We are really happy we went with Chris as the DJ for our wedding. One of the most common things we heard from our guests was how much they loved the music. Prior to the wedding we were sent a packet to fill out that made everything so easy. We were able to let him know exactly what type of music we wanted throughout the whole wedding. The microphones worked great for the ceremony and all of the music was on queue. We had quite the night on the dance floor as well; Chris knows how to throw a party. Well done!

Chris is the best wedding DJ ever!! He kept us on time and things moving. There were never any awkward pauses or down time on the dance floor (which is what we wanted)! Our families, wedding party, and guests could not get over how good he was. He provides a very thorough wedding DJ planning packet that was really helpful in knowing what events we need songs for and what the natural flow of events typically is. He has been the DJ for weddings of mutual friends and is the only DJ in the area to come highly recommended!

Chris made it seemless and ohhh so fun! He was very communicative and willing to take on requests day of. The night was fun, easy, and full of dancing. Multiple people mentioned how much they enjoyed the different range of music for cocktail hour, dancing, and reception. Uplighting was a huge win and elevated the entire experience. Chris with The Wedding DJ Company was absolutely amazing! With the pandemic we had to change our plans multiple times, as well as changing our reception location 2 weeks before the wedding. He was so easy to work with and the communication was flawless. He is very detailed and wants to make sure he plays the music you want! He made everything look absolutely amazing with the uplighting at the reception. The music and speakers worked perfect at our beach ceremony as well. We were getting compliments all night from our guests about how great he was. He kept things going even when we were a little off schedule. He made sure everyone had fun and danced all night! By far the BEST DJ service in Chico/Sacramento area. When my (now) wife and I were looking for a wedding DJ in Chico, Chris was recommended to us by literally every venue, vendor, and coordinator we talked to. When originally looking at vendors for our wedding date, he unfortunately wasnt available and we had to go with another DJ company. Luckily however, we checked with him again only a few months before our date to see if he had any additional availability, and by a stroke of luck and some fortuitous timing, our wedding date had just opened up on his schedule. Based off the incredible reputation of Chris and the Wedding DJ Company, my wife and I made the decision to cancel our previous booking with the other company (and pay that vendors cancellation fee), and hope that Chris and team lived up to the hype.And I can say, WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, that they absolutely do.Chriss professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were top notch. He worked with us and our coordinator throughout the planning process, and the music planning packet he sent out was incredibly helpful to ensure that everyone was on the same page. He did such a great job at our event, and we received so many comments from our wedding guests complimenting the job that Chris did as the MC and DJ for both our ceremony and reception. My husband and I got married in Chico on May 13th and we used The Wedding DJ Company. Chris Frankovich was our DJ/MC for the night and we truly can not say enough amazing things or recommend him/this company enough. The communication leading up to our wedding was amazing, I would receive an email reply within the same day of reaching out. As a busy bride planning a large wedding, this made me feel so at ease and taken care of all the time. Every request that I had or small tweak I wanted to make, Chris was more than happy to accommodate and with a smile on his face as well. He allowed us to make our entire own playlist on Spotify, which was fun to be able to pick our own songs for the night. Chris also sent over a very lengthy and comprehensive DJ packet, which was very detailed and ensured that we did not miss a step when it came to the flow of our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was the DJ for our wedding and we can’t thank him enough. I chose some general music categories and I loved all of his music selection. I had the best time seeing what song was coming next during dinner. We had a small wedding but the reception seemed like a huge party because he did an amazing job with the atmosphere. We used his audio set up for the ceremony as well and the microphones were small and discreet while being very clear. Chris was kind enough to send me all of the audio files and even bonus pictures he took throughout the night. I’m so glad we hired Chris and you will be too! I can’t imagine anybody else DJ’ing for us.

We searched and searched for months for a DJ because of the size of our venue. We came across the Wedding DJ Company and got in touch with them. I immediately got a response that Jacob was available for my date. I met with Chris and Jacob, which was very helpful that Chris had been at my venue before. I didnt have any doubts with hiring Jacob. We filled out the packet and any questions Jacob had he got clarification. On my wedding day everything was amazing! The set up everything! HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jacob. He was hands down one of the bests I have seen! All my music choices were correct, on time and no mix ups. The sound is amazing! Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with from the start to the glorious last song of your wedding. He is passionate about his work and puts everything into it. He has some great forms to work with and I recommend filling out the forms as soon as possible. It will help you determine the flow of your event and what is important to you. Chris has done a lot of weddings and you can trust him to know what works. He knows what music the crowd will like more than you do, hands down. You get what you put into the forms and what you request of Chris, he will follow through with a great personality and keep the energy high in your event. When it got postponed to July 2021, Chris was incredibly understanding and flexible. He is beyond professional and easy to work with, but also FUN to work with. He helps you plan the entire event timeline, from walking down the aisle, cocktail hour, wedding-party introductions, dinner music, and dancing. He is detail oriented, to the point of asking things like, if and when explicit music would be allowed. Chris offers an amazing service. He was so accommodating during my covid style wedding with all the last minute changes that was needed he never fell short of the task. The wedding was incredible and so fun thanks to his awesome entertainment.

The Wedding DJ Company was the first vendor we talked to at the Chico Wedding Show. At the end of that conversation, we had decided that they were exactly what we wanted for our day. Chris Frankovich, the owner, was our MC/DJ. His professional and upbeat manner from that first day was seen throughout the entire process leading up to wedding and on the day of. We couldnt have asked for a better DJ. Chris attention to detail and enthusiasm made our wedding not only smooth-sailing, but an absolute blast. The sound quality for both the ceremony and the reception was top notch; no complaints from our family that they couldnt hear. There have been endless comments from our friends and family on how awesome our DJ was and how much fun they had. The fun we had that night on the dance floor has become an amazing memory and Im looking forward to watching it through our videography in the years to come. Thank you! If real life was a D&D campaign Chris put all of his stat points into charisma and cant not roll natural 20s. He really helps anyone that has a fear of dancing to forget to be petrified and just enjoy themselves. I could not have recieved better service from Chris. I could relax and enjoy my wedding because the DJ also acted as a emcee and helped the wedding flow very nicely. You get a lot of bang for your buck when you hire these guys, you wont regret it!
