12 years. The look we had was getting stale on these older vans and we needed a complete overhaul of the graphics. Peter at The Wrap Shop came thru with great looking graphics. Our whole company looked at the new design on our computer and we Unanimously approved the new graphics. The Wrap Shop did 5 vans for us and they did all of them in our newly wrapped design. Peter and his helpers did a fantastic job for us and when we replace any vans from our fleet of 11 vans, they will get a call from us to do then new vans. FIVE STARS for The Wrap Shop.

I came in with a request to have the Jeep done by a certain day and Peter absolutely understood and worked with me on the timeline. Peter said he was the owner but I cannot believe a business owner would run a company in such a blatant arrogant and UNETHICAL manner. Peter probably does so because he appears unsophisticated in business manners and one angry client away from getting sued, reported to the Better Business Bureau, Dept of Consumer Affairs, IRS, etc. and fined for violations. Peter: No, you cannot enter into a contract, take people’s money, not honor timelines and gaslight clients by making up terms and conditions that were not disclosed or agreed to, to hide issues that arise at your shop.
