Store is always clean and inviting. Staff is extremely helpful. UPS offers all the services I need such as mail-boxing, fingerprinting, passport help, and notoriety.I tend to always get attitude with the front office staff at USPS (post office) so I stopped doing business with them.

I never have good luck with administrative papers and after weeks of facing obstacle after obstacle, the guys working Wednesday nights just took a huge weight off my shoulders by accommodating my document for next morning delivery. They gave me information about the last drop off time I didn’t even have to ask for and literally saved me over $1000. Thank you for doing a great job and for being patient with customers even at the end of your work day. Hope you see this, THANK YOU!!

Just bought 20 stamps from this store and was very surprised to see that total price is $15.60, which is 30% markup to the price (60 cents per stamp) at post office.My past experience on UPS parcel shipping, I would say that the store does good job. No complain.

How do you loose a package from the time I drop it off to the time the truck is there to pick it up. What a mess, I dropped off a pkg at 4:00pm before the truck pickup and it looks like it never made it onto the truck according to the tracking number on my receipt. I used to drop off Amazon returns to Kohls and never had a problem. This is the first time to use the UPS store, not impressed with this stores operation.

Busy location, good to see regular staff, visit here for lots of shipment and Amazon returns. The ladies are friendly, professional, and work in a busy store. The gym next door creates more traffic and takes up more good parking.

I have been their customer for 3 years and extremely happy with their service. The staff is well trained and they try to serve me immediately. They have never lost any packages and go out of their way to help me.I am so thankful for them. Sometimes they do get busy but the staff juggles a couple of customers at a time to make sure that no one has to wait. There is always a smile on them and they always guide me and give me tips on how to make sure I never miss a UPs pickup even if I am running against time and have gone out of their way to hold the driver just to make sure I do not miss my pickup.

Never take passport photo here. I ordered digital photo only so I couldnt check the photo carefully at the shop but after I came home and checked my email, I found that my photo was not taken even from center. They dont have even lightings so therere dark shadow around my face. Elementary school kids can take better photo. Not worth the price at all. Selfy is much better. I wasted money, time and gas. I paid with cash and the staff didnt give me a receipt so I cannot even request a refund.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.Unfortunately I can not say the same for the owner.I was trying to ship a poster 27x40. I had made an attempt to make my own box. Due to uneven corners, the cost was way off.I purchased a box from ups store that would work. I paid $32When I asked if I could repack the poster in the store the manager/ owner said I would be charged the cost of tape and any bubble wrap I would use. She did offer to repack it for me, but there would be a fee.My point to writing this is that after I over paid for a box, I would have been given some consideration or perhaps a discount to use any shipping supplies but NO!!! I asked the manager if she would at least discount the tape and she said no.I drove back home repacked it and shipped it usps.I am Truly DISGUSTED that in this time of need that the manager would be more understanding.I will never return to this store and if I ever need to, I will go to the small shopping store next to Albertsons.For anyone reading this beware!!!!They will nickel and dime you!!!!!
