Veronica and team exceeded our expectations. We were anxious about timing of the market and she guided us addressing our concerns every step of the way. We relied on her advice for recommended home improvements prior to listing and she was spot on every time. Additionally, she had extensive list of contractors all of whom were great to work with. We received multiple offers almost immediately after listing and closed with a CASH above asking price.

Veronica and her team helped me sell my home in Aliso Viejo. I was traveling for work at the time and Veronica helped line up and manage contractors for some updates prior to listing. She also arranged for the staging, marketing, and showing of my house. Veronica is extremely knowledgeable on the area and has a lot of great resources to assist if needed. Prior to deciding to sell my home Veronica had provided free advice in the past which made selecting her as my agent extreeasy. It all paid off and resulted in the new record price for my model in my track, sold above asking price and in only a couple weeks!

Veronica is fantastic!! We actually met her in 2012 at two different open houses before we hired her to sell our condo and assist with the purchase of our next home. She was very professional, thorough, and responsive. Shes like a part of our extended family and we still contact her 10 years later for questions, refer her frequently to our friends and neighbors, and enjoy bumping into her locally. Shes always willing to help. She is by far the best realtor serving the Aliso Viejo and Mission Viejo markets!

I highly recommend The Veronica Encinas Team. My husband and I worked with Rosario to buy our first home. He was a great match: thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. When we found the right home, Rosario pulled us through the finish line, even after our appraisal came in low (he negotiated a price reduction!) and we got the keys two weeks before our first child was born. Hes super smart (Stanford BA, Northwestern JD) and has expertise throughout Orange County, especially Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel.After we closed escrow, Veronica has maintained contact and has been a brilliant advisor and steward as we consider how to manage our biggest asset, as well as the place we call home.

I wish I could give Veronica and Rosario ten stars, because that is what they deserve. I have worked with both of them for nearly 10 years and bought and sold multiple homes with them. They both provided the same level of service and dedication when I was buying my starter home, as they did when we were selling our luxury property. Without fail, Veronica and Rosario always placed our best interest ahead of anything else. When they thought that we were making a hasty or a financially disadvantageous decision, they would let us know, even if it meant that they would have to work much much harder. In our last transaction with them, Veronica visited our home multiple times a year to talk us through our options. When she finally identified the right time to sell, she secured a full ask offer within 4 hours of our first showing, and a back up offer as well. We sold our home for ten percent more than the comps. They made the entire process so painless. In fact, between her charm and brilliance and his sense of humor and reassurance, we were kind of bummed when the process was over. We love them both, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ive bought and sold many properties working with a variety of different realtors and Veronica is by far the best one to date. She helped me and my wife to sell my mother-in-laws home after her passing. Not only did Veronica provide guidance around pricing and handle showings and the offer process, she took on responsibilities that were above and beyond her job duties in my opinion. She coordinated the entire cleanout and donation of all items in the home. She advised and arranged for a large number of home repairs, painting and flooring as well as home staging. This was all a HUGE help to me personally as I was dealing with so many other things related to my mother-in-laws passing. Additionally, despite multiple offers, she helped me to select the RIGHT buyer that made for a very easy and smooth closing process at full price! Id recommend Veronica to ANYONE.
