Our technicians, Zak and Zach, were both very knowledgeable about the process and worked very efficiently. Was expecting alittle bit of a mess since our old heater was bolted to a drywall but after they were done it was spotless. This was our first time replacing a water heater and we were thoroughly impressed by the great customer service this company. Our tankless water heater completely broke down. Multiple codes and problems. We called The Water Heater Company and got an appointment the next day.So, we had the choice of exploratory surgery or a new unit. Since we were not fond of our old unit anyway, we opted on an upgraded system. We had technician Evan. He was remarkably patient and understanding as we weighed our options. This was at 2:00 PM. We had no hot water. We asked if the job could be done that day. Evan told us “If anyone can do it, I can.” After sourcing all the parts and staying until 10:30 PM, Evan completely delivered. No small task either. The hot shower this morning was nice.What originally captured my attention was their professional vehicles traveling in my area. Shows they take their craft to heart. I was not disappointed. If you are looking for professional service, call this company.

I discovered this company on Yelp after realizing we had no hot water. Kimberly promptly returned my call and arranged for a technician to visit between 11am-2pm, with a 30-minute notice before arrival, which was extremely convenient. Marc arrived right on time and was both professional and polite. He inspected our water heater and provided a detailed explanation of his recommendations. We ended up replacing our 50 gal water heater which I already expected since it was almost 20 years old! Marc answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful! I would definitely recommend this company and Marc—he was truly amazing!

My water heater broke on Friday night and after some research into which local companies install Bradford White water heaters I found the water heater company. I requested a call back from them using the online form and received a call on Saturday morning at 7am. They scheduled me for Sunday morning and kept be updated with text messages. Sam arrived on time and was extremely personable and very informative. He looked up my current water heater and told me it was 17 years old. Clearly I needed a new one and he explained all the options regarding warranties and pricing. He had everything on his truck to replace it immediately and brought everything up to code. He provided impeccable service and was extremely clean and tidy. I highly recommend them for any water heater work.

I received totally competent service from The Water Heater Company. Everyone was patient, personable, compassionate to my issues and worked with me to accomplish the desired outcome. Evan, my installation technician was absolutely FANTASTIC. He took care of everything within my home from beginning to end and making sure I understood the operation of the new water heater. I give Evan 5 out of 5 stars as well. After having a completely flooded laundry room, followed by some plumbing and construction need, they were the easiest part of this journey. Had a great experience replacing my water heater with The Water Heater Company.The technician Josh was super helpful, thoughtful, and attentive throughout. There was no pressure or sales tactics. I probably asked way too many questions, but he was always ready to listen and share his knowledge. He helped me learn a TON about water heaters and my homes water systems. At first he simply suggested replacing a specific part (plastic drain valve), with a brass valve needed to be fabricated. This was the most economical solution that I had received, which was surprising. Most other technicians simply stated to replace the water heater outright, without even checking the water heater properly or the supporting gas/water systems of the house. In the end, I still wanted to replace the unit since it was only a matter of time. I waited about a month before getting back in touch and they were still able to send my preferred technician (Josh) out within 1 day of finalizing the decision.When it came to install day, Josh arrived on time, in spite of all the rain and terrible conditions. Our water heater was located in an interior closet on the 3rd floor and we needed 2 people to haul the old and new heaters up and down the stairs. Also, the water heater was in a closet that was far too small for the unit, so the door needed to be removed. The warranties were also registered. All of this was done with fuss and carefully. Josh even stayed around to make sure we had hot water and that everything was fully functional.TWHCs bid wasnt the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. But the pricing was transparent and the install was done to a high standard. Im hoping I wont need to replace or repair this unit for many years, but I know who Ill reach out should that be the case.

Friday evening before Easter weekend I discovered that my 24 year old water heater finally broke down and flooded the garage. In a panic, I started a 3 day process of calling around to get quotes and to learn as much as I could about water heaters. My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. I’ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity.I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. I contacted The Water Heater Company when my 11-year-old water heater started to run out of hot water. Evan, a very experienced technician, promptly arrived the following day as scheduled and completed the work. He diagnosed the problem, was friendly and answered all my questions. After our discussion, he removed the existing outdoor enclosure shed, replaced it with a larger version to meet the necessary clearance, and installed a new Bradford White 50 gallon gas water heater. He made sure everything is up to code and Building and Safety code compliant. Debris was removed for disposal and the area cleaned up after work. I am very happy with their professional work, and everything is working well. Great communication and customer service from beginning to end.

The service provided was excellent. the price was not the lowest i probably could have got but the quality and service was beyond my expectations and to me that was worth it!! they worked with me on the price and were honest about what i needed. they followed up with my online request for service right away and were at my house within 2 hours of our initial phone conversation. my water heater was fixed and all was good again within a few short hours. the tech Justin who came out was super nice and helped me clean out the closet where the water heater was. the leak in the old water heater created a big mud mess with the dust and dirt that had built up over time. the tech literally said do you have some cleaning spray? and was super helpful in helping me clean it all up. being a single mother this was a stressful event for me but the company and tech Justin made the experience as good as it could be considering. i would highly recommend. they say you get what you pay for and i would definitely agree i got my moneys worth.

I hired the Water Heater Company to do a regular maintenance service on my tankless water heater. The service was reasonably priced and they were able to get me scheduled with an appointment fairly quickly. The technician that came out to provide the service was great - he was prompt, extremely professional and was very good about cleaning up after himself. While he was working on the maintenance for my water heater he discovered something else that didn’t need to be fixed immediately but would need to be addressed at some point in the future. He provided a quote but absolutely no pressure to have the service done. I decided to go ahead and get this additional item fixed as he had the necessary parts and he had the time to get it done before moving on to his next appointment, saving me another call in the future.Overall I was extremely happy with the service provided by The Water Heater Company and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!

My current 10-year 7-month-old water heater from Bradford White developed some issues with the control panel. The cost of repairing the control panel versus a new water heater was a no-brainer. I bought a new water heater from the Water Heater company, and had an excellent experience. As their name suggests, they are experts, and they gave me good advice. They installed the equipment thoroughly, and we haven’t had any problems ever since. Once, our water was turned off, and the water heater didn’t start properly right away and I called them, and they agreed to come out the next day, but the water heater got up and running on its own, without need for help. Luke, The tech who installed our new Novitz heater had a very broad wing span of skill and knowledge. He was able to explain exactly why the substandard installation of our prior tankless heater 14 years ago (by the builder) caused it to fail. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am with The Water Heater Company for their service. From the moment I contacted them through Yelp, their customer service has been outstanding. Ana quickly responded and answered all my questions, all while reassuring me that their staff were licensed and skilled to work on my Navien tankless water heater. I called other companies who did not want to work on these tanks due to the numerous issues these tanks are known to have, in addition to their frustrating customer service. I called on a Sunday evening and Joe was quickly dispatched to my home Monday morning. He did what Navien stated was needed and the tankless water heater was still not functioning. He advocated with Navien on my behalf and was able to get the additional parts needed. I was so frustrated with Navien, that this time, I drove to them in Irvine, CA to pick up the parts myself. At this time, it had been 7 days without hot water and numerous hours and money spent on labor. With the parts in hand, I once again called the Water Heater Company. I called The Water Heater Company because we had no hot water and were pretty sure that something major was wrong. Initially they did not have a service person available to come out, but I was out on hold for a minute and then told that a repair person would between 11 & 2PM, and I would get a text 30 minutes prior. That text came at 10:45 and Leo G. Arrived at 11:15. Couldn’t have been more accurate. Leo was great! As was the whole experience with the company. We ended up needing a new water heater. Leo explained everything that was wrong and how they planned to fix it and what it would cost. Leo was able to get us the new water heater and install it the same day. He didn’t leave until 8PM and took the time to make sure that it worked and that I was aware of everything he had done, which included bringing the pipes and valves and vents up to code as they currently weren’t. Had a cheap plastic drain valve on a 9yo Rheem water heater fail on my tenants. Burner chamber got moisture in it and wouldn’t stay lit. Luke came out and replaced the drain valve as I wasn’t in town to do it myself. He couldn’t get it to stay lit but kindly went above and beyond to help fix it. He took apart the burner assembly so it could dry out and didn’t charge any extra as it seems I had just paid to repair a broken water heater… Fortunately I was able to get it to light right up after a few days drying and saved me a lot of trouble and money of having to replace. As I wasn’t on sight Luke did a great job taking pictures and keeping me apprised of the situation. Very honest and respectful of my time and money. 100% will call them again if I need to.

They called late on the 18th around 5 or 6 ish to tell me they would not be coming out because it was supposed to rain. This is by far one of the most reliable, respectful, honest companies I have ever worked with in all my years in LA.I am going to start with WOW! In all of my 30 years living in Los Angeles, I can not remember, if ever, hiring a company that is more professional, responsive, on time, respectful and just downright nice. When searching for a water heater/water less tank company, I noticed that The Water Heater Company had five stars***** across the board, so I decided to go with them. Best decision ever. I brought them in because there was green color water draining from the tank onto the ground. The technician Justin (amazing), did a full investigation and determined that it was just algae. However, he also determined that the original install was not up to code. He then very patiently and in laymans terms explained everything that I needed to know and at that moment I told him lets bring it up to code, which we then scheduled for the following week.. In the meantime, he also took it upon himself to evaluate my gas meter to make sure that it had enough BTUs to handle my water less tank and the rest of my gas appliances. He recommended that I have the Gas Company come check it for themselves. He was 100% spot on. Low and behold, my gas meter was technically not adequate for all of my gas appliances. The Gas Company ended up changing out my meter for one three times bigger. For our next scheduled appointment, he showed up exactly at the time that was quoted. That rarely happens in LA. For this appointment, Justin came with another tech James, because of the complexity and length of the job. All while spending almost all four hours working directly under the hot sun, Justin did an outstanding job with the help of James. All I can say is, I am elated that I found this company on Google. I have already and will be telling everyone I know that has a water heater or water less tank to look no further than The Water HeaterCompany.
