Isabel and Alex are a highly experienced and knowledgeable team. We felt very comfortable working with them. We were very happy with the price we sold our house for and how quickly it went. During the process, Isabel and Alex were always responsive and made sure everything was on track. They also provided timely help with our moving out of the house. I had such an amazing experience with Isabel and her team and would highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs. I live in the Bay Area, but was selling my home in Southern California. Imagine having to do this with the distance on top of a global pandemic. But, Isabel made this process so seamless. She constantly checked in with me and her teammate consistently gave me updates on the entire process. I would not have been able to do this with anyone else. Isabel is so wonderful, thoughtful and just a genuinely kind person. She professionally handled everything from showing my property and working with the buyer so well, that I never felt any pressure or stress throughout the entire process. When everything was finalized, Isabel even made a personal call to me to thank me, when she was the one who needed all of the thanking. I would work with Isabel and her team in a heartbeat when I venture into another property, and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I really enjoyed working with Isabel Velez on the recent sale of my condo in Sherman Oaks. She and her partner, Alexander Cabrera and the entire team were extremely professional and did a terrific job. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and how they really went above and beyond at every step. From our first meeting, Isabel impressed me with her knowledge, resourcefulness and confidence. I knew she was someone I wanted on my side representing my interests. Isabel and Alex contacted me regarding my late fathers house during probate proceedings. Under challenging circumstances and a very protracted process, Isabel and Alex provided support, advice and engaged with the family, so that when it came to finally listing the house for sale - they were our first choice! They marketed the house well, facilitated a weekend of open houses, managed multiple offers over asking and we sold within a week. They are so great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling a property in probate.

I am so happy I referred a client to Isabel. Specializing in commercial real estate, I needed a great residential agent to refer to a family friend to who needed to sell their house. I wanted someone who I knew would take good care of the transaction, which Isabel did very well by getting $75,000 over the listing price. I also knew I needed someone to handle my friend with stellar customer service. I knew Isabel was the right person for this as well. With many referral options, I am 110% happy I chose Isabel. Isabel, Rosita and Alex were the BEST! I had a probate condo to sell and when I met with Isabel and Rosita it just clicked! Isabel answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and offered advice on repairs. I feel she went above and beyond with helping me not only with the sale but with dealing with my contractor as well as the HOA representative. She had exceptional attention to detail and couldnt be kinder! She was always available; including while she was on vacation and kept me updated in every aspect. I have worked with realtors in the past on two other homes and I only wish I had met Isabel Velez sooner. I will definitely work with her again and would recommend her to everyone! I feel I not only found a great realtor; but I found a kind-hearted friend!

Where do I begin?! Isabel and Alex are wonderfully powerful negotiators. We were close to buying another home and instead of just going along with our feelings, she asked questions and made sure we were absolutely in love with the place. After their guidance, we realized it was not the home. Months later, Isabel found us a permanent home that is just the PERFECT place for us! She really listened to what was important to us and was NEVER pushy or strong minded. She is the textbook example of supportive. She was available at all hours of the day and her communication was applauded many times over by the selling agent and owner.In fact, we were outbid and in third place when there were 6 counteroffers and somehow Alex and Isabel reassured the sellers that we are the ones they should go with without us having to increase our bid offer!Despite being kind and thoughtful, Isabel also stood firm in negotiations. Isabel is a respected and POWERFUL NEGOTIATOR. Sometimes that type of person is aggressive and can seem to turn people the wrong way, but NOT ISABEL. She has a way with words and her demeanor is always so pleasant to be around. There were multiple repairs that had to be done (130 pages per the inspection report!) and Alex and Isabel got the owners to complete EVERY SINGLE THING within a week AND they helped pay for a second inspection company to recheck the work and do a second thorough inspection. They even got us credits for a few things and he set us up with a gardener, home rebates, and key changes as soon as we closed. She even sent me suggestions when I asked her for stuff (lawnmower, swing set...you name it).I truly believe that if we had anyone else besides Alex and Isabel, there would’ve been no chance we would’ve ended up in our dream homeThank you!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who are not the most technologically savvy of Google users. I only got to meet Isabel and Alex once, as most of the dealings they made was between them and my parents. But once was more than enough to admire their work ethic, and the drive which they conduct their business. Often times ambition is paired with selfishness, but in the case of these two realtors, that is the farthest from the truth.I could tell they really valued my parents, as they made sure to listen to their multiple questions and address their endless concerns. Dealing with mom and dad requires patience, and Alex and Isabel have that in spades.The end result, besides a business transaction that was very pleasant and productive, was my parents were able to acquire the property of their dreams. Im sure those dreams would not have been possible without the team of Isabel and Alex.
