Sharon was of outstanding service! She went above and beyond for me. She cleared up my confusing situation that was not even UPSs problem, She did not need to help me, but was extremely gracious, concise, and clear. I was on a tight time crunch, and stressed, yet she handled me with ease. I having a problem with a USPS(yes, USPS) shipment, and she was knowledgable enough about the local USPS store to clear up what USPS themselves could/would not fix. USPS didnt spend the time, Sharon went out of her way. She is the only reason I got that errand done today and I think she should be compensated for it.

Patricia helped me this morning at the UPS store returning a box to macys and was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get it all in to one box, printed a label and told me she had it all handled! so glad i didn’t drive all the way to macy’s! she also told me about their amazon service (i used to drive to whole foods but will now come to this ups store as it’s closer to me but i didn’t know they did amazon returns until she told me!) and printing services etc so it will be go to from now on! Thank you Patricia for the great customer service !

I drop off packages etc. at this UPS location frequently and the customer service is always good. Today, Patricia was especially helpful when I didnt realize my package wasnt in an approved overbox for shipping. She offered some discarded packaging from a previous customer and saved me the hassle of a second trip. Thanks Patricia!

Excellent mini sized UPS store located INSIDE the Nob Hill grocery store. There is typically just one employee here to handle drop offs but it seems like they provide most services. This can be difficult to find if you’re looking for a stand alone store.This store is located BEHIND the cash registers for the Nob Hill Grocery store up in the front. I’ve attached photos for reference. Only taking a star away for using the wrong photo for the store and probably confusing people as to where this is.Otherwise, great service!

Poor service for Amazon returns. I had to sign a disclaimer because what I was sending back was not in one of their branded and labeled boxes for customer packed.UPDATE: It wasnt a picture frame, didnt contain any glass, and shipped successfully the way I packed it. Ultimately, was given the runaround, a hard and incorrect sell to buy their own boxes, and an owner reply with falsehoods for no reason. Doubling down on my review.

We had a rather larger item that needed to be shipped, and I called the UPS store several times for information. I eventually found out that Kevin was the one helping me over the phone. He continued to be very helpful in person. He was very understanding to my situation (having a massive unwieldy item to ship), and I left extremely satisfied with his expertise and help. I really like this UPS Store! I come here all the time and Kevin is super helpful- I came in the other day with 7 different packages to return and some to mail. This UPS is conveniently located inside Nob Hill supermarket. It is well maintained and clean. Kevin is an associate at this UPS and he is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this location. He is always friendly, helpful and patient.

Domestic shipping thru UPS, takes 2 weeks not receive anything(no notice), tracking number online tells me that it was still in transit. Called the customer support, told me it was LOST??????? Let me file a claim which is very bad CX process online, you need to create online account and put your credit card in place in order to file a claim for loss, so bad experience. Will not recommend using UPS, such a poor company from its operational perspective and no technology as obvious.

Never use UPS again!!! They lost your package, never let you know, you need to figure out yourself and called and checked in your self online and phone call. They wont pay you more than the default $100 bucks even-though it is their fault at the beginning. They blame on you that why you only put $100 in the declared value? WHY your customers need to eat up the loss and be blamed when the fault is at UPS? Poor tracking system, poor management and no customer empathy at all! SHAME ON YOU UPS!
