My wife and I worked with Denise when we purchased our home in 2013 and more recently we worked with Denise and Jack to rent our home when we moved. They are absolutely great...and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Buying a home in the Bay Area real estate market is no easy task, but Denise made the home buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable. She has an amazing depth of knowledge when it comes to the Bay Area market and real estate law/process. And, she worked so hard to get us into a great house in Redwood City. More recently, when we needed to rent out our house, Denise and Jack helped us find an excellent tenant. They are a great team and we will definitely be working with them again!

I cant say enough about Denise. When it came time to sell my mother’s old duplex in Cupertino, Denise moved into action by getting all the inspections done, getting a painter, meeting with all the tradesmen and getting the job done. Her listing and photographs were so beautiful after all the work, I almost didnt want to sell. On the business end, I had no worries. Denise knew what she was doing especially in marketing a duplex. Denises eye for detail was amazing. I found that working with Denise was easy and she communicated clearly to me at all stages. Years ago, we also bought a rental property in Santa Clara from her. Lastly, I want to say Id never sell or buy a home without Denise

Both Denise and Jack were great guiding me through the sale of the home in the Cuesta Park neighborhood of Mountain View. They provided good advice and were able to find resources for tasks that needed to be done. Clean-up, inspections and so many other things were accomplished in short order. We made our schedule in listing the home and received a good price.

A GREAT TEAM. Denise and Jack made a great team in managing the sale of my condo. Denise handled the pre-listing arrangements such as inspections, minor repairs/painting/cleaning services, landscaping updates, and staging. Jack handled a lot of the administrative tasks for signing of document disclosures, etc. Both worked together closely and kept me well informed of what was happening. Denise helped me sell my first home and find my second after a desire to live closer to where I work without dramatically increasing my cost of living which can be very difficult in the south Bay Area.
