Nice, quiet, easy to find location of the UPS store. There are steps to navigate to get to the immediate front door, although it is still wheelchair accessible. The staff was quick to assist me upon entering the front door. I was doing an Amazon return here. They offer more services than one would initially expect. Notary, shipping, mailboxes, printing, shredding, etc. They also sell many different kinds of supplies. They were fast, friendly, and helpful.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I had like 5-6 heavy items today to return and she was very kind and patient. I’m their customer for a long time and they’re always nice!Strongly recommended!

I actually enjoy going to this location. Everyone is so sweet and friendly ...and eager to help. Its nice to have that. So many companies seem to lack in customer service tgese days. Another thing I love is that they have a variety of people of all ages working there and they are all equally happy to help. I love it.

Five stars and 2 (4) thumbs up for Judy and Heather. I had just moved to the area and had to returned a bunch of Amazon items and print a lot of documents. I did not know how to do any of those things. Judy and Heather were very patient, helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you for your wonderful help and for welcoming me so kindly to the neighborhood.

[Update: It is my understanding from other community members, that this UPS Store has, since my poor review, changed hands and has dramatically improved customer care. I hope that is true, and wish the new team much success.]Im like Kenneth who also reviewed; I hate leaving a poor review when I know someone is working to keep a business afloat, but I gave these folks 3 tries, making up excuses for their slow, abrupt, rude, unwelcoming approach. I never felt confident that my shipments made it through to the recipient! Additionally, a small box I brought in weighed in at $42. Huh?I left, went around the corner to the USPS, and got it shipped with return receipt for $9.57I give up. There are 6 UPS Stores nearby. I dont have to go to this location...... so I wont!-DS

Came here cause i needed to print one page of paper: the lady tells me there is a surcharge fee of $3 for the first page. So the final price for that miserable copy is $3.24. For this price, i have a cheeseburger at Inn Out.RIP OFF.UPS store, you just lost my business forever.

Big thanks to everyone at the Laguna Woods UPS store. They have helped me grow my business using private mail box, printing, shipping, forwarding and notary services over the years. Customer service is always excellent, never had to wait in line and always friendly.

3 dollars to print a label. Workers are friendly. Store owner is charging seniors an arm and leg ad there is a retirement home near by.

You can tell a good business when things go wrong and they rise to the occasion. I was not an easy customer to deal with and we had some issues with an insurance claim. I have to give Charlie credit for not taking no for an answer and getting the claim paid. At least you know if you give this place a chance they will correct the issue. Happy Holiday!

Store is a scam. The store front and website says its a UPS store. However, if you you have a shipping return label that you need to get printed. They charge you $3 for the label even if its a UPS label.

Would NOT come back to this location. Same situation walked into this Location TWO ladies BOTH did Not have MASKS ON. The lady helping us looked maybe in her 40s. The young girl also NO MASK ON. Called a different UPS location She told me MASKS are REQUIRED as part of their UPSS UNIFORM POLICY Would NEVER go back to this Location Again!!!!

Had a bad experience with the large bald man. I went in and asked a question and received a snoody response along with a smirk. I glanced at him and left while he shouted out back at me is there a problem Mr.Kenneth. Obviously their was if you felt that way and the sloppy follow up of shouting at me from the door while I am in the parking lot was poor customer service. Needless to say I wont recommend any customers here unfortunately as Id like to support local business. Poor attitude almost ruined my day and then I felt he was aggravated and aggressive towards me. Just my two cents though but I havent been this nettled to write a negative review about a place before.

Didn’t process an Amazon return properly and it didn’t show a refund. Had to go back and have her do it again because she didn’t know what she was doing the first time. I will not be going back there. Recommend a UPS store off of El toro road

For the printing services, they make a $3.00 fee for the documents sent through email. I would recommend bringing a USB drive to avoid that fee.
